【張勵德／台北報導】延宕逾5年的「擴大土城都市計畫(土城彈藥庫附近地區)」政策環評案，今天經環保署環評小組會議討論後，決議要求政策研擬機關新北市府正面回應相關問題後，始得送交環評大會討論。
 
土城彈藥庫開發案總面積達162公頃，其中最具爭議的是其中規劃約24公頃的司法園區，擬將台北看守所、板橋地院及地檢署遷移至此，但當地居民及環保團憂心可能破壞當地既有的濕地及生態環境而反對，因此從2008年開始進行政策環評至今。
 
 環保署表示，今小組審查會議中有許多當地民眾來表達意見，會後要求新北市府應採低密度開發，並提出淹水問題解決方案，同時在區段徵收上應與當地民眾積極溝通，補充修正說明書再將全案送審。

河南省內鄉縣發生公安砸爛民眾轎車前擋風玻璃事件，原因居然是轎車先前在公路上未讓警車超車，引發警車上的4名公安憤而砸車。

中新網報導，事件發生在7月27日晚間，周姓民眾與朋友從當地的寶天曼風景區返家圖中，一輛警車突然將他們攔下，車上跳下來4個穿便裝的人，將擋風玻璃砸個粉碎。

周姓民眾報警求救，隨即被帶回當地的七里坪派出所處理。原來對方是板場鄉派出所的公安，當時正在執行公務，因為不滿自己沒有避讓，因此超車將自己攔下，並且憤而打破擋風玻璃。砸車的警員表示是一時衝動，願意照價賠償。

此時七里坪鄉派出所指導員拿出一份「諒解協定」，內容提出不再追究涉案的板場鄉派出所副所長、同車警員及司機的任何責任。周姓民眾表示內容過於簡單，事實不詳，責任不明，因此拒簽。
