9月中旬原定8天行程因为机票问题被迫改为7天，原定的计划要变化了。 第5天准备从札幌出发，游览旭川动物园，预计中午左右从旭川出发，想在富良野和美瑛之间选择一个地方度过第5天的下午和第6天的上午。因为第7天中午12:50的飞机回北京，还希望留出在札幌的时间。想请大家帮我设计一下，怎么才能把行程安排的更合理一些。
还有，札幌的游览时间大概需要多久呢，有哪些景点值得一去？

把我的行程附上：D1 北京——函馆
08：00 北京首都国际机场登机
12：50 札幌新千岁机场
19：00 函馆 函馆山看夜景

D2 函馆——洞爷湖
07：00 退房寄存行李　　函馆朝市　
09：00 西洋建筑群、五陵郭
15：00 往洞爷
