【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】阿根廷現年27歲藝術家格瑞那多(Leandro Granato)，從小就擁有一項特殊技能，任何從鼻子吸入的液體或氣體，都能經由眼睛排出，這項技能遂而成為他繪畫的特殊工具。

格瑞那多將調配好的水彩，吸入鼻中再從眼睛射出創作，他將這些作品稱為「眼畫」(eye-painting)，並視自己為新繪畫風格的開創人，他費時2年摸索訓練，調配出不會傷害眼睛的水彩，他相信自己是世界上唯一一個可以用這種方式畫畫的人。

格瑞那多表示他的繪畫方式評價兩極,，還有人認為他太瘋狂，不過他強調這種方式不會傷害自己的身體，而且他也都會定期做健康檢查，他的作品在市面上最高曾售出近台幣7萬2。

苗栗環保局辦2013資源回收國際研討會 即起開放報名

為使苗栗縣資源回收成果行銷國際，且透過國際交流提升資源回收推動工作，苗栗縣環保局將於10月31日至11月1日，於苗栗客家文化園區辦理「2013區域型資源回收永續循環推動實務國際研討會」，研討會以電子系統方式報名，民眾可由苗栗縣政府環保局網站點選「2013區域型資源回收永續循環推動實務國際研討會」連結進入報名系統，報名期間自即日起至10月20日止（額滿截止），開放名額150位，歡迎民眾踴躍報名參加。

詳細圖文請閱讀部落格文章: http://ppt.cc/~SO- 代po以下純文字版本: 各位版友好， 第一次分享心得，若寫得不好請大家包涵。 屬於混合肌膚偏油的我，DIOR底妝是目前少數我有回購的品牌。 這篇文章想分享的是我已回購的底妝系列， 以及預定於週年慶購買的產品。 先簡單說明我的膚質與膚色狀況: 我的膚質我自覺是混和偏油。 T字部位一年四季都滿油的，只有出油狀況輕重之分。 兩頰部分，夏季還是會少量出油，冬季就偏乾一點。 膚況部分，青春在臉上留下滿多痕跡的， 臉上膚色不是很均勻，有幾個小凹洞。 鼻翼兩側的臉頰有些許毛孔。 (膚況好時不算明顯；過多熬夜或生理期前比較明顯) 膚色算是中偏白，有點黃感， 各家底妝色號的第2白色號(最常做成試用包的大眾色)都還算合用。 -------------------------------------------------------------------- 我的DIOR愛用品有以下幾項: 1.雪晶靈超防護UV隔離霜SPF50 PA+++ 2.輕透光裸膚粉底液SPF15 3.雪晶靈超柔焦淨白粉餅SPF30-PA+++ 4.輕透光裸膚BB霜SPF15-PA++ 5.粉漾潤唇膏 --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.雪晶靈UV隔離霜 我舊款用了兩條，目前用的是新款。 舊款包裝比較細長，新款比較粗壯，比較好握一點! 舊款的珍珠白及透明色我都用過， 新款目前是用透明色。 之前問過專櫃，舊款新款修飾的能力差異不大。 下方照片就用舊款珍珠白跟新款透明色稍微比較一下兩者的修飾感。 珍珠白未推開前視覺上就覺得比較乾一點， 透明色有水潤感。 實際上推開， 珍珠白也相對比較難推開。 推開後尚未吸收時， 珍珠白的部分比較乾爽一點(但還是會黏)。 兩邊都吸收後， 乾爽(黏)的程度都擦不多， 珍珠白(左邊)能些許的修飾肌膚，可以均勻膚色， 且珠光也讓肌膚光澤感比較強烈一點。 透明色擦在臉上時也會產生光澤(圖片沒拍出來)， 但沒有像珍珠白那麼強烈， 作用就是單純維持底妝，完全沒有修飾作用。 現在我手邊還有舊款(珍珠白)跟新款(透明)， 我都是看肌膚狀況或當日心情選擇使用。 膚色瑕疵不多時，直接擦珍珠白後壓上蜜粉， 妝感清透自然，肌膚又能呈現微微閃耀光澤，小瑕疵也不明顯。 若搭配底妝使用，壓上粉餅後也還能有淡淡珠光光澤。 透明色的話，我就都會搭配底妝使用。 光澤度比較低一點，偏向溫和水潤的光澤， 壓上粉餅後就比較看不到了。 以舊款來說(擅自推測新款也是如此)， 我覺得珍珠白比透明色控油一點。 舊款珍珠白我冬天用會脫皮， 之前冬天都是用透明色混粉底液直接上。 目前新舊兩款我用起來覺得舊款比較控油(乾)一點， 新款似乎比較保濕一點。 但控油能力兩款對我而言都還是夠的， 都可以讓我在炎炎夏日之下不會大爆油或是大脫妝! 所以新舊兩款我都喜歡，現在回購也只剩新款了!!! 而無論新舊兩款，對我來說都無法單用， 因為單擦會覺得黏膩， 一定會在押上蜜粉或是上底妝。 ******************************************************************** 2.清透光裸膚粉底液，我的色號是用020。 020非常貼合我的膚色， 有的時候睡得比較飽，或那陣子美白保養做足一點， 還會比我的膚色深一點。 對我而言它不是我最控油的粉底液，也不是最保濕的， 但就剛好我一年四季稍微調整一下妝前保養就都可以用了。 所以深得我心! 這罐粉底液質地我覺得不算太稠，但也沒甚麼流動性。 我通常都一下壓到底上全臉。 清透光裸膚粉底液的遮瑕力應該只能算中等，非霧面妝感但光澤度也不高。 它雖然無法遮住太明顯的瑕疵， 但小瑕疵、小毛孔和膚色不均勻的部分都還修飾得滿好的， 加上非霧面有微微光澤，比較不容易有妝感或覺得滿臉油光， 因為我不追求徹底的完美無瑕， 它也剛好符合我追求的:妝感自然又有適度的修飾能力。 通常趕時間或偷懶的時候， 我都直接把雪晶靈隔離霜跟清透光裸膚粉底液1:1混合後直接上。 但這樣會比較降低粉底液的修飾能力。 鼻翼兩側的毛孔修飾後已經看不太見了， 但有些小凹洞在這個角度還是看得出來。 泛紅的部位也自然修飾得滿好的。 之後再押上蜜粉或粉餅就可以修飾得滿好的了! 這樣子在30幾度的高雄經過11小時未補妝， (有用衛生紙按壓擦汗數次) 狀況如照片，妝容維持得還算不錯。 *********************************************************************** 3.雪晶靈系列粉餅。 我也是從舊款冰透白用到新款超柔焦了! 色號都是020。 新舊款兩款粉質相差不大，粉質都很細。 新款比較款保濕一點，比較不乾， 舊款膚況不好時，上起來還是會有點脫皮或不夠貼， 目前新款用起來沒有這種狀況。 兩款都一樣薄透，但新款修飾毛孔的能力更好一些! 所以我比較喜歡新款!(回購也只剩新款拉~) 舊款粉盒是亮面的，新款是霧面的。 我也比較喜歡新款的粉盒。 (新款完勝!!!) 粉撲新舊款都一樣是兩面不同材質的粉撲。 一邊是絨毛面；一邊是普通材質， 我都只用普通材質那一面而已。 手上是隔離霜+粉底液+舊款粉餅。 沒甚麼粉感，但膚色比較均勻，肌膚紋理也比較霧化了。 4.清透光裸膚bb霜。 這是最近的新品，會員可以領試用包， 試用包用過後，默默列入周年慶採購清單。 之前的雪晶靈系列bb霜我也用過， 但對我來講太厚重了，色號也偏紅， 我擦起來膚色變超怪異的，肌膚也覺得負擔太大了! 這款清透光裸膚bb霜， 質地滿輕盈的，偏水感，比同系列粉底液還好推。 顏色也是比較正常的膚色，還多了些色號可以選。 修飾度不差，泛紅跟小瑕疵都修飾得滿好的， 單擦也不算太黏膩感， 剛剛好的漂亮光澤感，又有防曬系數， 毛孔的部分則是有的角度感覺遮得滿好的， 但有的角度又看得見...... 但冬天毛孔狀況不嚴重時， 我打算單用，快速出門!!!! 最近比較熱，我保養後直接擦上這款bb霜，但還是有壓蜜粉定妝。 下列照片是大概29度左右，濕熱的天氣， 上妝4小時後的狀態， 目前用起來出油量還是有點偏多。 5.粉漾潤唇膏:會依據嘴唇狀態變色的護唇膏。 有點香味，試用時不是很喜歡， 但用起來不會太油，卻很滋潤， 加上變色的效果我還滿喜歡的， 所以後來還是買了! 香味用久了也就比較習慣了。 使用前的素唇。 我天生上唇唇色就比下唇深很多， 嘴唇一年有300天都在脫皮， 有的時候比較熱， 唇色比較不紅潤時，上下唇色差異更大。 有時候看起來真的詭異又沒氣色! 長輩都會一直勸我擦口紅， 可是嘴乾脫皮擦口紅也不好看阿， 我又懶得每次要補擦還要補護唇膏再補口紅。 使用後。 上下唇色變得比較相近了， 脫皮也比較不明顯。 整個嘴唇呈現自然的紅潤以及水潤感。 我很喜歡~ 以上就是我的DIOR愛用品分享! 謝謝大家收看~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.47.46.127

聚陽與南紡宣布結盟，為建立成衣供應鏈的垂直整合製造能力，聚陽3日由旗下轉投資公司與台南紡織(越南)共同簽訂「南方紡織」股權買賣合約，預計投資899萬美元(約2.7億元)，雙方將成為策略合作夥伴，各持有南方紡織50%股權。

聚陽指出，未來南方紡織的董事成員將為聚陽及南紡各一半，由聚陽指派資深高階主管擔任南方紡織總經理，另外，聚陽將組成經營支援團隊，透過雙方專業實力與資源的整合，在最快的時間內讓南方紡織發揮更高的經營績效。

聚陽表示，近期不斷加速往上游面料端發展，除投資設立的布商公司Ecolot以外，由於預期越南TPP法案最快將在2015年通過，未來將可以享有輸美日免關稅的利基，因此，更進一步在南越投資南方紡織。

聚陽說，除了南方紡織，聚陽已經在南北越及鄰近的柬埔寨都設立大型成衣生產基地，透過供應鏈的垂直整合，未來將可創造更好的經營優勢。

聚陽強調，在跨足南方紡織的經營後，未來將視南方紡織實際營運需要分階段按持股比例進行現金增資，此外，也規劃南方紡織未來將朝多元化的產品發展，不排除有進一步的擴廠計畫。 (接下一頁)

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國紐約地鐵站，每逢夏季就是通勤者最難熬的季節，又濕又熱的地鐵站，常常讓人吃不消，不過喜劇演員哥德史坦(Fabrizio Goldstein)倒是看中地鐵站濕熱的環境，將這裡變身為健身教室，教遊民們做熱瑜珈(Bikram yoga)。
 
哥德史坦8月時每周二，都在地鐵站免費開設熱瑜珈課，利用溫度超過攝氏40度的地鐵，帶著大家一起飆汗健身，還為地鐵站找出新用途，也獲得不少回響。

最近迷上了人生多美麗裡面關於同性戀情的劇情， 全劇中最喜歡的一個片段是第35集泰燮和景修酒後在海邊散步， 泰燮唱了一段韓國羅密歐與茱麗葉音樂劇裡的曲子，然後兩人在海裡嬉戲… 忍不住買了DVD，挑了幾集來看， 結果發現……為什麼第35集的DVD裡面竟然沒有泰燮唱歌的這個片段？！ 我記得在網上看過這個片段…難道台灣電視台播出時沒有嗎？？ 這一片段這麼經典，宋昌義的歌聲也很好聽，DVD裡竟然剪掉了！這是怎麼回事啊？？ （我買的應該是正版DVD無誤…） 另外我以前是不看韓劇的，看到家人在看也要念個幾句… 可是沒想到會有一部韓劇讓我竟然動了買DVD收藏的念頭而且付諸行動= = 板上有好幾篇介紹人劇的文章，我也寫不出更好的了，就不多寫劇情了。 韓國雖然保守，但能在家庭劇編出這種同性戀劇情，拍得這樣純情唯美，實在是很厲害， 看到宋昌義飾演的泰燮和李尚禹飾演的景修在一起的畫面， 總是覺得意外的和諧美麗，真的是塑造的很成功的兩個角色。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.50.246

其實一部戲劇到底有沒有帶給社會什麼正面改變，最後的關鍵還是在人吧 雖然大家都愛講半澤直樹那句名言，但半澤一戲的重點應該還是在他爸說的那句話上 "重視人與人之間的連結" 如果社會上所有人都能做到這點的話，你會覺得這個社會改變的還不夠嗎？ 但實際上這件事基本上並不會發生，為何？難道是這句話錯了嗎？ 大凡還有點理想的人應該都不會否定這句話 只可惜現實永遠都不美好，活在這個社會上永遠就是需要找各種藉口 所以我覺得一部戲不能留給社會什麼東西並不是因為它沒有內容 只是單純整個社會不想改變而已 話說回來，每次看這種歷史劇的時候我都會想起以前念書時念歷史的事 基本上台灣對於歷史方面的教育就是流水帳，永遠都是XX年發生OO事這樣 至於事件的前因後果或是內涵好像都不重要 更別提影響現代比較深遠的近代史及外國史根本沒佔多少，反倒是放了一大堆古代中國史 所以每次看一些大河劇的時候都會有點感慨，為何人家可以把歷史轉化成這麼有趣的東西 既能穿插一些導演自己想表達的東西又能提起觀眾對歷史的興趣 當然我相信他們那邊的歷史教科書應該不會那麼有趣 但至少人家對自己國家的歷史確實是下了很多功夫 不管是在古蹟保護還是對傳統文化、價值觀的承先啟後上 至於內文提到司馬遼太郎和李登輝的對話在台灣沒引起什麼影響這件事 我只能說完全不意外，因為我們這裡真的有些老人"相當"不喜歡日本 基本上就是逢日本必反，只有大中華偉大的傳統才是年輕人應該奉行之類的 假如這批人又恰好位居教育或是政治界的話，也就不需要對某些資訊被淡化感到意外了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.166.196

之前問了xperia L 跟 HTC one mini 主要的考量是體積不大 (而且L可換電池) 然後希望拍照效果不要太差 不過看來兩者評價都不佳 以推薦mini+1000去拿蝴蝶機為主 我覺得蝴蝶機規格的確不錯 而且一片好評 據說保固又值得稱讚 基本上可能就決定用大省買蝴蝶 只是心裡還是覺得有點猶豫, 因為體積偏大 而且也不能換電池 在做決定之前 還是想要先問問看是否還有其他選擇? 大概4.7吋以下, 可換電池, 拍照不差, 評價ok (有這種手機存在嗎? 匈牙利西南部的Kaposvar大學校長禁止學生穿迷你裙到校，一些學生4日只穿內衣抗議。

校長在給學生的一封信中規定嚴格的服裝儀容：學生上課或參加考試，男生須穿深色西裝和鞋子；女生須穿外套、襯衫、長褲或長裙。

信上說：「從10月1日起，校內嚴禁迷你裙、夾腳拖、化濃妝、不妥的飾品配件、指甲不整潔、頭髮凌亂。」

不過，校長允許學生在炎熱的夏天穿著較輕便，學生抓住這一點，只穿內衣抗議。一名學生說：「我們穿著整齊，但教室太熱，我們獲准脫掉一些衣服。」抗議的學生有男有女。

學生計畫7日穿夾腳拖和包海灘巾到校抗議。（法新社）
