美國多位民主黨籍參議員26日將聯名致函總統歐巴馬，籲請歐巴馬提名現任聯準會副主席葉琳女士，在現任主席柏南克明年元月卸任後，繼任聯準會主席。

總共54名民主黨籍參議員中，有1/3參與聯署。據參議員助理表示，聯名信是由參議員布朗領銜，信中對葉琳多所稱讚，並鼓勵歐巴馬提名她接任主席。如果葉琳當真接任，她將是聯準會一百年來第一位女性主席。

除葉琳外，另一位可能接替柏南克的人選是前財政部長桑默斯。但由於眾多參議員支持葉琳，因此如果桑默斯獲得提名，未來在參議院行使同意權時他也將面臨一場苦戰。

大立光財報令人驚艷，在外資買盤及借券放空搶補激勵下，今天直接以1000元跳空漲停開出，重登千元股王，可望重啟外資「認錯」回補行情。

大立光昨天法說會釋出第2季毛利率超過50%，每股稅後盈餘(EPS)達15.17元，超乎預期，以及下半年樂觀預期不變等利多，讓外資連夜趕報告，包括瑞銀、摩根大通、美林等都上調目標價，分別至1200元、1200元及1390元。

在外資認錯搶補下，大立光今天強勢跳空漲停，站上季均價約940.5元，股價來到1000元，帶動電子高價股光學類股及蘋果概念股同步走揚，成為電子股新一波補漲契機。

法人表示，大立光今年上半年EPS達28.96元，逼近29元，大幅優於去年同期11.56元水準，且第2季毛利率衝至50%，較上季增8個百分點，不只讓大家傻眼，更直呼「毛利率好到誇張」，顯示產品具有高度競爭力，愈來愈具有寡占地位，並拉開與競爭對手距離。

至於市場關注近期高階手機需求趨緩，台積電董事長張忠謀也釋出下半年手機庫存水位升高的疑慮，也在大立光消除疑慮。大立光執行長林恩平25日表示「客戶的需求與原先預期差不多」。

不少法人預估，大立光在全球各大品牌客戶布局已相當完整，預期在蘋果、三星及大陸品牌手機訂單挹注下，今年EPS約可超過60元，明年更能達70元以上。若以明年EPS做為計算基礎，大立光本益比確實不高，千元關卡將具一定支撐力道。
