| 宏達電股價1字頭 今續挫再創8年半新低

【綜合報導】宏達電（2498）昨天驚見1字頭，盤中跌停189元鎖死；今早開盤續挫，再創8年半新低，目前早盤最低來到每股181.5元。
宏達電上周公布第2季每股純益僅1.5元，外資紛紛出手下砍目標價，昨天外資再度大砍10561張，已連續22天賣超宏達電達76956張，股價創2005年3月以來新低價，昨天市值蒸發近120億元。
台股昨下跌逾百點失守7900點，在外資大砍下，宏達電更是驚見「1」字頭，創8年半來新低價。圖為執行長周永明。資料照片

圖文網誌版： http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bo2/17360011 --------------- 餐廳：台南.中西區-泰成水果店 地址：台南市中西區正興街80號 電話：(06)228-1794 營業時間：15:00-凌晨03:00 用餐日期：2013/02/12 價位：(本價目僅供參考，正確價格以店家為主) 哈密草莓冰 NT.170 哈密瓜瓜冰 NT.150 蕃茄切盤 NT.40 ----------------- 到底是為什麼，為了吃一碗瓜瓜冰，我們竟瘋狂的從高雄衝臺南， 適逢農曆春節，塞車塞的要死，停車位又難找， 瞬間覺得自己的腦袋有點不正常就是了(抓頭)。 正興街這，除了泰成，最有名的大概就是蜷尾家了。 不過沒去對面一起跟著排蜷尾家，但看到那堆人龍，我的火都滅了， 似乎我的不正常指數，又顯的似乎有救了一點點。 (雖然我內心深處還是想找一天去吃看看是什個鬼冰淇淋這麼扯。) 話說，其實泰成人也是不少，只是沒像蜷尾家那樣誇張， 而且店面不大，桌數也不算多，所以我們那天還是落的得跟人家一起並桌。 ----------------- 其實光看店面，還真不知道泰成其實有70餘年的歷史，是台南知名老店之一， 而且也不少家媒體來報導過， 如同莉莉/裕成水果店，泰成門口也是很澎派了擺了很多時令的新鮮水果， 除了水果冰，也販售現切水果及水果汁， 水果都很新鮮，可惜價位不怎麼親民， 不過沒吃過的話，倒是可以來嚐試看看。 ----------------- 【哈密草莓冰】NT.170 除了哈密瓜瓜冰，吸引我目光的還有草莓冰， 這不是我們點的，那時草莓正值產季， 因為太貴，而且我們也吃不下這麼多冰，所以是跟人家借來拍。 ----------------- 【哈密瓜瓜冰】NT.150 老實說，當初我就是被這哈密瓜瓜兵的外型給吸引，才特地想跑來吃的。 外觀真的很美，把半顆哈密瓜當容器， 把凍過的哈密瓜球放上，再淋上些許煉乳， 雖然我知道哈密瓜單價並不低，但這樣要價NT.150還真不便宜。 應該是特別選過，不管是綠還紅，哈密瓜真的香甜又多汁， 只是"冰"的感覺很不重，認真說來就是水果冷盤， 讓特地來吃冰的我，其實有點小失望哩。 ----------------- 【蕃茄切盤】NT.40 蕃茄切盤加上特殊沾醬，這也是旗津水果攤會出現的一種吃法， 沾醬是醬油/白糖/甘草粉及薑泥， 番茄沒有很熟透，吃起來還帶有略為脆的口感， 加上鹹甜滋味的沾醬，不難吃，但很奇妙就是。 ----------------- 【小詠美食度量表】☆此為個人主觀看法..僅供參考☆ 美味度：3.5/5 價位：★★★★☆ CP值：★★★☆☆ 回訪率：★★★☆☆ 小詠OS：1.位正興街上，近海安路，對面是知名霜淇淋店蜷尾家。 2.為台南知名老店，有七十餘年的歷史。 3.座位數不多，鄰近也不好停車。 ----------------- -- 我吃.我玩.我記錄..凡走過必留下痕跡 http://www.wretch.cc/blog/bo2 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.60.92.15 ※ designW:轉錄至看板 Tainan 07/09 08:44

| 謝淑薇明返台 捐百萬助後進

【綜合報導】勇奪溫網女雙冠軍的謝淑薇，明天將帶著「台灣史上第一位」的榮耀回國。知恩圖報的謝淑薇，將捐出100萬元，希望用拋磚引玉的方式，吸引國內企業家入幫助國內青少年選手的行列。
根據中國時報報導，謝淑薇回國後，會先向一路支持她的恩人、前四維企業總裁楊斌彥致祭，並拜會中華民國網球協會理事長廖裕輝。謝淑薇昔日困頓時，「台灣網球之父」楊斌彥即伸出援手資助。她曾在四年前楊斌彥送她東亞運奪金紅包時向恩人許願：「希望能拿下台灣第一座四大賽雙打冠軍。」
網協理事長廖裕輝昨決定個人捐出新台幣一百萬元，以謝淑薇之名成立「謝淑薇青少年網球培訓基金」（暫定），作為國內青少年出國比賽之用；謝淑薇父謝子龍旋即呼應表示，淑薇也會捐出與理事長相同的一百萬元，期盼有更多企業一起加入。
謝淑薇預計最快在14日前往哈薩克、烏克蘭參賽，另外也會安排一場返國記者會。
謝淑薇明天返台，將捐百萬幫助國內青少年選手。資料照片。

| 關廠債務償還 勞工先於銀行團

【陳嘉恩、李英婷╱台北報導】近年許多惡僱主歇業後積欠勞工薪資、資遣費和退休金，但這些僱主往往也欠銀行債務，造成資產處理完畢後，勞工只能眼睜睜看銀行團把錢拿光。歷經華隆、太子汽車等抗爭案件後，勞委會鬆口願修法提高資遣費和退休金債權順位，優先償還勞工，但擬以6個月薪資數額為限。勞團批，這些錢是勞工應得的，「限額沒有誠意。」
去年華隆勞工苦行抗爭後，已有多名立委提案修《勞基法》納入「華隆條款」，把資遣費和退休金的債權順位優於抵押權，或把現行的積欠工資墊償制度擴及到資遣費和退休金。勞委會近日研擬對應方案，鬆口可修法提高資遣費和退休金債權順位，但考量對企業衝擊，初步擬以6個月薪資數額為限。為避免惡僱主把責任轉嫁到墊償基金，暫不考慮以墊償方式處理資遣費和退休金。法案最快下會期送立法院，若順利通過最快明年可上路。《蘋果》估算，對2005年後才入職場的勞工來說，因勞退新制規定勞工的資遣費上限為6個月工資，因此限額影響不大；但對適用勞退舊制的勞工來說，以薪資5萬元計算，原本最高可領到45個月、225萬元退休金，若僱主落跑只能保住6個月退休金，老本就只剩30萬元。桃園縣產業總工會祕書長姚光祖說，許多勞工辛苦一輩子卻碰到老闆落跑，若只能拿回6個月資遣費或退休金實在太少，這樣修法沒有誠意，「若不能全面提高資遣費和退休金的債權，也應把它納入墊償制度，由墊償基金先代墊。」
