〔自由時報記者羅添斌、陳璟民／台北報導〕陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案到八月三日屆滿一個月，洪家將在八月四日舉行告別式，「公民一九八五行動聯盟」計畫八月三日晚間在凱達格蘭大道舉行萬人送行紀念大會，二次上街頭要真相。聯盟人士說，若馬政府仍無具體回應，當晚的晚會將會轉變成萬人抗議行動大會！

一九八五聯盟表示，已向台北市政府申請取得八月二、三日的凱道路權，並透過律師蔡易餘向民進黨立委姚文智徵詢轉供使用四日的凱道路權，會再度上街頭，訴求政府、軍方交代洪案真相，確切活動方式與時間會盡快公布周知。

原申請路權要抗議核四的姚文智表示，洪案、菲國槍殺我國漁民案、核四公投、大埔事件、服貿協議等，馬政府沒有任何一件事處理好，而是倒行逆施，天怒人怨，聯盟欲用凱道二次上街向馬政府、國防部要真相，「讓出凱道，絕沒問題」。

【林泊志／宜蘭報導】宜蘭蘇澳籍遠洋漁船「特宏興368號」遭印尼漁工挾持，海巡署前去營救的巡護七號，今天清晨4時30分截獲「特」船，但台籍船長陳德生、輪機長何昌琳兩人已失蹤，家屬懷疑兩人已遭殺害棄屍大海。

【蔡進男／基隆報導】一名被警界稱為「飛鼠」的鄭姓男子因傷害案件未出庭，遭到法院通緝，但50多歲身手還十分矯健，多次上門逮捕時都讓他逃之夭夭，今日上午9時許警方獲報該男蹤跡，動員6、7名警員前往該處花3個多小時圍捕，翻遍附近10幾間民宅，才在附近1處民宅內衣櫥內找到他，警方無奈的表示，要是晚上可能就讓這隻飛鼠跑了！
