| 台九線花東公路施工 遵循工地交管

公路局台東關山工務段表示，台九線花東公路的德高陸橋以及崁頂溪橋，從即日起至九月二十號，因為辦理伸縮縫工程，必須縮減一半車道施工，另一半車道提供車輛通行，請用路人行經過時，依指示減速慢行，並遵循工地交管措施，以確保行車安全。

| 指紋辨識良率不佳 傳蘋果、三星暫緩搭載

業界先前傳出，蘋果及三星將在下半年推出的新款智慧型手機中，內建全新的指紋辨識系統，但根據外電及蘋果生產鏈業者指出，指紋辨識模組的確仍有良率不佳的問題存在。由於今年第3季底前仍無法進入量產階段，因此，蘋果及三星今年推出的新機恐怕不會搭載指紋辨識功能。
隨著智慧型手機開始普遍內建近場無線通訊（NFC）技術後，行動支付被視為未來重要服務之一，但為了確定行動支付的安全性，包括蘋果及三星等手機大廠，均看中了指紋辨識功能，而今年以來市場一直傳出，蘋果下半年將推出的iPhone 5S及三星Galaxy Note 3，均會搭載指紋辨識系統。
不過，根據外電及蘋果生產鏈業者表示，指紋感測元件的製造良率不佳，今年底前要進入量產階段的機率不高，也因此，蘋果及三星將在下半年推出搭載指紋辨識系統的智慧型手機，機率也同樣大幅降低。
因為看好指紋辨識功能，三星併購了指紋辨識器供應商AuthenTec，三星也併購了Validity Sensors，但據了解，兩家業者現在仍無法穩定供應可應用在智慧型手機中的小型指紋辨識器。
以蘋果併購的AuthenTec來說，其所生產的指紋辨識感測模組，晶片是由台積電負責晶圓代工，頎邦負責金凸塊，封測代工則由精材及日月光拿下訂單。但業者指出，指紋辨識模組的製造良率仍未見到明顯拉升，今年第3季底要進入每月百萬或千萬套的出貨，目前看來機率已經很低。
不過，蘋果仍在加快指紋辨識器的開發。事實上，台積電日前法說會中也提及，利用成熟製程開發的特殊技術製程技術，已經開發出新的應用，包括將感測晶片及鏡頭堆疊在一起的新技術、指紋辨識需應用到的混合訊號製程、應用在近場無線通訊（NFC）及觸控IC上的eFlash技術等。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】蕭淑慎日前開刀割除子宮肌瘤，22日出院回家休養，她住院期間完全沒洗澡，昨午在臉書說：「我是12天沒洗澡的臭淑慎〜不過沒關係，就在10分鐘前我已經洗的很香了！」
愛美的她，之後po了「全身大保養」的照片，除了敷臉、保養唇部，還戴上果凍手套、腳套，從頭到腳也擦滿乳液，並發文說：「這世界上只有懶女人沒有醜女人！女人好好愛自己吧！」昨晚她又上傳敷眼膜的照片祝大家晚安，不到12點前就上床睡美容覺。

| 有新竹在地人可回應嗎?

1,真的非常塞,除非很早出門,不過可以利用台鐵六家線,就可以避開車潮了!
2,生活機能我覺得可以接受,現在比以前好很多,而隨著人口越多,相信會更好的!
3,我住新竹市一段時間,後來買在高鐵區就是因為市區太過壅擠,腹地又小,假日到處塞,而高鐵區是重劃區,不管道路還是綠地都比新竹市規劃的還好,所以我覺得生活品質其實好很多,以上供參考
