智慧機雙雄爭霸 亞洲廠難突圍

（中央社台北1日電）三星與蘋果在智慧手機市場持續上演著「雙雄爭霸」，亞洲一堆公司被打趴在地上，毫無招架之力，不是相繼出現巨虧，就是乾脆選擇退出。

據華爾街日報（WSJ）報導，當前智慧手機欣欣向榮，但蘋果（Apple）與三星電子公司（SamsungElectronics Co. ）卻吃掉了半壁江山。

恩益禧（NEC ）週三宣布，繼2年前甫推出首款智慧手機，將退出虧損的智慧手機業務後，凸顯出智慧手機產業發展不均狀況愈演愈烈。

恩有禧財務長川島勇（Isamu Kawashima）在記者會上表示：「我們進軍智慧手機市場的時間晚了，我們難以開發出極具吸引力的產品。」

在智慧手機中的贏家與輸家之間的差距進一步拉大之際，日本手機市場特別引人注目，主因早在智慧手機問世前，日本手機就以其智慧性而備受推崇。

在功能手機年代，日本手機製造商打造了系列技術奇蹟，其中包括讓用戶在手機上看電視，電子支付，以及許多那些如今智慧手機已習以為常的其他功能。

不過，這些裝置主要是迎合日本消費者，難以打入海外市場。

日本手機市場經常被外界形容為「加拉巴戈斯群島」（Galapagos），因日本市場的進化孤立於全球市場之外，主要適應於日本當地的環境，情況就好像達爾文（Charles Darwin）在加拉巴戈斯群島發現的物種。達爾文從這些物種獲得靈感，並構思出進化論。

日本業者因對其技術信心滿滿，以致於發現市場轉向智慧手機時已晚了一步，他們被迫推出的產品，與蘋果iPhone與三星Galaxy S相比較均黯然失色。即是曾經忠於自家品牌的日本消費者也忍不住琵琶別抱，轉向外國品牌。

拜Xperia系列手機之賜，索尼（Sony ）是近幾個季度唯一躋身全球前5強的日本手機廠。

恩益禧宣布退出智慧手機市場前，智慧手機製造先驅、台灣宏達電甫警告，第3季恐面臨2002年掛牌以來首次單季虧損。

曾是日本市場領導者的富士通（Fujitsu ），週二也公布過去5季來第3個季度虧損，主因在截至6月當季，手機銷售較上年同季滑降30%。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1020801

男順手牽羊偷可樂　遭逮後警局裝睡

【石永軒╱新北報導】新北市1名蘇姓男子今天中午在淡水便利商店內，趁著客人眾多，順手牽羊偷走一瓶可口可樂，店員眼尖發現後馬上阻止離開並報警，警方到場後以竊盜現行犯將他逮捕，蘇嫌一到警局後開始呼呼大睡，對於為何犯案僅說自己身上沒錢，警方訊後將依竊盜罪嫌將他移送法辦。

前天正好有事要去三重,就試搭了一下這條路線 這條路線原來是內壢 = 捷運輔大站 ,後來捷運新莊線通車到迴龍後,就改成內壢 = 捷運迴龍站 搭乘時間 : 2013年7月31日(星期三) 搭乘區間 : 內壢火車站 = 捷運迴龍站 搭成班次 : 17:30 內壢家樂福發車 到站時刻 內壢火車站 17:31 桃園縣政府 17:50 南華飯店 17:57 (桃園火車站) 龜山 18:08 龍華科大 18:29 捷運迴龍站 18:31 票價 : 兩段全票共36元 心得 : 在平日的下班尖峰時刻 601走完全程要一個小時........ (當天回程從捷運迴龍站搭23:00的末班車 到內壢火車站是23:43) 一個小時應該算是最久的狀況了吧,其他時間或許可以壓縮到 一個小時以內 行走路線有兩個比較特別的地方 (路線圖http://goo.gl/maps/vTNYZ) 1.到縣府前三叉路口會先直走中山路(跟一路公車一樣),而不是右轉復興路 到南華街再右轉到復興路,我一直以為會直走復興路 2.到龜山後並非直走萬壽路到底,而是到了自強北路會左轉 然後經過陸光國宅後右轉長壽路,再接回萬壽路 (個人猜測拐這個彎的目的是為了陸光國宅的客源) 另外桃園縣政府已經把這條路線命名為 捷運棕線先導公車 http://traffic.tycg.gov.tw/businessD/post/upt.asp?p0=41 意思就是將來這條路線會蓋捷運(棕線),為了讓民眾習慣 在這條路線上搭乘大眾交通工具,沒捷運時就先開公車讓民眾習慣一下 所以在沿路的公車站牌都會印上 捷運棕線先導公車 的字樣 如果你找不到601的公車站牌請別擔心 只要認明 捷運棕線先導公車的字樣就OK了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.73.4.152

毒物專家林杰樑插管命危 24萬人集氣加油

國內毒物科權威、林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任林杰樑昨天上午驚傳呼吸困難，緊急送林口長庚醫院，院方研判林是因肺部感染引發肺水腫且病況急遽惡化，雖已裝上葉克膜（體外維生系統），依舊命危；知情人士並指林昨一度心跳停止、「隨時有生命危險」。林的兒子則以「我們的社會需要他這個良心」，在臉書呼籲大家為父親祈福，至昨截稿為止已超過20萬人響應支持。

林杰樑的兒子昨傍晚近6時，在林杰樑臉書（tinyurl.com/kwhdz22）呼籲大家為父親祈福，並說：「社會需要他這個良心，請大家當我們的後盾一起祈禱。」至昨截稿為止，已超過20萬名網友按讚支持，有網友說：「台灣不能失去此良醫。」

拘留遭「遺忘」險死 美大學生獲賠1.2億

美國一名華裔男性大學生丹尼爾‧鍾(Daniel Chong)於去年4月間，因為吸食大麻遭到緝毒局(DEA)拘留，然而在拘留過程中，卻遭到緝毒局辦事人員遺忘在拘留室超過4天，期間沒有任何人給予食物或水，他只能靠著喝自己的尿液求生。丹尼爾被人發現時，身體極度虛弱，到醫院搶救了5天才脫離生命危險，其律師表示美國政府已經承認此事件為人員疏失，並賠償丹尼爾410萬美元(約1.2億新台幣)。

律師指出，丹尼爾當時在朋友家中遭到DEA的突擊檢查，並起出約1萬8千粒的搖頭丸和其他毒品，律師承認丹尼爾當時有吸食大麻的行為。隨後，DEA將含丹尼爾在內的9名疑犯帶回警局偵訊，不過，在調查後確認他並非販毒集團成員，決定不起訴丹尼爾，據律師指稱，一名警員將丹尼爾送進一個拘留室，向他說「我們會馬上把放你出去」。

然而，此後就完全沒有人來看過丹尼爾，「我想他們一定是把我忘記了」，他心有餘悸的說，「聽起來就像是一場意外，一場可怕的意外」。隨後，丹尼爾就在沒有食物和水的情況下，在寬度只有1.5平方公尺、高3公尺的房間裡待了4天，「我在金屬凳子上小便，以便把這些水分留起來飲用」，第3天，他開始出現幻覺，認為警察從通風管內釋放毒氣來害他。

「我不是靜靜的待在那裡，而是用力踢門、大聲呼叫，來引起他們的注意」，丹尼爾說，「我甚至把鞋帶等小東西從門縫中塞出去來引起注意」，但警方仍然沒有發現。丹尼爾一度放棄生存意志，他咬破自己的眼鏡鏡片，並嘗試在手臂上刻下「對不起，媽媽」，來與家人道別，但他只寫了Sorry的S之後，就無法繼續。

丹尼爾後來被人發現時，臉上塗滿了自己的糞便，身體極度虛弱，此外，還嚴重脫水、食道穿孔、腎臟衰竭、肌肉退化和幻覺等，體重下降7公斤的他被送往醫院急救，5天後才脫離險境。

丹尼爾的律師表示，政府已經表明責任，並向丹尼爾道歉，她希望「地球上不會再有人跟丹尼爾遇到一樣的事」，DEA則在事發後罕見的發布道歉聲明，並且承諾改善拘留嫌疑犯的處置方式，包括在拘留室內裝置攝影機、以及定時巡邏檢查等，美國司法部也證實已和丹尼爾的律師達成410萬美金的賠償協議。目前已經回到加州大學聖地牙哥分校就讀的丹尼爾說，他將拿這些錢幫父母買棟房子。

===================================== 店家名稱：堤香 義大利麵 所在地址：永和區秀朗路一段162號 聯絡電話：2920-9595 價位範圍：100-250元 營業時間：11-14 16-2100 （供餐到2030） ===================================== 原本的師大堤香 整個遷移到永和 雖然位置小了許多 但 味道並沒有改變 menu上 以小小的字敘述著離開師大的不捨與無奈 百來元的義大利麵 搭配著無限的紅茶與麵包 c/p值整個很高 味道上來說 不會比永和其他的義大利麵差 甚至覺得有過之 這次點的是青醬雞肉（非乾炒，150元） 青醬很夠味 雞肉也給的很大方 好吃的青醬不好找啊~~~~~~（吶喊） 席間 偷聽到老闆娘的談話 感覺好像在這的生意並不好做 有種無力感 希望大家有機會的話 可以去試試看 讓好的店家可以繼續下去 -- 蛋糕裡若沒有放核桃....就不叫核桃蛋糕 愛情裡若沒有二顆心....也不叫做愛情...
