但一位署名「什麼意思」的網友立刻質疑，媒體人員假冒市民，是醜陋的，不道德的，不配做媒體人。一位署名「何慶軍」的網友則說，「我就不說那個美女叫郭婷婷，跟一個記者重名，肯定是巧合。」

趙文也在騰訊微博上發文，並問代號「sherry84」的網友「是你嗎？」，而顯然「sherry84」就是郭婷婷，她果真回應說，「我本來就是去採訪的啊，只是習總以為是普通市民，本報一同事未經過我同意就把內部群裡的話發到微博上，被我發現後馬上要求刪帖，但已被@學習粉絲團轉載.....。」這段話，也形同證實了「郭婷婷」的身分。
