2013李敏鎬「My Everything」世界巡迴演唱會，就在7/21明天即將於台大體育館登場。昨天抵台的李敏鎬一下飛機就受到許多粉絲的簇擁，對此李敏鎬表示相當開心，也覺得台灣的粉絲真的是相當熱情。近期因為巡迴演唱工作相當忙碌，因此昨天抵台後隨即進飯店休息，整天都未再出門觀光等，雖是第5度抵台對台灣的感覺已不是太陌生，但希望趁演唱會前若稍有空檔，還是希望再出去走走看看或吃美味的台菜。

前幾次來台都是為了拍廣告或是舉辦粉絲會，這次是第一次來台舉辦個人的演唱會。為此李敏鎬表示：「關於演唱會我都準備好了，這對我而言是非常有紀念性的一次活動。」聽聞李敏鎬對演唱會上也有跳舞的演出，李敏鎬強調的表示：「這段大家所謂的跳舞，在我身上而言其實是一種『律動』而已，我是自己練習自己有興趣，還怕粉絲看到會有點不習慣這樣律動的我，希望大家可以期待看到『律動』的敏鎬。」

巡迴演唱會後，李敏鎬將投入新戲「繼承者們」的拍攝，戲裡也會有一些衝浪、風帆的海上運動需求，有可能會需要裸露健美的身材，為此近期也抽空勤健身，游泳、打羽球等，至於衝浪、風帆等的練習目前練習的進度是到可以站起來的地步，有媒體打趣問是否可以擺很帥的姿勢，李敏鎬靦腆的笑說：「能站起來目前對我而言已經很吃力，還沒想到其他。」

2013李敏鎬「My Everything」世界巡迴演唱會，7/21〈日〉晚上7點就在台大體育館。門票銷售近九成，總製作費約一千兩百萬。

我現在是時代英文的學生
來時代之前我先有試聽過TutorABC

TutorABC上課使用類似SKYPE的通訊軟體做線上教學
上課只能看到TutorABC的老師上課卻看不到同學
雖然TutorABC強調小班教學的優點
但是我覺得上起課來缺乏真實感
所以遲遲沒有報名

後來問到了時代英文
他跟TutorABC一樣也有小班教學的優點
和TutorABC不同的是面對面與老師和同學們互動
而且又有明確的進度和分級
每次課程快結束時也有升級測驗
在報名前顧問也有放實際教學的影片給我看實況
老師上課除了做主題性的討論以外
也用遊戲的方式教英文
真的覺得還不錯
對我來說這樣的方式學習效果比較好
所以網路教學跟實體教學比起來
我會喜歡實體教學的英文課程

課程內容方面TutorABC主要是訓練英文聽說能力
課程分類是以職業領域來做分類
TutorABC的課程對初階的學生來說
不容易深入主題討論
還有若是想要加強文法寫作之類的也不太適合TutorABC
反觀時代英文的課程就分類很細
有專門加強聽ˋ說ˋ讀ˋ寫課程
你可以針對自己的弱點做加強

所以我會覺得TutorABC比較適合程度還不錯ˋ單純只是培養興趣的學生
時代的英文會話課程級數跟進度都規畫得很明確，很適合有目標學習的學生

另外還有一點很實際的你也要考慮：那就是學費
這也是我沒有報名TutorABC的最主要原因...
TutorABC的學費是真得貴很多，一堂課只有45分鐘800塊
TutorABC一次報名就必須報長期課程，一下子就要花十幾萬
但時代英文就人性化多了，會話課1小時只要200多，真的很便宜
而且也可以依照自己的個人計畫跟適合的長度來做安排!

（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北廿日電）炎炎夏日，預防熱傷害對部隊來說，是一項重要課題。國防部軍醫局呼籲各級單位落實預防熱傷害處理、熟悉急救流程，持續宣導各項衛教常識，期使部隊官兵、醫勤人員建立正確中暑原因、症狀及預防認知，熟記急救處置程序與要領，一旦遇到中暑情事，才能即時妥採處置，確維部隊整體戰力。

　隨著盛夏季節到來，國軍各基層部隊按表操課、持恆訓練提昇戰力之餘，為防範熱傷害對戰備訓練造成的威脅，國防部每年定期舉辦國軍醫勤人員熱傷害防治研討會，並透過基層單位納入軍醫課程，實施「中暑防治講習」，完善部隊訓練風險管理與危機處理，以有效建立熱傷害防護機制。

　國防部軍醫局指出，各級幹部於操課期間，應確實掌握每日天候狀況，選定明顯地標，發布中暑危安狀況（危險係數三十五以下標示藍旗；三十五至四十標示黃旗；四十以上標示紅旗），並妥採相關防處措施，要求官兵熟稔「中暑防治卡」急救步驟及喝水要領。

　軍醫局表示，操課期間各單位應適時調整場地及服裝規定，使所屬在安全無虞情況下，全心投入訓練，官兵若有身體不適症狀，務須立即通知隨隊醫護人員，並迅速將患者移至陰涼通風處，解除身上裝備並鬆開衣物，以冷水、冰塊或濕毛巾等淋濕擦拭全身，儘速後送至醫療院所。
