【劉邠如／綜合報導】iPhone5S熱，位於松壽路STUDIO A今上午9時開賣，開門前已聚集30人排隊，排隊人潮清一色都是要買iPhone5s金色版，結果排第1者為昨晚8時就來排隊的男性，但他低調不願曝光，已排近13小時；排第2的民眾洪偉表示，昨天晚間約10時來排隊，他說以往都是用iPhone產品，此次為第1次來排隊，希望能夠搶先拿到。因金色版iPhone 5s搶手，僅10支的數量立刻秒殺售完。

但全台灣最早買到的「頭香客」，其實是只排隊5個小時的民眾杜偉俊，因台北車站遠傳門市，故意搶第一，選在今早7時就開賣，杜偉俊表示他是凌晨2時就來排隊，興奮表示：「我拿到全台第一支iPhone5s!」遠傳表示，此次共9間門市開賣，每間的金色iPhone5s到貨量約20支左右，第2波約在下周到貨。

依照蘋果台灣官網公布售價的，iPhone5s 16GB售價2萬2500元、32GB 2萬5900元、64GB 2萬9500元，較上一代貴400元至600元；iPhone5c 16GB售價1萬8900元、32GB 2萬2500元。

而根據三大電信業者提供的資費表，目前看來5s綁約價變貴了，０元手機綁約，以16GB容量版本來看，資費月繳大約都要2289元至2535元左右。遠傳則首推第一年月繳399元，次年起月繳798元的低月租門檻方案，但手機售價也較貴。至於中華電信iPhone4s與iPhone5也同步降價，想撿便宜不強求一定要最新款手機的民眾也可以考慮。

精神科醫師在臉書上指出，從海關網站上查得的棉籽油渣餅進口數量異常。台大食品教授孫璐西說，棉籽油渣餅主要用在動物飼料。

萬芳醫院精神科醫師潘建志在自己的臉書上說，從網路公開數據就可以查到台灣這2年棉籽油及棉籽油渣的大量進口的怪現象。

根據關務署的統計，每年都進口棉籽油渣餅，前些年大多1、2000公噸，民國100年降到只有150公斤，但去年突然暴增到5559多公噸。

台灣食品科學技術學會榮譽理事、台大食品科技研究所名譽教授孫璐西說，棉籽粕(棉籽油渣餅)是從棉籽油壓榨後所剩下來的渣，棉籽粕若是以壓榨方式那麼還會存有一些油，因為棉籽的油含量40-50%，透過壓榨方式不會完完全全榨出來。

孫璐西說，這就和在製作橄欖油一樣，第一階段透過冷壓榨法，得到最初的油「Extra Virgin」，剩下來的還可以再榨出油，則用溶劑方式處理。而若是棉籽油最初的製程是用溶劑萃取，那油渣已剩很少油脂，因此很難再製成油品。

看到進口數量暴增，孫璐西很驚訝，「是很異常，要了解流向」，不過，她說，這不可能都給人吃，那麼大量比較可能是作為魚、蝦、牛、羊、豬等動物飼料，不過因為棉籽粕富含高纖、蛋白質，可能會有不肖業者用做他用，也擔心是否會有棉酚殘留問題。

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署表示，棉籽粕是用一般號列輸入，並不是以食品號列進口，但是向海關追查進口流向需要一段時間，但會加快腳步。

衛生福利部上午舉行追繳違反食品衛生管理法之不法所得研商會議，邀集法務部、財政部、環保署、法學教授、會計師等，針對如何追討不肖食品業者的不法所得，共同研商追討機制，及不法所得計算方式。

會議中午結束，專家建議除了依據食品衛生管理法第四十四條追討不法所得外，還可依據行政罰法第十五條與第十八條，追討董事或其他有代表權之人的不法所得利益。

衛生福利部說，追討不法所得是職責所在，今天會議只是討論如何追討等技術層面問題。衛福部發言人王哲超表示，今天是第一次研商會議，後續還會陸續召開。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】中國錢太多的「土豪」，最近已經鬧出各種各樣的笑話，現在又有人把「寶馬」(BMW)全新Z4小跑車，用象牙、犛牛骨和黃金重新改裝，更替車取名為「飛龍」，風光亮相展出。

正在舉行的廣交會，昨天(25日)展出一輛寶馬Z4跑車，車身鑲嵌犛牛骨，並局部鍍上9999純金，車身被一條由數千片鱗片拼接而成的騰龍覆蓋，還在鱗片上刻有《金剛經》經文，加上刻著3999種形態各異的龍圖。

全車貼上純金黃金甲1999片，龍爪還剛好抓住四個貼了純金飾品的輪子。車內的方向盤、排檔桿、儀表板等全都加上象牙雕刻。

對於這輛土豪寶馬，中國網民一面倒，紛紛痛批這個造型實在太醜了：「土死了！」「醜爆了！」「糟蹋了寶馬，也對不起龍。」「這是要顛覆大家的審美觀嗎？」「真有衝動把那一坨坨的東西都鏟掉。」「你聽到Z4在哭泣嗎？」

五都市長選舉逐漸熱身，民進黨立委林佳龍志在台中市，今天下午發表新書「打破悶經濟」，他提出「新區域主義」，推動「港市合一」、「都市規畫權下放」與「財政聯邦主義」，為中台灣經濟把脈，也替市長選舉暖身。

明年台中市長選舉，民進黨中林佳龍最早表態，動作也最積極，黨內另有現任立委蔡其昌表態參選，本屆差點勝選的前秘書長蘇嘉全保持低調，基層勸進聲不斷。

林佳龍說，大台中合併升格，但實質沒有升格，台中經濟面臨空心化、邊緣化危機，無法發揮火車頭帶動中台灣的效果。中央應把錢、權、人下放，地方政府發揮競爭力，甚至在國際社會發揮城市角色，帶來經濟發展新動能。

林佳龍分析，全球化讓台灣在區域整合下邊緣化，民主化讓中央政府大而無當，地方經濟發展遲滯，兩岸關係正常化後，卻對中國大陸過度傾斜與依賴，未來將變成台灣隱憂。

中國國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄今日於廣西舉行的第九屆兩岸經貿文化論壇開幕致詞時表示，大陸當年致贈台灣的大貓熊「團團」和「圓圓」產下的「圓仔」今日在台北取得身分證，希望未來海協會會長陳德銘訪台時，能「好好的去探望圓仔」。

2008年海協會陳雲林會長首次訪台時，與當時的海基會董事長江丙坤決定兩岸互換稀有動物。當時台灣贈送大陸長鬃山羊和梅花鹿，目前在山東威海，「水土蠻服，並且生的蠻多」。大陸則贈送台灣大貓熊「團團」和「圓圓」。

吳伯雄說，當年是陳雲林決定將大貓熊送給台灣，聽說陳德銘最近將訪台，「你可要好好的去探望圓仔」，對於吳伯雄邀請，陳德銘聞言則面露微笑，並熱烈鼓掌回應。

「圓仔」話題延燒到大陸。國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄今天在國共論壇開幕致詞說，盼未來海協會長陳德銘訪台時，也能去探望圓仔。

第9屆兩岸經貿文化論壇（國共論壇）26日、27日登場，中國國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄率團參加。

國民黨下午發布新聞稿指出，吳伯雄在開幕致詞時說，大陸當年致贈台灣的大貓熊「團團」和「圓圓」產下的「圓仔」已在台北取得身分證，希望未來海峽兩岸關係協會會長陳德銘訪台時，能「好好的去探望圓仔」。

吳伯雄說，2008年時任海協會會長陳雲林首次訪台時，與當時的財團法人海峽交流基金會董事長江丙坤決定兩岸互換稀有動物。當時台灣贈送大陸長鬃山羊和梅花鹿，目前在山東威海，「水土蠻服，並且生的蠻多」。

自從更新了win8.1 我個人只有覺得關機好像變得方便一點點 其他的則有點無感 但是有2件事卻困擾到我了 第一是那個莫名其妙完全迎合觸控螢幕的注音輸入方式 又不是每台電腦都是觸控幕 唉!算了 第二 為甚麼筆電的觸控板手勢完全都不見了呢 好像只剩下點選、移動等最基本的功能 向上爬文後，發現好像是要等電腦公司發布驅動程式 我估狗了一下 好像都沒有相關消息？ 也沒有人有相關的困擾？ 求解 謝謝各位 ps 我的筆電是ASUS的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.112.237.3

餐廳名稱：貳樓餐廳（微風台北車站店） 消費時間：2012年/9月 地址：台北市中正區北平西路3號（北車2樓） 電話：(02)2361-0861 可否刷卡：可 推薦菜色：單身班尼蛋牛排 、老法式骰子牛早餐 圖文完整版：http://disni.pixnet.net/blog/post/38914219 這家就是超有名的貳樓，而且真的是非常搶手，我終於有機會來朝聖了～～（歡呼） 說起來，這幾年這種brunch非常之多，如雨後春筍般我根本無法一網打盡， 所以只能挑些我一定可以吃得到 （因為我本身真的很不愛排隊路線的名店）， 而且又是我有興趣的食物，外加時間可以配合， (((怎麼講一講我都覺得自己好難搞阿？ 所以才拖了好久，來到了北車微風的貳樓餐廳。 這間貳樓餐廳週末假日是不能訂位的喔！ 每間分店的規矩也都不同，大家乖乖上網查查，或是直接打電話去問吧～ 以外觀來說，看起來挺不錯的！ 這種磚塊排列的外牆，有種親切感，但又帶著設計的美感。 裡面就是開放式的大空間，各種排列的座位都有， 而且從牆壁、地板到桌椅等等，都好有自己的風格！ 帶著點美式，又帶著點狂野，讓人來到這兒就覺得好放鬆，可以隨心所欲的大肆暢聊～ 像這樣的座位，就是要讓大家來開同學會吧！整個排場好大。 家庭式的大小也有，感覺就是週末假日爸爸帶小孩，媽媽帶奶奶這樣全家來這兒， 享受一天的開始。 簡單鄉村感的格子窗戶，光線自然的透進來，窗邊的景栽更顯得脆嫩有活力！ 一旁的架子上，也看似隨性的擺放了許多大小東西。 用以作為隔板的上頭，也放著像是施肥阿、除草等的物品。 簡單又有小小點綴效果的相框掛在牆上。 接著咱們進行到MENU階段， 這本MENU蕃起來真的讓我欲罷不能阿！ 光是brunch系列就讓我真的完全不知道從何找起， 如果要把所有我有興趣的brunch吃過一遍，一個禮拜都吃不完呢！ 更不用說其他類的食物，看起來有多麼的美味可口....... 除了早午餐，還有義大利麵路線可以選擇，同時有升級套餐的方案。 想要大大吃一頓的孩子，這邊也有超美味排餐， 而最讓我決定一定要回來的，當然就是最後看起來好吃到不行的甜點們了！ (((但我這次戰鬥力超弱，外加畢竟是早午餐，所以沒有點甜點～ 飲料們看起來也很多元、吸引人， 但我只能涉獵熱飲部份，真是有點可惜...... 我們兩個當然各點一個餐，不過最有趣的是，一份餐點有點個飲料喔～～～～ 第一個就是這種健康飲品： 農夫牧草汁 農夫牧草汁當然是Ｈ的選擇，我喝了一口，竟然意外的好好喝喔！ 說不上來的味道，你會覺得它很健康， 似乎也可以體會何謂牧草汁，但完全不會讓人有吃草、噁心的感覺，我大大推薦！ 熱牛奶 這傢伙就是我點的啦！SORRY～就是熱飲路線，熱牛奶也沒太特別。 黑醋栗茶 熱的黑醋栗茶是我點的，沒有另外再加糖，但滿滿的黑醋栗香氣，就很足夠囉！ 冰紅茶 Ｈ的冰紅茶很好喝，少少的碎冰上面放了薄薄的檸檬片，看起來就加分布少～ 味道不會太甜，非常適中剛好。 今天完全走悠哉放空路線。 單身班尼蛋牛排 （水果盅） 這個呢，是寬寬對我大力推薦的，所以我一整個心裡就想好要點這份早餐， 只是來到這兒看到MENU，內心真的好掙扎阿！ 什麼都想要吃的情況下，先把別人推薦的吃了再說～ 我選擇的是薯片跟水果盅，薯片是現炸的非常薄， 就像在吃剛完成的洋芋片那樣，我好喜歡～～～～ 水果盅則是新鮮水果加上優格醬，早餐吃點水果對身體很好喔！ 來來來～～看看主角吧！！！！超美味的班尼蛋，為什麼它叫做「單身斑尼蛋」呢？ 因為只有一個阿！！！！！！另外有一個班尼蛋，就有兩個，很好玩吧～ 我必須要說，這班尼蛋真的非常非常好吃！ 蛋非常的滑嫩，加上上面淋的荷蘭醬，我現在想起來都還是好想好想再咬一口喔！ 下面的牛排很嫩有夠味，光聞就知道，絕對好吃！ 老法式骰子牛早餐 Ｈ的路線一直都是肉、肉、肉阿！所以它一翻完就決定要吃這個了。 選擇的是薯條，沙拉則是蜂蜜芥末醬。 沙拉的部份，我個人覺得不太特別，而且很多人應該都跳過不吃的～ 至於薯條，跟薯片一樣好好吃喔！！！！看來我真的好愛垃圾食物們～ 快來看看主食的特寫～～～ 鮮黃滑嫩的炒蛋下，就是香噴噴的澳洲骰子牛肉， 底下是馬鈴薯泥、生菜及厚片土司。 說真的，光看這兒就整個大飽，因為份量不少呢！ 炒蛋真的好吃，骰子牛肉也嫩嫩的味道夠勁兒～ 土司意外的好吃讓我留下印象。 一整份這樣吃下來，即使是男生也都覺得很足夠了呢！ 而我們第一次的貳樓初體驗就非常開心的結束，我可以理解為什麼那麼多人愛它， 因為價格真的算是可以接受、東西又好吃、份量又足夠， 希望我有時間可以再去一趟～ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.66.209.170

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市七股區竹橋里今天下午3時許，發生一起槍擊案，一名40歲男子埋伏在一處喜宴會場旁的停車場，趁35歲被害男子前往開車時，朝對方開槍，被害人中槍倒地送醫急救中，而行凶的男子當場被參加喜宴的警員制伏，全案由台南警方偵辦中。

標題[反推] 台北 復興皮膚科

看網路上好像很少有關於復興皮膚科的評價， 所以想把個人經驗分享給大家知道 大概一個多月之前，身體幾個部位開始發紅、癢 由於我自己本來就很容易皮膚過敏 所以發現癢的狀況過兩天沒有改善，就很想趕快就醫 因為貪近也不想浪費太多時間等，就在公司附近google找到復興皮膚科 進去第一眼的感覺是： 沒有很明亮、裝潢也比較舊一點點，環境還算乾淨 但一開始也沒有想很多 總之醫生看了一下皮膚狀況，就說是『濕疹』 給了我藥膏跟口服藥 ---- 大概過了一個禮拜，我覺得皮膚更癢更紅，範圍也擴大很多 剛好最近天氣也比較怪異，第一時間並沒有想這麼多又回去復興看 一進去就跟醫生反映說：「好像更嚴重了... 很癢...」之類的 醫生指了幾個發紅的部位說：『不會啊！不會啊！你看這裡...這裡... 都好多了!!!』 當時第一個反應是有點心虛，又拿了藥膏跟口服藥回家 ---- 又過一個禮拜 真的非常嚴重！！！ 我才大夢初醒般想說... 該不會醫生有誤診吧.... 馬上去另一家信任的診所看 醫生一看到就立刻說：『這不是濕疹，是黴菌感染!』 我有點嚇到，馬上跟醫生說前一個醫生診斷是濕疹的事情 結果醫生告訴我說，如果黴菌感染擦濕疹的藥膏會更嚴重...... ---- 其實沒有想到自己皮膚會這麼嚴重 目前還在努力醫治中， 因為範圍還蠻大的，所以每天都覺得皮膚狀況很不好、很癢、很不舒服!!! 也對復興皮膚科印象非常不好... 希望可以把這個經驗分享給大家... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.73.132

最近在Android手機上發現一支超好康的App，叫做9898手遊基地，

我已經跟隊友們分享了XDD，大家都領的好爽，

似乎是"遊戲基地"底下團隊製作的啦XD，不過那不是重點！

重點是他只要從那支App裡面去下載手機遊戲，完成他的任務就可以得到點數，

而點數可以直接拿去換一些像是Gash、Mycard、全家冰咖啡之類的東西，

而就在前幾天！發現他突然推出了兌換140貝殼幣！的品項，

                          ↓

                 點選好康任務

                          ↓

   下載指定遊戲並確定完成安裝開啟

                          ↓

          回到98App點選完成任務

                          ↓

               使用G遊點換好康

就可以換貝殼幣囉XDD

當然也可以換其他的東西啦，貝殼幣要100點才能換= =
