| 毆女友致眼瞎 男判3年半

（中央社記者陳靜萍台中19日電）台中市一名黃姓男子與趙姓女友同居期間，爭吵時因女友提出分手，憤而揮拳重毆女友，導致女友右眼失明，一審被判3年6月。
台中地方法院判決書指出，這名22歲的黃姓男子素行不佳，今年3月底與趙姓女友在豐原的同居住處，因債務問題發生爭吵，趙女提出分手，惹惱了黃男。
黃男一時惱怒，不但用斷腳的椅子丟擲趙女，還以手揮拳毆打趙女，造成趙女的右眼球破裂、鼻撕裂傷、上嘴唇挫傷，經緊急送醫後，趙女的右眼眼球破裂因而失明。
法官審理後認為，黃男與趙女是同居男女朋友，只因細故，竟不顧雙方情誼，揮拳毆擊趙女，且犯後未與趙女達成民事和解，審理時，黃男一再質疑趙女所受傷害的程度，未見有任何關懷慰問的舉措；反觀趙女以德報怨，在庭上稱「沒有要告被告…我要給被告改過機會，我不願被告去關」。
黃男一審時被依家庭暴力防治法之重傷害罪，被判有期徒刑3年6月，全案還可上訴。1021119

中社花市老闆賴啟文說，中社花市一年四季都有不同的花朵，現在是香水百合、姬百合、鐵砲百合、非洲菊等美麗綻放的時候，歡迎大家來參觀，現在配合花季，園區內的香水百合也以每盆特價150元，進行促銷，讓遊客不僅進場拍照、賞花，也可以把花帶回家做紀念。
另外，台中郵局也推出中社花市紀念郵票，遊客只要花99元，並把自己在中社花市拍攝的照片傳到指定網頁，就可以擁有一套專屬於個人的紀念郵票。

| 七股區辦品牌洋香瓜及虱目魚產業文化活動

由七股區農會主辦的2013品牌洋香瓜及虱目魚產業文化活動，16日在七股區農會廣場舉行，開幕活動除規劃精彩的節目表演區外，還有農特產展售區，並免費提供盛產的洋香瓜冰淇淋、美味虱目魚丸及虱目魚魚柳提供民眾品嘗，活動豐富多元。
七股區農會總幹事黃惠美表示，七股除了虱目魚外，最著名的農特產便是洋香瓜，種植面積於民國80年達最高峰有1000公頃，是全國洋香瓜的最大產地。雖然種植面積今年已銳減至120公頃，但七股區因土質帶有鹽份，使出產的洋香瓜香甜可口，因此創立自有品牌「季季欣」。
台南市長賴清德、農業局長許漢卿、市議員蔡秋蘭、蔡蘇秋金、七股區長莊名豪、農會總幹事黃惠美、理事長黃永銘等多人，都力薦七股洋香瓜，請全國民眾一起來台南體驗漁村文化的多變風情，品嘗最美味的洋香瓜，享用最營養的虱目魚。
2013品牌洋香瓜及虱目魚產業文化活動系列活動，16日起2天舉辦，每日分上、下午共計4個場次，由農會安排巴士接駁，在專業導覽人員帶領下，至著名的七股鹽山進行鹽罐DIY活動，更到南溪春休閒渡假村體驗釣魚樂趣，讓參與民眾來趟深度的七股人文景觀及生態之旅。
