南台家扶中心還有一半的助學基金沒有著落，金曲台語歌王謝銘祐及麵包車樂團得知後，答應文化局邀請在28日（周日）晚間七時三十分在南門路大南門公園舉辦「謝銘祐╳家扶，老城門助學義賣音樂會」募款。
 
南台南家扶中心表示，多數學子還在規畫出遊、歡度暑假，但對弱勢家庭來說，暑期一結束就要註冊，擺在眼前的難題就是該如何籌措學費。中心輔導受扶助孩子升學所需助學金，每學期高達五百五十萬，由於近年募款工作趨於困難，截至目前，離募款目標尚有一大段距離。
 
新科金曲歌王殊榮的謝銘祐，平日就號召志同道合者組成「麵包車樂團」，巡迴老人安養機構、免費唱歌給老人聽，得知家扶為協助弱勢兒童就學，積極籌措基金，爽快應允文化局邀約這場募款音樂會，當晚還會義賣簽名專輯，部分款項將捐給家扶中心。

【綜合報導】南韓首爾一名計畫自殺的男子，昨天(26日)下午在漢江投河自盡，期間南韓《KBS》電視台拍下他整個投江的過程，引發新聞採訪道德的爭議。

首爾男子成載基，周四(25日)在個人《推特》(twitter)預告自己將投江自盡，周五中午到達麻浦大橋，站在大橋邊圍欄外，南韓《KBS》電視台記者獲報到場，在旁用攝影機紀錄整個過程，最後成載基縱身跳進漢江。

市民指責《KBS》電視台記者只顧拍攝，並未盡力勸阻，行為太過冷血。《KBS》解釋，記者當時剛抵達現場，沒有時間救人，事發前後更兩度報警求助。成載基投江後不久，《推特》上就傳出他站在欄杆外，放手跳橋一瞬間的照片，照片由在現場的一名韓姓男子拍攝。現在警方認為這名男子涉嫌教唆成載基自殺，考慮控以涉嫌輔助自殺等罪名。
