【李英婷／台北報導】金管會主委換人！國民黨立委盧秀燕今證實這項消息，盧表示行政院秘書長陳威仁已來電告知人事異動。
不過，盧秀燕隨後在個人臉書表示，「清早八點金管會主委陳裕璋才來看我，並且談及下會期的法案和預算。結果，不到中午，金管會主委就換人。顯然，陳主委並不知道他要去職！」

【綜合報導】新加坡52歲媽媽林晶蓮，16年前和丈夫離婚，獨力撫養自己的一兒一女，7年前被醫生診斷罹患了乳癌，身體狀況就每下愈況，每個禮拜約坡幣1千元(約台幣2360元)的醫藥費用，更是讓她壓力極大。多年來，林晶蓮和兒女、妹妹與另一名親戚，都住在一間只有一房一廳的國宅裡。
因為她罹癌後身體一直虛弱，自小就有的哮喘又復發，只要空氣一不好，咳嗽就咳個不停，小她一歲的妹妹說：「家裡裝了4台風扇和1套冷氣都沒用，林晶蓮更擔心自己咳嗽會吵到一對正在念書的兒女，5年前開始，只要兒女回家，她就拉著躺椅一個人睡在屋外走廊上，不要讓自己的咳嗽聲打擾兒女念書。慢慢的她移到走廊上的家具愈來愈多，多年的老鄰居知道狀況後也多能體諒，消息傳到當地議員耳中，議員也常到國宅來探望她，並替她挨家挨戶溝通、換取諒解。
