標題[閒聊] 該如何調適心裡的不平衡

部門裡只有兩個員工 我跟我主管 我主管覺得當主管的不應該作太多事，應該只出一張嘴 所以可想而知事情幾乎我全包了 他只做五分之一，其他五分之四我做 每次教會我一件事就自然而然變成我的事 再也不願意碰了 有時候我在忙他很閒依舊只出一張嘴要我做 但他個性很急看到我沒馬上弄他就會非常生氣自己弄 感覺好像是在"幫"我做事~~語氣非常差~一忙脾氣也很差 這連帶使得我要請假也很困難 因為公司其實可以請公假去進修跟工作有關的課程 他自己是完全沒學習意願 但也不願意讓我去~~ 我想他不會被FIRE 他也不可能自己走(錢多事少) 我就算會再多也只是讓她更輕鬆~~但升不上去 所以變得很不開心~~心裡也很不平衡 有些人認為他是主管他有權利使喚下面 但我心裡還是很難說服自己~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.144.86

【李國修病逝】追思會18日花博舞蝶館舉行

【蕭孜玹╱台北報導】屏風表演班今天下午在信義新光三越A11館的「屏風售票亭」舉辦李國修告別式說明會。

屏風藝術總監林佳鋒表示，告別式取名為「最後的謝幕：李國修傳奇」，將在18日早上10點於花博公園舞蝶館舉行。現場可容納3千名觀眾，有興趣參加的戲迷今天起可到屏風官網線上報名。

屏風藝術總監林佳鋒今午辦說明會，宣布李國修告別式的時間地點。
