| 人才培育白皮書出爐3年投資410億元

今天上午教育部公布人才培育白皮書，總計規劃十二項重點政策，3年內的投資金額達到10億4770萬5000元，較具體的包括五年內要增加非營利幼兒園100園、四年內要培育2萬40 00名具有就業力的技術人才，並與台灣的機械工業同業公會等團體建立產學交流機制；加強國際育才的部分，希望105 年到海外研修或實習的人數要達到2萬人，來台留學或研習人數要達到10萬人。
根據人才培育白皮書的規劃，將目前的人才問題分成三大區塊來解決，首先是十二年國教的部分，要提高公立幼兒園的比例，讓公私立幼兒園比例從目前的3比7提高至4比6，規劃五年內（103至107年）可以增設100所非營利幼兒園，另外十二年國教正在做的精進教師素質與高中職優質化等會繼續強化。
第二區塊是產學落差造成的缺工問題，計畫辦理產業學院，也就是產學專班的機制，針對產業的需求設計專門課程，讓培育的學生是業界可以接受的技術人才，預計從102年試辦47專班800名學生後，將逐年擴大，希望四年內（103至106 年）可以培育2萬4000名的基層技術人才。

| 鼓勵閱讀 新埔國中成立「愛的書庫」

【林師民／新竹報導】由財團法人台灣閱讀文化基金會發起的「愛的書庫」活動，新竹縣第9座、全國第176座「愛的書庫」，今天在新埔國中成立，由縣長邱鏡淳、新埔鎮長賴江海等人共同揭牌。書庫獲得教育部贊助32箱圖書、新竹物流公司捐助20箱圖書等。
邱鏡淳勉勵孩子說，一本好書可影響人的一生，從小養成閱讀的習慣，是提昇競爭力的開始。新竹物流公司總經理劉素杏也說，喜歡讀書的小孩一定不會變壞，希望更多小孩可以看更多好書。
