【短片】騎士急煞自摔　慘遭公車輾斃

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市和平東路3段636巷口，昨天晚上10時許發生一起死亡車禍，46歲張姓騎士疑似緊急剎車後自摔，倒臥在車道後遭一旁公車輾過，40歲邱姓公車司機趕緊下車察看，但張姓騎士頭骨破裂腦漿溢出慘死輪下。

警方根據地上剎車痕跡研判，當時騎士車速很快，未發現突出人行道，緊急煞車失去重心後摔車遭輾，目前已查扣公車行車紀錄器，將再釐清肇事責任。

道瓊周一(18日)衝破16000點，標普500指數亦首度突破1800點，顯示股票正愈來愈貴，但不一定暗示大幅賣壓很快就會出籠。

Commonwealth Financial首席投資長Brad McMillan表示：「我認為我們正開始達到心理層面，也正見到散戶回流股市，並預期市場將一直向上走到年底。...一旦與基本面脫鉤，可隨意上衝至想到達的高點。」

但道瓊與標普最終收盤錯綜，前者小幅收漲14點至15975點，連4日收高，後者則收跌5點至1791點。納斯達克早盤衝上4000點，但最終收跌36點至3949點。

當投資大戶Carl Icahn周一下午3時左右在1場研討會上表示，基於獲利，股票太過昂貴且可能出現大幅跌勢，股市亦聞聲回吐部分漲幅。

道瓊迅速來到16000點，已自上(10)月9日低點的14719點走漲近1300點。標普在10月9日的點數則為1646點。

今(2013)年以來，道瓊與標普已分別走漲22%及26%。

大的點數對市場本身來說並不具有意義，但對投資人心裡則有著重要意義。

BMO Private Bank的首席投資長Jack Ablin表示：「它肯定將給市場如自身一樣強的事實帶來光明。一旦我們開始跨越其所創造的里程碑，有些人將做出觀察且稱這意味著是進場時候了。」

Ablin對標普超過17倍的平均本益比抱持更加謹慎態度。

他亦說：「我對泡沫感到擔心。若不將美國聯準會(Fed)影響計入的話，我們所追蹤的基準暗示市場介於10-15倍本益比則太誇張了。」

在上周出現一連串的紀錄刷新交易日後，市場一直閃現許多警告訊號且周一最後1小時的賣壓並不讓人驚訝。例如，防禦性的電信部門是當日表現最佳族群，大宗商品帶動的物料及能源族群的表現則敬陪末座。這兩個部門皆對全球成長相當依賴。

Lindsey Group首席市場策略師Peter Boockvar表示：「我們預計在此休息。這是毫無疑問的，但牛市要到利率回升至3%才會終結。我在此處更加看跌。許多事正緊接而來。我認為這是牛市的最後階段。」

Glassman Wealth Services總裁兼首席投資長Barry Glassman亦說，跟他聊到天的散戶皆對市場走勢感到擔心。

Glassman接著表示，「我自客戶與潛在客戶身上聽到的最大挑戰是，他們不知如何運用手上現金」，並說他們認為債券跟股票皆不便宜。「他們不想當在市場處於歷史高點投入資金的人。」

他亦補充道：「他們將經歷我們所稱為的金融精神分裂症的時期，並經歷那些挑戰，他們將坐擁現金。他們的決定就是沒有決定。」

Glassman也正在推薦1項將部份現金置於長期或短期股票基金的策略。

他指出，這些策略是做多價值公司，賣出已漲高公司。

有許多人認為市場能在Fed將其部分刺激措施移除前走高，但預期將持續追逐表現至年底的投資人及基金經理人，仍然害怕失去潛在的收益。

如何找出 WordPress 網站用的是哪個 THEME 布景主題？

當你逛到一個 WordPress 網站，覺得他的版面設計與布景主題很漂亮、很吸引人，希望自己也能下載同一個或類似的 theme 來裝的話，該怎麼知道某個 WordPress 網站用的是哪種布景主題呢？

最簡單的方式就是拉到網頁最下方，大部份除了標示一些網站基本資訊、站長聯絡方式之外，可能還會標上本站使用 WordPress 製作，或目前使用的 theme 名稱與連結，直接按進去下載就好了。

如果該網站的版面上並無明顯標示使用哪種布景主題，那又該怎麼辨識？

在一般情況下，大部份使用者拿人家的 theme 來用的時候並不會刪除該布景主題的基本資料與作者、作者首頁…等等資訊，而這些資訊剛好就都放在 style.css 檔案裡面，只要檢視網站原始碼、開啟布景主題的 style.css 檔案，通常都可以直接看得到相關資訊。

另外有種情況是網站的 theme 可能是該站站長一個字一個字刻出來的，而且他剛好又沒標上自己的姓名與相關資訊，那可能就比較難找來用了。當然也會有一些糟糕的人拿別人的 theme 改一改卻說是自己的，連版權宣告或作者等資訊都被改掉，那也沒法找出真正原作。網路上這類狀況其實很多，大概就只能依照一些線索、CSS 的寫法與關鍵字來判斷了。

查詢方法：

第1步  開啟你要查詢的 WordPress 網站，在網頁任意空白處按一下滑鼠右鍵再點「檢視網頁原始碼」。

第2步  接著搜尋「css」或「style.css」等關鍵字，找到後其實就可以從 style.css 檔的路徑看到 theme 的名稱，譬如說例子中「/wp-content/themes/Twenty_Twelve_BRIIAN/style.css」裡的「Twenty_Twelve_BRIIAN」就是這部景主題的名字（後面的 BRIIAN 字樣是我自己加的，為了識別原始版本與修改後的版本，避免用錯） 。

用布景主題的名稱去 Google 一下，應該就可以找到你要的東西。或者直接點一下連結、開啟 style.css 檔案檢視其內容。

第3步  style.css 檔的最上面通常都會標示該布景主題的名稱、何處下載、原作者、版本….等等各種資訊，直接去找就行。
