照片中，朴春頭上戴著如同公主般的裝飾，像洋娃娃般的外貌，讓網友忍不住讚賞朴春像是不食人間煙火的精靈公主。

2NE1將於21日公開新歌正式回歸，並將在′2013 MAMA′中首度公開新歌舞台。

福特推新小型SUV，搶攻台灣休旅市場

看好占台灣車市約15%的SUV市場，福特今（20）日發表排氣量僅1500 C.C.的全新小型休旅車---Ford Ecosport，最低售價約69.9萬元，全力搶攻都會年輕族群。該公司表示，在Ecosport正式導入產品線後，整個福特在台販售的休旅車更趨完整，全力往市占第三名衝刺。

福特表示，小型、跨界休旅市場是未來汽車產業的趨勢，而就台灣市場來說，SUV車型占比約在15%，且未來仍有成長空間。因此，繼中型SVU Ford Kuga之後，公司特別進口排氣量僅1500 C.C.的Ford Ecosport，盼望能以其僅69.9萬元的入門售價，獲取更多SUV市場市占率，並在整體休旅車產品線更加完備後，全力在三年內達到市占率第三名的目標。

Ford Ecosport搭載1.5L 汽油引擎，及6速手自排系統，油耗約為14.9 Km/L（歐規），馬力約112匹、扭力達14.27公斤米。共分為都會時尚型、都會尊貴型兩款，售價分別為69.9萬元、74.9萬元。

諾基亞決定放棄收購阿爾卡特資產

消息人士透露，諾基亞經過多方評估，決定放棄收購法國電信設備營運商阿爾卡特朗訊（Alcatel-Lucent）的部份事業。

華爾街日報19日引述消息人士的話報導，諾基亞近期評估阿爾卡特的IP路由（routing）和無線部門是否能和諾基亞的合資事業諾基亞西門子 (NSN）結合。但諾基亞已決定不進行正式談判。

諾基亞正在處分虧損連連的手機部門，專注經營無線網絡和其他事業。該公司董事會今年初開始討論和阿爾卡特結盟，但雙方從未展開正式會談。

明年初諾基亞行動裝置部門將正式併入微軟，接下來可更專注經營NSN的無線網絡事業。諾基亞股東19日已批准微軟併購案，預訂明年初完成交易。

不過，倘若NSN有意和阿爾卡特結盟，情況將更複雜。比方說，阿爾卡特經營的光學網絡事業，NSN近年才以精簡組織為由退出該領域。阿爾卡特也日漸成為昂貴的併購標的，主因是獲利優於預期且大刀闊斧削減成本。

【鉅亨網編譯潘天佑 綜合外電】

道瓊指數周二上午再度跨越 16000 的關鍵點，可是在尾盤拉回，最還是未能守著16000點，以小跌作收。標普 S&P 500 指數，今天盤中同樣一度攀上1800 點，可惜在最後由紅轉黑，以小跌作收。那斯達克指數則繼續在 4000 點下方徘徊。

周二 (11月19日)的美國股市：

道瓊工業指數下滑 8.99，或0.06%，收在15967.03 點。

標普 S&P500 指數下跌 3.66，或 0.20%，收在1787.87 點。

那斯達克 Nasda 指數下跌 17.51，或0.44%，收在3931.55 點。

費城半導體指數PHLX 下跌 6.34，或1.26%，收在497.88點。

就在美股各大指數紛紛衝向新高點的同時，部份市場人士開始擔心，美股可能有被高估的現象。

資產管理公司 GMO 的 Jeremy Grantham 周一稍晚向投資人發出公開信，警告美股目前的水準，恐怕已無法再給投資人帶來他們已習慣獲得的報酬率。Grantham 認為美股在接下來的一兩年內，仍將持續往上走，不過投資人應該要有所警覺，目前的美股早已被嚴重高估了。Grantham 過去曾成功預測金融危機的發生，及股市從 2009 開始的反彈上升走勢。

個股動向：

摩根大通 JPMorgan Chase (JPM-US) 今天宣布，與美國司法部就摩根大通過去執行房押貸款業務時發生的違規行為，達成和解協議。摩根大通同意付出破記錄的130 億美元和解金，以換取不被司法部起訴。

儘管代價昂貴，但如此一來，摩根大通終於不用糾結在曠日費時的司法訴訟上，因此投資人大多視此和解協議為一個正面消息。在和解協議宣布後，摩根大通股價最後以升值作收。包括美國銀行Bank of America (BAC-US)、花旗銀行 Citibank(C-US) 及 富國銀行 Wells Fargo (WFC-US)等銀行股，今天同樣以紅盤作收。

電動汽車製造商特斯拉 Tesla (TSLA-US) 股價，在美國國家公路交通安全管理區 (NHTSA) 宣布將介入調查 Tesla 旗下汽車電池著火事件後，一度急速下滑，不過稍後出現反彈回升。

Nokia (NOK-US) 在芬蘭召開股東大會，會中股東投票同意微軟 Microsoft (MSFT-US) 併購 Nokia 的行動電話業務。兩家公家的股票今天都呈現下滑的走勢。

消費電子零售商百思買 Best Buy (BBY-US) 今天公布第 3 季財報，營收及獲利都優於預期。不過 Best Buy 同時表示，為了在即將到來的美國節日購物旺季進行促銷，其獲利表現可能會受到影響。此話一出，Best Buy 股價應聲下挫。

美國平價服飾品牌 Urban Outfitters (URBN-US) 今天對第 4 季財務表現發出警告，導致其股價走低下挫。

知名的康寶濃湯 Campbell Soup (CPB-US) 今日也調降了其第 4 季財報預測。

家具建材零售商家得寶公司 Home Depot (HD-US)，今天公布亮眼的第 3 季財報，股價隨即上揚。其對手－ Lowe公司 (LOW-US) 股價，今天受到 Home Depot 強勁獲利表現所帶動，也跟著上揚。Lowe 將在本周三公布其自身的最新財報。

請你選資遣,因為資遣費不重要,重要的是有資遣證明後, 至少還能從政府身上拿到半年以上的失業救濟金. 願意開資遣證明的公司,在台灣已經很少了. 我待過非常多公司,都是請員工自請離職的,我這麼多年來, 在台灣,我的工作經驗(20年),還沒看到有領過資遣費的同事. 主要是等到你去勞工局,再去法院告勞基法..什麼的, 可能你早就餓死了,或家中的經濟根本支持不了那麼長的訴訟過程. 所以大部分的人,都是直接離職,再去找下一份工作, 能領到資遣費和失業救濟金,是神之眷顧. (會發生以上這種情形,主要是台灣政府對勞工"離職"後的權益,根本不重視, 總是認為勞工失業後,再去找下一個工作就好了,) 這種情形,在金融業發生率 在九成以上,大家可以去問以往待過金融業的朋友或同學, 你當年從銀行或證券公司離職時,是不是 主管直接拿"自動離職書"叫你填,你不填,主管就直接把你叫進小房間大罵一場, 然後你沒辦法,只好填了. 我親眼看過任職同一間公司八年的營造業經理填自動辭職書, 營造業已經是算勞基法最受保障的行業了,可見台灣的勞工法律根本是虛假. 否則經理何必填自動辭職書. 所以在台灣,通常是老闆請勞工自請離職,卻從來沒人想過, 要是這是這位勞工的最後一個工作,那他以後要去那裡? 尤其三十幾歲以上,之後會更難找工作 ) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.223.65.92
