【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高市昨發生警員開槍打死竊盜通緝犯，市警局長黃茂穗今天上午再度探望受傷警員，並致贈慰問金。這起事件因通緝犯女友為愛滋病患，通緝犯在與警方扭打過程中，不斷高喊「我有愛滋」，還企圖狠咬警員。挨流彈波及的鄭姓警員，擔心遭到愛滋感染，昨天手術就已進行預防性投藥，另遭咬傷王姓警員在今天也進行預防性投藥。國軍左營醫院今天緊急對通緝犯進行愛滋病檢驗，初篩結果為陰性，讓警方鬆了一口氣。

【綜合報導】趕在洪仲丘明天出殯前，軍高檢趕在8月4日洪告別式前，正式偵結起訴被告沈威志等18人，但軍高院合議庭卻在晚間讓何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲、陳毅勳等4被告全交保。執業律師陳澤嘉批評，軍檢和軍院其實在合演一場荒謬絕倫的戲。
 
陳澤嘉今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版「焦點評論」中發表「洪仲丘案 逼國防部吐出兇手」指出，軍檢先是公布「拒揹值星」、「竄改體測」的模糊焦點起訴書，聲東擊西，引起家屬憤慨和注意；緊接著又上演軍院在移審時讓軍官們紛紛交保，理由是無串證逃亡之虞、所犯非重罪，可笑至極！
 
陳澤嘉說，本案問題焦點還是在起訴書的內容有太多不合理。試問：禁閉室管理士（戒護士）如果沒有上頭的指示憑什麼敢把洪仲丘操死？70分鐘連續操練一名剩3天退伍的碩士下士，背後沒有校級軍官指使，小士官不怕將來被報復嗎？管理士不知軍中有1985申訴專線嗎？就算當時沒把洪操死，最終演變成昏迷、熱中暑、休克等，所有後果也非管理士等人所能承擔。綜觀起訴書關於軍官責任完全避重就輕，對於管理士操死洪的動機卻付之闕如，整份起訴書的邏輯嚴重違背經驗與論理法則！ 
 
現階段，應把焦點放在查明涉案軍官們是否屬於「凌虐部屬致死罪」之「正犯後正犯」，例如找到副旅長何江忠急於關洪禁閉背後真正原因！查出到底是誰們想把洪往死裡推！彙整所有輿論力量，逼國防部吐出真正的殺人兇手！
