【綜合報導】洪仲丘案軍檢昨天表示，飲料是護士買的，沒有飲料賄賂事件，今天洪仲丘姊姊拿出錄音，錄音中是洪仲丘的堂哥，與542旅旅部連輔導長吳翼竹的問答，其中吳翼竹表示，知道飲料是士官長陳以人買的，目的是為了讓體檢結果趕快出來，最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今天電話受訪說，「我們被她突襲了」。
 
根據「東森新聞」報導，曹金生電話受訪說，「我們被她突襲了，她這個新拿出來的東西，我們得進一步去查證，有沒有這回事，我們會去查證，吳翼竹有沒有這樣說，這個我們都未定數，尊重她的意見」。

香港大公網報導，北韓名義上的「一把手」金永南1日中午抵達北京。由於訪問北京的行程沒有公開，因而引起了頗多揣測。

根據鳳凰衛視的報導，身為北韓最高人民會議常任委員會委員長金永南1日上午11點半左右抵達北京首都國際機場，隨後在陪同下登車離開。

據北韓官方媒體「勞動新聞」7月26日報導，應伊朗政府邀請，金永南將於近日赴伊朗進行訪問並出席伊朗總統魯哈尼就職典禮。據報導，魯哈尼將於8月4日宣誓就職。

針對這次秘而不宣的北京之行，媒體判斷，金永南1日「提前」抵達北京後，將有一至二天左右的時間在中國大陸展開活動，滿足中朝高層交流甚至會談的可能性。因而不排除金永南藉著北京轉機的機會，和北京方面展開進一步的對話。

7月30日下午開始有自稱「小三」的匿名人士在網上舉報一位名叫文偉的中海油海南分公司負責人貪污腐敗、包養情婦、生活荒淫等，網帖配發大量艷照佐證。

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘8月4日舉行告別式，軍方昨證實，軍高檢今天將正式偵結起訴，原預計今早8時公布內容且對外說明，稍早改為上午9時。

知情人士透露，涉案的542旅、 269旅軍士官中，在禁閉室操練洪仲丘的戒護士陳毅勳將以涉犯《陸海空軍刑法》凌虐部屬致死罪遭起訴，最重可能面臨無期徒刑。同在禁閉室烈日下對洪進行最後操練的戒護士李念祖，軍檢認定他觸犯《刑法》業務過失致死罪，也面臨5年以下徒刑。

542旅旅長沈威志、副旅長何江忠、士官范佐憲等人，則將被以涉犯《陸海空軍刑法》第45條不應懲罰而懲罰罪及《刑法》職權妨害自由罪起訴，分別面臨1年以下或5年以下徒刑。

【綜合報導】湖南長沙一男子楊某徹夜未歸，妻子撥電話無人接聽。7月29日中午，妻子等人找到車庫，發現丈夫和一女子雙雙死在車庫。目擊者稱，一人死在車內，一人死在車外。警方已排除他殺。
 
現場目擊者夏先生說兩人應該是一氧化碳中毒身亡。死亡的女子職業是一名老師，「楊某死在車外，女子在車內。」夏先生說。
 
湖南省的警察調查後發現，楊姓男子28日晚上一夜未歸，他的妻子從當天下午就一直打電話，但撥不通，29日早晨，再度撥打不通，妻子便決定報警。最後，楊某的妻子才發現丈夫和另一女子死在自家的車庫裏。
