店名：旭屋 牛丼專門店 地址：台南市中西區忠義路2段48號 電話：06-2209542 營業時間：11:30-14:00;17:00-20:00 消費時間：2013.7 停車：路邊停車 公休日：周一 平均消費：250~280 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 圖文網誌無音樂好讀版本: http://carlming.pixnet.net/blog/post/151804244 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 好一陣子沒更新食記了 這學期論文英文雙重壓力下實在沒什麼時間 最近終於可以偷閒一下 就從今天再重新為大家介紹美食囉 這家旭屋我其實已經吃過4~5次有了 已經搜集完所有的口味就來跟大家介紹一下這間我很喜歡的小店 有的照片是這幾次的也請大家見諒 門口非常日式的風格店內也是一樣 只有吧台的位置約11個位置 我前天去才發現原來有賣中午 這菜單其實已經改了半年左右 多了涮牛肉沙拉定食 這個其實我還沒有吃過 但是看別人點感覺走清爽路線 也會附飯不是單純沙拉而已 原本是8種沒有沙拉的菜單 既然有拍也給大家看看 裡面我超想吃鮮乳酪可惜沒有了 小菜則是每次去都不一樣 可以其中選兩樣 加50可以將附餐飲料升級成啤酒 小菜我吃過海帶、大根、醃黃瓜、味噌黃瓜、大頭菜、秋葵等 其他就沒太大印象了 裡面我最愛大根、海帶和秋葵 整套套餐另外還有附飲料、味噌湯跟沙拉 飲料有檸檬蜜跟黑豆麥茶 我很喜歡他們家的檸檬蜜 調得非常好喝不會過酸過甜 冰冰涼涼正好可解牛丼的微膩感 沙拉則是有和風跟胡麻兩種都很棒 和風是像外頭的和風醬少了點酸味多了點哇沙米的辣味 胡麻跟品田的沙拉醬蠻相似的 兩種我都會交換吃 說實在的有沙拉真的還不錯可均衡飲食 裡面配菜也會調整 旭屋蛋黃 NT.250 這是我最近才吃的口味 大把大把的蔥花配上一顆金黃的蛋黃 視覺分數就非常高了 由於前陣子H6N1(?)的關係這道我一直沒有吃 所以也梗梗於懷 最近比較沒風聲了就來冒險一下 把蛋黃戳破後蛋黃就散開來了 明眼人或許可以發現 蛋黃太小了ˊˋ... 結果很多地方都沒有沾到蛋黃 所以吃起來跟原味的沒差很多 多了點滑順感而已蛋黃香味比較難吃得出來 蒜味奶油 NT.280 這照片是之前拍的不是這次去拍的 不過這道是我最喜歡的一道 原因就是上頭那一塊香噴噴的蒜味奶油 感覺像生蒜的香味 帶著點微微的辣味 上來還得悶一下讓奶油溶化 不知道哪裡買得到拿來煎牛排一定也超棒的 香濃的蒜香配上甜醬油涮過的牛丼一整個相輔相承 重口味的人千萬不要錯過 柚香大根 NT.250 跟剛剛的蒜味蠻反差的 這一道是走清爽派的 很適合在現在炎熱的夏天食用 大根泥配上柚香粉可中和牛肉的甜膩感 讓人胃口大開 山藥泥 NT.320 各品項中最貴的一道 不過也已經停產了 這道應該是我第二喜歡的一道 因為山藥泥配牛丼我從來沒有看過 沒想到吃一口非常的合 山藥顧胃本身並沒有太強烈的味道 也可以使牛肉的膩味中和一下 另一個原因是山藥讓牛肉更滑順 這也是我很愛山藥泥的原因之一 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- 這間不敢說是全台灣最好吃的 但至少是我人生27年來吃過最喜歡的牛丼飯 雖然每次都要排很久但是還是很愛來 可惜在台南 因為我快回台北去定居了 只能用一句 太好吃了~以後吃不到怎麼辦來做結尾 -- 卡爾茗 生活。美食。遊憩之點滴 http://carlming.pixnet.net/blog 關於吃 http://www.wretch.cc/album/tw00500203 關於我 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.161.185 ※ TW00500203:轉錄至看板 Tainan 07/09 15:45

圖文好讀版 http://yuchulien.pixnet.net/blog/post/151797038 餐廳名稱：68鮮魚 平價生魚片丼飯 定食 (石牌店) 消費時間：102年7月 地址：台北市北投區石牌路二段90巷6號 電話：(02)2828-2273 營業時間：1130-2130 每人平均價位：160-320 有無包廂：無 這家位在榮總附近的68鮮魚已經吃過好多次了 個人覺得是北投地區平價生魚片丼飯裡面最推的 這次就來寫寫食記吧 位於石牌路的巷子中 生意很好每次去都大排長龍 但是等候的時間不會很久...感覺流動率還蠻快的 由店外貼的海報得知好像是百八漁場的關係餐廳 服務生帶位後會留下菜單 決定好就去櫃檯先買單然後拿回號碼牌等餐點送來 有茶和味增湯無限供應 但我們去的那天居然沒蔥了orz 這次吃的是御品三色丼和綜合燒霜丼 御品三色丼(干貝 鮭魚卵 甜蝦) 亮點絕對是那甜蝦...比爭鮮的還要肥大好幾倍...鮮甜好吃 另外有菜單上面沒寫的兩大片鮭魚生魚片 配上日式丼飯一定要有的牛蒡才有FU!! 綜合燒霜丼(鮭魚 鮪魚 干貝) 燒霜的意思就是用瓦斯噴槍(?)在生魚片的外層略作燒烤 把表面烤熟但內部還是生魚片的狀態 鮭魚和鮪魚都很好吃 但菜單上沒列的旗魚好像是有筋吧...較難咬斷口感稍差一點 謝謝收看 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.233.80.120
