外資巴克萊發布最新市場評論，指出台灣出口受惠於全球景氣復甦，內需則有觀光業發展提升，維持對台灣全年經濟成長2.2％預估值。

巴克萊觀察，台灣七月工業產值及八月的出口值均呈正向成長，顯示台灣經濟正逐漸復甦，根據歷史數據分析，台灣經濟的景氣循環與美國連動度為亞洲中最高的國家，而這波經濟復甦主要源自企業對科技設備的支出。此外，手機品牌大廠於下半年紛紛推出新產品，提升對半導體晶片的需求，巴克萊認為，台灣電子產業將受惠新手機上市以及美國耶誕旺季，第四季持續成長。

此外，兩岸關係逐漸改善，帶動金融服務業以及觀光業發展，例如開放人民幣業務、開放跨境雙向借款交易，以及增加大陸可來台自由行城市至28個。

功能介紹

第一次使用時先切換到 Account 分頁並且點選要備份社群網站（以下以 Facebook 為例），Social Safe 會要要求登入 Facebook 並給予權限存取你的資料，要使用 Social Safe  這個步驟勢必要同意才能讓 Social Safe 把 Facebook 上的資料下載回來，所以就一直同意按到底吧！

接著 Social Safe 會進入一段漫長的備份時間，我從 2009 年開始使用 Facebook，總備份時間大約2小時左右，所以這時候你可以去做別的事情…

好了…經過一段時間總算備份完成，切換到「Journal」顯示的是到你塗鴉牆上的內容，右上方可以選擇想要查詢的日期。例如下圖我把日期調整到去年生日就看到朋友在當天傳來的生日祝賀訊息，依此類推，可以很方便的回顧過去任何一天的動態。

如果要查詢你跟朋友在某段時間的互動內容，先選擇時間區間，接著在搜尋框上面輸入要搜的對象並選擇「Search on this page」，搜尋結果會包含你標記對的貼文和對方曾經按過讚或留言的貼文。

搜尋時如果選擇「Search on everywhere」可以尋到更多詳細的資訊，包括該朋友對你按讚/留言的照片、聊內容以及塗鴉牆上的互動狀況。想要查詢跟朋友之間的互動情形，Social Safe 的搜尋功能非常實用。

備份下來的相簿則在「Photos」分頁裡面，Social Safe 會按照 Facebook 上的存放方式來彙整。

點進相簿可以預覽相簿的全部照片，而每張照片都可以放大檢視原圖。若要匯出單張照片只要在照片上按滑鼠右鍵就會出現儲存選項；若要匯出整本相簿則按畫面右上角的按鈕，軟體會把該相簿匯出後以 ZIP 格式打包成壓縮檔儲存。

接下來介紹比較特別的功能「Insight」（洞察）。

裡面有兩個功能，先介紹每日互動圓餅圖，它可以分析時間區間內在 Facebook上互動的情形，數據來源官方沒有進一部的說明，但我認為應該是包含了自己的動態更新和朋友與你之間的互動狀況。

另外一個則是分析最常與你互動的朋友、最多人按讚的照片以及最多人互動的貼文，其實以後不用再特別去安裝線上分析工具，直接用 Social Safe 就很能很輕易的觀察到這些互動數據，未來還會有更多的 Insight 報告推出，但有可能會限制給付費會員使用吧？（喜歡就付費支持囉！）

如何備份聊天紀錄？

其實 Social Safe 預設備份項目裡面裡面沒有包括聊天紀錄，必須手動去設定才行。

切換到「Accounts」分頁，按下 Facebook 帳號項目右邊的齒輪圖示並把 Message 勾選起來，接著再讓軟體重新同步一次就會下載聊天紀錄。

要讀取聊天紀錄則按下相同位置的「≡」選擇 Message 即可。

法務部長羅瑩雪今天在立法院答詢，針對特偵組存廢一事說，會檢討特偵組過去績效，不會用政治立場和選擇性辦案來決定，會客觀由學者、專家共同研討利弊，評估是否地檢署、高檢署也能做；她並指馬總統對此沒有和她聯絡。

立委李桐豪追問羅瑩雪何時完成評估，羅瑩雪回答，一個月完成特偵組存廢評估。
