【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】（大紀元記者李子容紐約報導）10月22日，聯合國廣場50號(50 United Nations Plaza)正式宣佈發售。這是由著名開發商Zeckendorf開發集團和全球控股集團(Global Holdings)共同開發建設的一棟44層建築，位於聯合國總部大樓的對面，也是著名建築師諾曼．福斯特(Norman Foster)主理的福斯特事務所在美國設計的首座住宅樓。

大廈位置極佳，享有東河、聯合國總部大廈和克萊斯勒大廈等中城著名建築的美景，共擁有88套豪華康斗(Condo)公寓。

「 由於它極佳的地理位置和現代的設計，聯合國廣場50號注定會成為新的國際地標，」Zeckendorf開發集團的聯合主席William Zeckendorf指出，「這個地區對我兄弟Arthur和我意義非凡。我們的外祖父特里格夫．賴伊 (Trygve Lie)是首任聯合國秘書長，聯合國總部所在的土地則來自我們的祖父。」

聯合國廣場50號毗鄰1大道和46街，預計2014年底建成。公寓包括一臥、兩臥、三臥，以及面積5,893平方英尺、包括5臥和兩個工人房的整層的頂層套房(Penthouse)。最頂層是一個三層的超級套房，面積達驚人的15,597平方英尺，擁有自己的無邊界游泳池。據稱該超級套房將標價1億美金。

除了窗外的美景，每戶都享有高天花板，不少住戶享有落地外凸大窗，進一步擴展了生活空間。大樓還有24小時門房，管家服務，還有住在大樓裡的經理和服務人員等。此外，大廈還獨有88個停車位，每戶一個，標價15萬美元。住戶還可以選擇購買私人酒窖和額外的儲存空間。

「我們很高興再一次和Zeckendorf開發集團合作開發另一座頂級的紐約康斗住宅樓，」全球控股集團的主席伊亞爾．奧佛(Eyal Ofer)說到，「面對世界上最為知名和重要的建築，聯合國廣場50號會吸引一大批買家，他們能意識到不會再有這種機會，能在紐約擁有由世界頂級建築師設計的家。」

Zeckendorf開發集團和全球控股集團曾合作開發了「中央公園西15號」（15 Central Park West）豪宅，這是紐約最頂級、也是銷售最好的豪宅之一。 格拉梅西公園18號（18 Gramercy Park）也是兩者合作開發的另一座成功的豪華康斗項目。

高雄市觀光局壽山動物園今天提前慶祝西洋萬聖節，不少民眾變裝打扮入園參觀，動物園的白鼻心、紅毛猩猩品嘗志工、動物保育員特製的南瓜大餐，吃得津津有味。

動物園今天推出「萬聖節變裝趴」，優待變車裝打扮的民眾免費入園，有小朋扮成死神、有的穿戴吸血鬼面具、巫婆帽或蜜蜂搞怪入園，動物園也把親水廣場的Q版黃色小鴨變裝成巫婆，大小朋友爭著和「鴨巫婆」合影，市府觀光局副局長吳明昌也到場與民眾同樂。

為了讓動物們也能一起歡度萬聖節，動物園志工事先雕刻應景的萬聖節大南瓜，由保育員「加菜」，把美味的水果放到鏤空的大南瓜內，送給白鼻心和紅毛猩猩品嘗。

親水廣場還有「祖韻文化樂舞團」表演，也有生動活潑的有獎徵答，小朋友搶答踴躍。

南投縣鹿谷鄉近年流行種植咖啡，但仍欠缺銷售通路，咖啡農賴彥旭決定不只賣咖啡「商品」，還要賣喝咖啡的「幸福氛圍」；今天他分享自身經驗，將自宅木屋改裝為咖啡廳，讓外地遊客來鹿谷茶鄉也能享用好咖啡，10年耕耘下來，每年可賣出上千磅咖啡。

從事飯店業15年的賴彥旭，10年前返鄉務農。他利用休耕茶園種植咖啡，堅持有機農業，一路走得艱辛。他說，前兩年客源不穩定，烘焙得再好的咖啡豆，也落入「不知道要賣給誰」的窘境，

賴彥旭改變做法，不把咖啡當作商品，反而「加值」，讓民眾喝到一杯好咖啡外，也能喝到閒適的氛圍與主人的關心。

【胡治言/綜合報導】】一年一度的同志大遊行昨在台北市政府前舉行，吸引約6萬人參與。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台灣同志大遊行從2003年起舉辦，當初僅500人參加，近年每年都突破5萬人，是東亞最大規模同志遊行。昨遊行從台北市政府前仁愛廣場出發，不少參與民眾精心打扮，有人打扮華麗力挺同志，也有女性上半身全裸抗議社會對男、女的差別待遇，現場宛如大型嘉年華。

遊行總召梅子說，今年遊行主題是「正視性難民」，希望透過遊行讓社會看見，多年來同志在教育、法律等各層面仍未受到公平待遇。

Mac 電腦裡的 iWork 套裝軟體對 Windows 使用者來說其實就是 Microsoft Office, 裡面有功能類似 Word 的 Pages、類似 Excel 試算表的 Numbers，以及類似 Powerpoint 的 Keynote，每一套軟體都相當好用且不管是軟體操作界面或做出來的文件都相當精緻、漂亮。

在先前 Apple 推出可免費更新的 Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks 新系統時，也同時宣布日後新買的 Mac 電腦都會免費提供 iWork 軟體讓大家下載使用。而軟體的更新、下載方式也一併改為在 App Store 裡執行，與 iPhone, iPad 等 iOS 系統的概念一樣，只要你所使用的 Apple ID 帳戶有買過該軟體，大部分日後都可持續免費更新、下載最新版程式。

這下子…真的太爽了！

不過不知道是沒設定好還是其他語系還沒開放，目前必須先將系統界面切換成英文語系才能在 App Store 裡免費更新。所以，之前有購買、安裝過 iWork 軟體，希望能跟著更新到 2013 年最新版的話，趕快來下載囉！

注意！你的電腦必須已安裝舊版 iWork 並在 App Store 登入你的 Apple ID、將系統切換到英文語系並重開機後，才可在 App Store 裡下載、更新為 2013 年最新版軟體。

當然，這是 Mac 電腦限定。

使用方法：

第1步  開啟「系統偏好設定」，點一下「語言與地區」。記得！升級完軟體後要再回來切換成繁體中文語系，切換成中文界面後，Pages, Numbers, Keynote 等軟體的操作界面也會變成中文的。

第2步  將「English」拉到最上方，設定為主要語言，設定完後關閉此視窗並讓電腦重開機。

第3步  重開機後開啟電腦中的 App Store，切換到「更新項目」分頁後就可以看到 Keynote, Pages 與 Numbers 可以更新囉！按下「全部更新」。

第4步  更新完後按一下「Launchpad」就可以看到剛升級完成、亮晶晶的 Keynote, Pages 與 Numbers 圖示囉！ 剛更新完還真的一閃一閃亮晶晶啊…..

第5步  新版 iWork 裡的文件範本與軟體操作畫面….

目前擔任媒體記者的王勝炫，6年前還在朝陽科大唸書時，在跨系聯誼活動中認識女主角。昨天是女主角26歲生日，王男聯絡近30名親朋好友，將不知情的女主角帶到「幸福天空」，當投影螢幕播出男主角準備多時的求婚影片時，女主角驚訝到一直用手摀著嘴巴，在男主角愛的告白之下，終於讓女主角點頭說出「我願意」。

作為可能是目前最「科技」的電動車品牌「Tesla」，將在旗下的車款 Model S 上的 17 吋操控螢幕加上 Chrome 來做為全車的控制中心，未來也有可能將車機裝上 Android 的模擬器來讓使用者調用相關的軟體，但還不是現在。

Elon Musk，傳奇的創業家，在談到如何進一步加強 Tesla Model S 時表示，他們正在試著將 Chrome 瀏覽器放上 Tesla Model S 中間那超大的 17 吋螢幕中，用來作為全車的控制中心。

目前 Model S 的車機使用的是一台裝載 Linux 的電腦，而 Chrome 在 Linux 上運行沒有什麼問題，而在更長遠的未來，Tesla 亦有在上頭模擬 Android 的計畫，讓使用者調用駕駛相關的軟體以及資料。Android 的擁有者：Google 自己也擁有一個 Google 汽車的計畫，雖然兩者目的完全不同（Google 努力的方向在於無人駕駛），但是未來會發生什麼事情，誰知道呢？搞不好 Google 無人駕駛也會開源放出呢。
