今天臉書「終結核四催票大聯盟」，貼上一張照片，其中是《賽德克巴萊》導演魏德聖，手捧一張放大的立誓書，「我願以最誠摯的心，向土地、海洋、後世子孫，以及『歷代祖先』」，鄭重承諾，「在核四公投那天，我一定排除萬難，親手投下『終結核四』的一票，做一個終核殺手」。

【綜合報導】金獎影后茱蒂佛斯特(Jodie Foster)主演的好萊塢經典電影《控訴》(The Accused)，敘述一名少女在酒吧中遭到集體性侵，與律師主張在旁觀看性侵過程及鼓譟煽動性侵行為的群眾也一樣有罪的真人真事改編。現在，一位被同校同學集體性侵後自殺身亡的15歲少女，家屬也將對案發當時出席同個派對、在旁鼓譟而沒有阻止犯罪的年輕人，提出深沉的控訴。

去年九月上旬，美國北卡羅萊納州沙拉托加(Saratoga)15歲女學生波特(Audrie Pott)，參加了同校同學在家裡舉辦的派對。出席的都是同校的學生，甚至很多是同班同學，但因為在場沒有大人管理，這些未成年的年輕人毫無禁忌地喝著酒，波特不勝酒力，喝得爛醉不省人事，接著慘劇就發生了。幾名同校甚至同班的男同學，先是在沒意識的波特身上惡搞，在臉上塗鴉、弄髒她的衣服，玩著玩著就把她脫光，並拿奇異筆等在她身上與私處畫畫、簽名，圍觀的同學都情緒都很嗨，接著在大家面前，至少3名認識她的男同學當眾性侵了她。

天亮後波特醒來，起初沒有發現什麼異狀，回家洗澡時脫了衣服，發現自己身上、私處的塗鴉，才驚覺事情不對，打開電腦上網更看到自己前晚被惡搞、甚至性侵的照片與影片，瘋狂的在自己同學間的社群網路流傳，絕望的她在自己的《臉書》(facebook)寫下：「他們拍了我的照片，我的人生毀了，這真是最爛的一天」，幾天後，波特在家裡自盡身亡。

直到半年多以後，才有3名當晚性侵她的同校男學生遭到起訴，但對於波特的家人來說，這樣的正義並不算正義，日前透過律師，針對當晚在場、在一旁鼓譟起鬨觀看的一名女同學提出控訴，她不但沒有阻止犯罪，還在旁觀看嘻笑拍照，等同犯罪。波特的家人要替她討回一個公道。

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市45歲林姓男子，今天傍晚騎機車進入南大路一處窄巷，機車過彎時，輪胎壓到路旁一支鐵條，結果鐵條竟不偏不倚叉入林男左腳踝，當場連人帶車倒地。

民眾報119搶救，消防隊員趕抵，見騎士腳叉著鐵條，先以油壓剪剪斷鐵條，迅速將林男包紮送醫，林男倒地直說「有夠倒楣！」

現場目擊的鄰居驚呼:「誰這麼沒公德心？還把鐵條丟在路旁，害人騎機車叉到腳，真的太可惡了!」

自由經濟示範區要設立醫療專區，衛生福利部日前公布的評估結果，選定松山、桃園兩機場作為「前店」的媒合櫃台，引發高雄立委不滿，抗議中央重北輕南。

對此衛生福利部表示，醫療專區的媒合點總計要評估松山、桃園、台中和高雄小港等4座機場，目前公布的，是已經完成評估的松山和桃園機場，下周會評估台中和小港機場，是不是設點，尚未定案。
