【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化市葉姓清潔隊員今天上午捕抓流浪狗時，遭一隻流浪狗咬傷右小腿，同事趕緊將他送到秀傳醫院，並向醫師要求施打狂 犬病疫苗，但疾管局中區傳染病醫療網指揮官王任賢，認定未達施打標準，不能打疫苗，葉員一肚子火直說「很幹！」。衛生局表示，因彰化現不是風險地區，流浪貓狗咬傷，仍未符合施打狂犬病疫苗標準。

葉男火大說，狂犬病疫情越來越嚴重，第一線的工作人員卻無法打疫苗，根本是拿他們生命當兒戲。彰市清潔隊長王志平痛批，就因不是高風險地區就不符合施打標準，「清潔隊員未列入優先施打對象，這樣以後還有誰敢去抓狗？」。

我可以直接斬釘截鐵地說...HTC Desire X

事實上這三款手機性能差異不大

首先從處理器來看

HTC Desire X ---> Qualcomm MSM8225 - 1GHz 雙核心
Sony Xperia J ---> Qualcomm MSM7227A - 1GHz 單核心處理器
HTC Desire U ---> 1GHz 單核心處理器(型號不知)

單從核心數就大致分勝負了

但我在這還是要說，核心數不等於效能!!

HTC Desire U 先不談(型號不明，而且使用過效能不太好)
Qualcomm MSM8225 (HTC Desire X ) 和 Qualcomm MSM7227A (Sony Xperia J)
的處理器同屬cortex a5架構
效能差異不大，但HTC Desire X 為雙核心，故效能較強

從RAM來看

HTC Desire X ---> 768MB
Sony Xperia J ---> 512MB
HTC Desire U ---> 512MB

又是一比見真章由 HTC Desire X 拿下了

RAM影響的是你執行程式的順暢度
