氣爆意外　台南義消急救兩小時仍回天乏術

【李恩慈／台南報導】本身是台南義消的吳姓冷凍空調工人昨晚九時許前往永康區一間幼稚園準備幫廚房冷凍庫更換冷媒時，不慎發生氣爆意外，吳姓義消被巨大爆炸力炸到當場倒地無意識，血流不止，緊急送往永康奇美醫院急救，院方全力急救兩個多小時，仍在接近凌晨零時左右，宣告不治。
 
吳姓義消過世消息傳回台南市消防局，許多與他熟識的消防兄弟都難掩難過之情；據了解，吳姓義消曾獲得鳳凰獎和「金射水座」等大小獎項，顯示他熱心救人救災的精神。
