今天上午10時，「新北影視城開發招商案」簽約典禮於新北市府1樓舉行，由新北市長朱立倫及《民視 》總經理代表簽約；朱立倫表示，21世紀是靠影視、軟體跟休閒娛樂創造價值，「新北影視城」原本簽約是專屬使用，但將開放給各個電視台及劇組使用，這樣能讓台灣的影視產業向上提升，絕不能輸韓國、日本的影視娛樂發展。

各位大大好,雖然這類文章算是老梗,但最近確實困惱著我,不知如何是好?
我跟老公年齡將近40,有二個念幼稚園小朋友,老公一年薪水大約200,我50.
去年剛換房子,買了一千多萬,貸款750萬(月繳約4萬),手上現金大約剩300萬.
夫妻每天都要開車上班,我開VIOS,老公開YARIS,夫妻一天路程各自要開約50公里.

由於小朋友的關係,我們決定換掉其中一台車,改買一台休旅車,家裡方便出遊,展開不一樣生活.
我們原本決定要買RAV4,可是老公同事買了一台FX,他試完車後也好像有這樣念頭(因為看他整天一直上甚麼55網站瀏覽),我一聽完新車價格覺得相當不可思議,如果加上稅金.保險,那豈不是花光我們手上現金(因為我們以經背了房貸,不想再背汽車貸款了),我一直嘗試說服老公買一台100多萬就好,身上要留多一點現金,可是他一直說甚麼40歲了也無法買一台像樣的車子(RAV4也很棒啊,奇怪).

但這也讓我們夫妻之間有些意見不合,主要是爬文後我覺得買了FX除了花光積蓄外,日常還要支付相當費用養它,由其是稅金.油耗.保險,跟老公現在開的小車差很多..

最近老公不太愛跟我說話,假日也不再帶我們全家去各大汽車展示場看車了,好像在做無言的抗議;
到底要不要讓他買呢?畢竟我們只是工作者並非老闆等級,我認為沒必要開高級車啊?何必打腫臉充胖子..
可是看到老公失望的神情又有點不捨(雖然他可能在用苦肉計).
請問各位真實車主的建議,到底是要不要讓他買FX??謝謝.

【王烱華／台北報導】立法委員楊應雄上午抨擊行政院國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會全球資訊網中，居然把退輔會的催生者蔣經國先生的出生年別寫錯，就連蔣經國卸任退輔會主委的年份也寫錯，退輔會實在對不起已亡故的蔣經國。退輔會主委董翔龍表示，他並不知情，允諾立即改善。

楊應雄指出，退輔會全球資訊網中的榮民文化網中，在蔣經國出生年表中，將蔣經國的出年記載為民國前2年（1909年）與維基百科及總統府網站所記載的出生年是1910年不同，「讓蔣經國早生一年」。

楊應雄還拿出退輔會網站中的歷任主任委員接任時間及卸任時間表示，居然又將蔣經國的任期由1956年4月25日到1965年6月30日，但接蔣經國擔任主委的趙聚鈺的接任日期，是1964年7月1日，又讓蔣經國多做了一年的退輔會主任。

退輔會在獲知後，已在上午11點將蔣經國的退輔會主委任期更正，但蔣經國的出生年仍未更正。

【沈能元／台北報導】變性慾者常對自己的原生性別感到厭惡，想進行變性手術。台北榮總今創全球之先、發表全球首例針對變性慾症者身心靈的腦科學研究，該研究證實，變性慾者男女性別表徵的腦區與負責社交功能的社會腦區，其神經網絡聯結方式與一般人不同，該研究於今年7月刊登於國際知名期刊《PLoS ONE》。

北榮研究團隊針對該院1995年至2012年共447名變性慾症患者進行追蹤分析，並對其中21名患者以觀看A片方式進行角色認知研究。研究發現，若是男性變性慾症者在性愛情節中傾向女性角色認知，女性變性慾症者則傾向男性角色認知，並在以腦部磁振造影檢查，發現變性慾症者腦神經機轉與一般人不同。

依衛福部健保署1996年至2010年統計，變性慾者發生率男性約10萬分之5至14人，女性約10萬分之5人，北榮精神部發現，國內變性慾者就醫人數有增加趨勢，近1年約增加2成，並以男性變性慾症者較多。研究團隊證實，變性慾者若經荷爾蒙或手術治療，變性慾者的人際、社會適應有明顯改善，建議患者應盡速就醫。
