陸輪胎業准入條件料8月公布，綠色輪胎業迎利多

上證報獲悉，大陸橡膠工業協會已組織制定《輪胎行業准入條件》，擬7月底提報工信部，將新增對綠色輪胎、輪胎產品質量的具體標準要求及對缺陷產品進行召回等內容，工信部計劃8月正式公布。分析人士預計，准入條件的實施，可望對大型輪胎企業尤其是綠色輪胎企業帶來利多。

據悉，綠色輪胎需要用到高分散白炭黑，預計2015年、2020年大陸輪胎用高分散白炭黑分別在38萬噸、142萬噸。而2012年大陸輪胎對高分散白炭黑的需求量僅不到4萬噸，市場前景巨大。

業內分析人士指出，目前橡膠價格連續下跌，美國對華輪胎特保案則已停止，輪胎企業正處在最佳盈利區間。

大陸橡膠輪胎指標股12日多數走揚，截至11:20左右，美晨科技(300237.SZ)漲近3%，S佳通(600182.SH)、寶通帶業(300031.SZ)、海達股份(300320.SZ)、雙箭股份(002381.SZ)、賽輪股份(601058.SH)、黔輪胎A(000589.SZ)漲逾1%。擁有(高分散)白炭黑產能的企業中，雙龍股份(300108.SZ)跌約0.8%，黑貓股份(002068.SZ)跌逾1%；在輪胎回收體系中具重要作用的RFID電子標籤企業軟控股份(002073.SZ)則漲逾2.5%。

北京世研受託貪腐輿情台灣調查

（中央社記者林琳柏林12日專電）國際透明組織指出，「2013全球貪腐趨勢指數調查報告」關於台灣的民調是由與「中國社會科學院」關係密切的北京世研公司執行。蓋洛普國際更改委託機構並未通知國際透明組織。

國際透明組織亞太部東亞暨南亞區高級主任廖燃在接受中央社記者訪問時指出，國際透明與蓋洛普國際(Gallup International)聯繫溝通，也發現問題很大。

他指出，由於蓋洛普國際在台灣沒有合作夥伴，所以委託在中國大陸的民調公司執行台灣部分的調查。問題在於，當慧思（WisdomAsia）不承接此案而轉交給北京世研後，蓋洛普國際並沒有告知國際透明組織。

其實我可以接受 畢竟不是誰都可以做到分手了就連回憶也切斷 但是 雖然我可以接受 但不表示可以接受到處都是他前女友的照片 皮夾裡也還有幾張大頭照 電腦裡資料夾放前女友的名稱是"舊愛還是最美" fb的照片也都還留著 問他能不能只留皮夾的大頭照就好 然後把大頭照放抽屜 不要再擺進去 他居然說我管他太多 這是他的皮包 他想放誰是他的事情 跟我無關 對 乍聽之下好像真的是他的皮包 他愛擺誰就擺誰 但是 我才是你現在的女友阿 你把最重要的位置都留給他了 那我呢 找他溝通又說我管太多 唉 這已經是第三次了 我還應該繼續下去嗎 但是為了這個小事分手 會不會太小孩子氣 有人也遇過類似的狀況嗎 -- ptt笨笑粉絲團 http://ppt.cc/a2j7 有興趣的朋友可以去看看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.177.56

柏南克談話激勵美股　道瓊收漲百點再創新高

美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）主席柏南克昨發表談話指出，在可預見的未來，貨幣政策仍將高度寬鬆；投資人樂見，激勵美股走勢，自昨天的回檔走勢中反彈，道瓊指數終場大漲169點，再創收盤記錄高點。
 
美國股市
道瓊工業平均指數收高169.26點或1.11%至15460.92。
Nasdaq指數收高57.55點或1.63%至3578.30。
S&P 500指數收高22.40點或1.36%至1675.02。
費城半導體指數收高9.86點或2.07%至486.56。

總和片尾預告跟上面一篇來看 剩下的集數恐怕 溫吳線很難有好的結果... 整體來說 全線的高潮恐怕落在振華出國前 此時吳詠潔雖然生活能力還不完全 但至少兩人之間能存在著些許默契 然後 從出國為了補上少去振華的空間 先是加進慶竹這角色 又以跟賈美女的對立 來重新塑造吳詠潔的個性 可惜的是 為了表達吳對溫的思念 包括沒時間概念 還有隨時按門鈴打擾 太過強烈的情感表現反倒引起觀眾反感 即便是對一個人的思念也不應打擾他人 而後 振華回來了 看似問題有解答之望 但是卻也只結束跟賈美女爭奪的部分 反到是在心意上 以"家人"的概念將詠潔阻隔於外 縱使以上課 觀察方媽的方式 讓自己更進步 來呈現她對於城堡融入的渴望 卻仍顯得格格不入 而這一切矛盾更在文汶出現以後達到高峰 決定用病症收尾 大概是讓兩人無疾而終卻又相對平順的劇情 好不容易在黑特吶喊了兩天 換回的吳詠潔卻是如此下場 到底是編劇真正看到了觀眾的期待 又或者是不得不的決定 如果這真的有許願池 請讓溫吳結尾能夠如同片頭般在一起 小弟願貢獻僅有的兩萬批幣 推者每人稅前200P 發到100人 重複者不計入 至於如果外星貓真的不幸紅顏多薄命....... 請開放大怒灌黑特到天邊 編劇去吃X吧!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.71.239

【林海全╱台中報導】遭關禁閉被操死的陸軍下士洪仲丘，因違規帶照相手機被連上士官長陳以人、范佐憲「釘」，網友為了幫他討回公道，瘋狂肉搜，在臉書上發現，兩位士官長也疑似在軍中使用智慧型手機，甚至打卡留言。
 
網友從疑為范佐憲的臉書整理出來，發現他從洪仲丘被關禁閉的第一天起，每天都在吃香喝辣，大口喝啤酒、吃快炒，甚至去酒吧、打麻將，統計六月份就有十七天在打卡，還有網友氣到留言說，「很想拿把60機槍，把這些人渣都給殺了」。
 
洪仲丘的姊姊洪慈庸痛批，部隊裡面的長官，因為位階關係，很多人拿智慧型手機，都不會揭發出來，也不會被處分，很不合理，身分不同有兩套不同標準，「行為這麼偏差的長官，根本不適任，直接免職。」
