〈熱門族群〉水泥價恐跌 水泥股Q3現陰霾

在煤炭成本下降、水泥平均售價走揚下，台泥（1101）、亞泥（1102）上半年轉投資中國獲利大躍進；雖然業者對第3季中國水泥市場價格仍看好，但根據外資大和報告，中國東部的水泥價格7月起已見跌勢，若跌勢持續恐影響Q3水泥股毛利。
台泥中國子公司台泥國際上半年稅後盈餘達1.52億港幣，較去年同期大增1倍，獲利成長主因是華南地區今年水泥市況好轉、拉貨暢旺，加上主要原料煤炭等價格走滑，毛利、獲利同步成長；亞泥中國今年上半年獲利估可達2.4億人民幣，也較去年同期成長超過1倍。
中國水泥價格從去年第4季開始止跌回升，一路走揚到今年第3季，帶動水泥廠獲利普遍走揚。但大和最新報告指出，中國東部水泥價格第2季雖季增9%，但7月起已見下跌，每公噸平均下跌17人民幣，中部則每公噸下跌9元，若中國經濟持續走緩影響到工程建設，第3季水泥整體價格恐季降2%，毛利也會跟著走跌。
但業者表示，中國浙江地區開始限電，各水泥廠每個月輪流停電10天，將造成長三角地區供需失衡，讓第3季水泥行情持續攀高，華南地區不少水泥廠預計8月上旬起再度調高價格，漲幅約4~15%，第3季毛利率可望持續攀高。

【綜合報導】「水瓶座、O型、左撇子」、「去過澳洲、日本，雙眼皮」，看到無厘頭的網聚邀約，你會報名嗎？老家在台中市豐原區的張峻瑋（27歲），在批踢踢豐原板發起「莫名其妙條件的免費聚餐」，邀請符合條件的網友免費吃500元大餐，結果有8名網友獲邀，張峻瑋昨依約在豐原的石頭燒烤餐廳請客。
26歲的護士林孟蓁笑說，好奇報名，想看看是不是真有符合莫名其妙條件的人，「沒想到真的有！」張峻瑋說：「大家都來自豐原，有緣分相聚，賓主盡歡非常有趣，以後會考慮繼續辦類似活動。」

（中央社記者葉子綱雲林縣4日電）北港朝天宮今天表示，今年9月舉辦「2013世界媽祖會北港」，即日起推出恩澤大愛濟助弱勢，宣揚媽祖德澤萬民精神。
北港朝天宮舉辦「2013世界媽祖會北港」宣傳會及祭祀大典會場動土典禮，並宣布推出恩澤大愛濟助弱勢團體和低收入戶辦法，期讓弱勢族群同沾媽祖慈悲法喜。
北港朝天宮指出，凡是經濟拮据的全國各地宮廟、神壇及家中神明，報名參加活動取得審查，可免費參加祈福活動；雲嘉南地區孤兒院、育幼院殘障單位等可向大會申請補助金；北港地區一級貧戶可經推薦申請補助金。
「2013世界媽祖會北港」活動，將於今年9月12日至22日來自美國、法國、南非、澳洲、日本、沙烏地阿拉伯等地的北港媽祖分靈及兩岸媽祖首度齊聚北港會香，宣揚「世界和平女神」德澤精神，並有萬神祈福大團圓等挑戰金氏世界記錄。
北港朝天宮人員將於9月6日搭乘郵輪，從台中港到中國大陸迎接各地媽祖，8日返台徒步遶境，12日起接連會香祝聖和祭祀大典，22日萬神祈福大團圓，期間還有文化巡禮、民俗技藝匯演、嘉年華會等盛會。1020804
