高華柱探視洪仲丘家屬，洪母淚崩！兒子枉死，洪仲丘父表示：「要真相，不要官官相護！」因此希望案子交給地檢署來偵辦，不要由軍檢署偵辦。筆者認為，不要對馬政府的司法體系有信心。
 
看近年來司法體系是怎麼偵辦社會重大案件，如幾次小女孩被性侵案，烏龍法官是怎麼審理的？司法對待藍綠貪汙人士為何有雙重標準？如馬皇自己在市長任內亂用特別費沒事，阿扁總統蕭規趙隨使用國務機要費就是貪汙，不是雙重標準是甚麼？對志願役與義務役為何也是如此？如前者為何可以攜帶智慧型手機入營而後者不能？志願役比較大條嗎？
 
尤其可議的是，在整人這段期間，他們居然還有心情到營區外唱歌、打牌、喝酒等樂逍遙，且其職級不過士官長，卻能買得起重機車與賓士，錢到底是怎麼來的？其次，洪仲丘若只是攜帶智慧型手機，需要處罰這麼重嗎？士官做錯需要被關禁閉嗎？是否違反規定？原因可能並不這麼單純，國防部有必要查明真相給受害家屬與社會一個公道，否則再動人之募兵廣告又何用？
 
平心而論，這些士官長之所以如此敢亂來，正是國民黨政府長期包庇縱容所致，如江南案不就是顯例嗎？情治單位長官居然敢花公帑請黑道跨海刺殺已經入美國籍的華僑，那麼對國內一些自己看不順眼的義務役軍人或民眾又有何不敢修理的？
 
總之，希望司法還洪家公道，可能有如緣木求魚，不要對現在司法體系有任何期待，除非政黨再次輪替。
