| 雜牌濾鏡可能刮傷鏡頭？小心來路不明的劣質濾鏡

 使用 DSLR 的玩家們，通常都會習慣在鏡頭前端裝上一片 UV 濾鏡，來保護心愛的鏡頭，而市面上濾鏡品牌眾多且良琇參疵不齊，買到便宜或來路不明品牌濾鏡的攝影玩家，可能要小心了，因為有國外消息指出，劣質濾鏡有可能會嚴重磨傷鏡頭前端鏡片，造成不良的反效果。
外國攝影家Roger Cicala是攝影器材出租店的的經營者，他日前收到一顆由客人歸還的Canon EF 24-70mm F2.8L II USM，發現最前端鏡片中央有相當密集的刮痕，奇怪的是其它角落都沒有類似痕跡存在，因此他決定好好追查這一現象的前因後果。

一開始，Roger Cicala懷疑是Canon新鍍膜的製程出現問題，但鍍膜瑕疵不可能只集中在鏡片中央，於是把罪魁禍首指向裝在鏡頭前方的濾鏡。範例照片中這顆Canon EF 24-70mm F2.8L II USM，在鏡片邊緣部分已有一兩道刮傷，而且很明顯與中央刮痕看起來不太相同，因為該鏡頭已預定送原廠維修，攝影師索性就拿來實際進行試驗，以找出鏡頭中央刮痕的元凶。

首先，將各廠牌的濾鏡內側抹上一些碳粉，然後一片一片依序裝卸於鏡頭前端，剛開始頭八組濾鏡都沒出現問題，ㄧ直到第九組濾鏡，鏡片與鏡片之間似乎有摩擦現象產生，將濾鏡取下後，發現鏡頭前端鏡片中央有大面積的碳粉痕跡，這表示鏡片與鏡片之間真的直接物理接觸，徹底去除碳粉後，果然在鏡頭前端鏡片中央發現密集刮痕，也就是說，某些種類、品牌的濾鏡，確實存在刮傷鏡頭的可能性。

最後，攝影師Roger Cicala得到一個結論，就是劣質的濾鏡有可能因為設計、品質不良，讓鏡片與鏡片之間緩衝距離不足，最終導致鏡頭刮傷，所以我們在選購濾鏡與保護鏡時，千萬不可貪小便宜買到來路不明的濾鏡，而刮傷心愛的鏡頭，最好選擇口碑信譽良好的名牌濾鏡來使用。(lensrentals)

大陸國務院總理李克強應邀在中國工會第十六次全國代表大會發表經濟形勢報告時，用「騎自行車」來比喻中國大陸經濟的發展方向。
他表示，「穩」不意味著不動，不動就會像騎自行車，會摔下來，所以我們要穩中求進，穩中有為。
李克強並解釋中國大陸在面臨經濟下滑壓力時所做的選擇：一種是擴大赤字，增加貨幣供應量，但這樣做今後可能有副作用。第二種是堅持不擴大赤字，不再超增發貨幣，貨幣政策既不放鬆也不收緊。保持定力，穩定政策。

| 台灣中油再投入6億元探南海油氣

台灣中油公司籌組探測南海油氣的「南海測勘團隊」，日前完成南沙太平島陸上地質調查任務，中油決定後續將繼續投入6億元，準備在海軍掩護下出動科研船，進一步前往太平島周邊6000公尺海域的油氣，在海上進行包括海域「地質鑽探」、「震波測勘」等敏感任務。
國民黨籍立委林郁方上午受訪表示，中油測勘團隊日前登上太平島計完成2.8公里的重力及磁力資料蒐集，並測得數十個重力資料、磁力資料及圖資座標，也蒐獲了其他大筆資料，現正在分析，預計12月下旬完成初步報告。
林郁方表示，中油公司日前所進行的太平島陸上調查，是一連串探勘活動的起點，接下來還將陸續進行「水文調查」、「海床調查」、「重磁力測勘」、「地質鑽探」和「震波測勘」等海上測勘作業，總經費粗估近6億元，除由台灣中油公司自籌外，也會向經濟部所屬能源局、礦務局和石油基金等申請補助。
經濟部在2011年4月，就已經同意台灣中油公司在南海太平島及其周圍100浬海域，設定石油與天然氣探礦權，總面積達13萬7381平方公里。中油公司所籌組的「南海測勘團隊」，日前搭乘海軍「旭海號」船塢登陸艦，在成功級巡防艦「繼光號」護航下，在10月3日下午從左營軍港出發，10月7日登上太平島，執行2天的陸上地質調查工作，10月11日下午回到台灣。距中油公司民國70年6月派遣測勘團隊上島並設置「太平島一號井」，已相隔32年。

北市體育局為推廣銀髮族運動，明天首度舉辦全市「銀髮族運動會」，共1244名65歲以上民眾參加，其中超過80歲的達54 人，年紀最大的96歲阿公吳家祥，參加12分鐘跑走項目。
體育局今天上午邀請67歲程麗卿、70歲楊慶興，以及由20多名爺爺奶奶組成的青青鼓隊，擔任活動代言人，希望號召更多銀髮族走出戶外。
