【張博亭／台北報導】針對洪仲丘死前被救治的三軍總醫院裝上葉克膜維生系統，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲昨表示，三總裝葉克膜算是無效醫療，因為洪仲丘送院時病況很糟，不論裝或不裝葉克膜都很難救活，如果是他會勸醫療團隊不要裝，但「不是每個人都是我」。
 
柯文哲也痛批，洪仲丘從禁閉室被送出後，先送天成醫院，但軍方隱瞞交代洪仲丘操練過程，讓天成醫師在不知洪仲丘病史的情況下，只能先做檢查，當成發燒病況處理，之後轉送三總，病況已危急，裝葉克膜也難救活。
 
柯文哲表示，洪仲丘案整件事情醫療方面並沒有問題，有問題的是軍方隱瞞操練過程的真相，讓醫師在不清楚洪仲丘為何病危的情況下，做檢查和治療。

首屆移民行政特考，共122人完成結訓，其中，以印尼籍外籍配偶汪慧玲考取國家考試、受訓及格，最受注目。馬總統26日將至移民署，親頒結訓證書給未來國境把關的移民官新血。

移民署首屆移民行政特考，報名高達1萬7千116人，是競爭最激烈的國家考試之一，僅錄取129人，受訓長達12個月，及格可拿結業證書為122人。

移民署指出，移民署自民國96年1月2日成立，至今6年多，新興業務與工作量不斷成長。配合兩岸政策開放，僅僅民國101年陸客來台人數，已超過251萬人，與民國97年相較，增加7.6倍，我國入出國總人數短短5年內，也激增了1千萬餘人，對移民署現有2千177名員額，人力明顯不足，亟需召募新血。

如果有人想問，美國海軍唯一遭外國扣留的船艦目前下落如何，這點可由北韓來說明，因為這艘船現就在平壤，而且看起來它的母港好像就在這兒。

美聯社報導，普韋布洛號（USS Pueblo）外殼已重新噴漆，又在普通江（Pothong River）覓得新家，它原屬美國海軍間諜船，1960年代後期，在北韓東岸遭北韓逮捕，這艘船已改裝成戰爭博物館的重點部分，將在本週揭幕，作為明天韓戰停戰60週年紀念活動之一。

此船是北韓冷戰贏到的最大獎品，北韓政府希望，普韋布洛號成為抗拒美國巨大強權的有力象徵。當初跟美國開戰的北韓，現正推動發展能威脅美國本土的核武和先進飛彈。

船上多名服役船員當初遭北韓囚禁11個月，他們很想把普韋布洛號帶回美國，因為海軍座右銘就是「不棄船」，而事實上，普韋布洛號目前仍登記為美國海軍現役船艦。

由於美國與北韓的關係經常不是惡劣就是緊張危險，美國幾乎沒努力要回這艘船。外界甚至一度也不清楚北韓把這艘船藏在何地，或打算作何用途。
