標題[心得] 卡詩四款髮膜心得

陸陸續續也用了四款卡詩的髮膜 今天就來做個大評比~ 我的頭髮是染+燙的受損細軟髮，髮尾較乾和受損 畢生追求的是有蓬鬆感的健康髮 第一款是活葡滋養髮膜 會讓頭髮很柔 說修復受損倒也沒有 感覺就像是讓頭髮喝水 所以頭髮很柔順，但相對的細軟髮的支撐力比較不夠，會塌塌的。 第二款是第一款的新版~滋養熱活髮膜 效果基本上跟第一款用起來一樣，只是更保濕 一樣會讓頭髮變得很柔順，換句話說就是比較容易塌 (再次強調我追求的是蓬鬆感) 第三款是綠色的強化系列的煥髮髮膜 這是用了兩罐還想回購的!!! 不單單可以補水，也讓頭髮變得很有彈性光澤，很健康的感覺~ 吹乾後也有很蓬鬆的感覺 如果說前兩罐是保濕，這一罐比較像是可以補充受損髮缺少的蛋白質 大心!!!! 第四款是個人踩雷的金緻柔馭黃金髮膜 吹乾後有呆坐在鏡子前面思考了一下 用完當下沖水時有很柔順的感覺，但是吹乾後變得乾燥 但是頭髮又很重很服貼，髮尾卻很澀 說保濕也還好~說彈性也沒有 非常令人匪夷所思，可能適合較健康髮使用 以上是本人用過的卡詩髮膜的小小心得~~~~ 給各位參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.99.148.125

【鄭婷方／新北報導】智慧型手機當道，一機在手，連地政案件都能即時掌握，新北市瑞芳地政事務宣布，即日起，民眾使用行動智慧型裝置，掃描申辦案件收據的QR Code行動條碼，可立即得知辦理進度。

除了即時查詢辦理進度，新北市瑞芳地政事務所陳素霞主任指出，該所還自行研發可查詢系統，民眾只須輸入申請人或代理人身分證字號後6碼，就可得知案件補正或駁回的內容，省時又便利。

　　由宇峻奧汀代理，弘煜科技製作的《風色幻想》手機版《幻想物語》已於日前正式上線，承襲著過往單機遊戲時代的畫面風格，以多人連線 ARPG 方式進行遊戲，在遊戲中也延續了《風色幻想》一代的故事情節，勢必會勾引起不少老玩家的回憶。

看到這遊戲畫面，還不懷念嗎？

　　在《幻想物語》的世界中，可以切換職業是遊戲最大的特色，玩家可以依照自己的需求針對腳色進行職業轉換，初期遊戲提供六種基本職業與四種進階職業，總共有十種轉變的可能性，當面臨到副本、解任務或者是團隊作戰的需求時，可以適時的轉換攻擊、輔助型的職業。

玩家在遊戲中可以自由地變換職業

　　遊戲除了在職業方面沒有做限制外，路上看到的可愛的魔獸也都可以把它變成自己的寵物，不管你是在道路、平原、甚至是解任務解到一半時，你都可以隨時把牠擄獲，變成你可愛的寵物，成為你最忠心的小跟班。

路上看到的怪物也可以把牠收起來變成小跟班喔！

　　而遊戲中除了常見的副本任務外，也有許多與 NPC 深入互動的個性化任務，當玩家等級達到 15 級時，還可以找所屬的冒險聯盟工會會長接洽特殊「大型聯盟任務」，挑戰自己的極限。「大型聯盟任務」內容非常的多樣化，有狩獵特定區域魔物、協助 NPC 一同戰鬥守城、深入特殊副本迷宮中擊倒巨大首領都有可能是大型聯盟任務的一環。

這隻王也太大隻了吧？

先抱歉我要說的跟伴郎一點關係也沒有..只是標題這樣很順 )被打 昨天晚上 收到EX的女性朋友Line 他請我幫他12月訂婚結婚拍照 因為在我跟EX結束前我就知道他要結婚了 在我們交往期間 EX有抱怨甚麼的 這位朋友也很幫我說話 所以我就一口答應了!!! 【於慶中／綜合外電報導】伊斯蘭世界的「童婚」問題，一直受到國際社會關注。雖然伊朗新任總統魯哈尼(Hasan Rouhani)被外界視為開明派，但伊朗國會最近卻通過一條新法案，容許伊朗男子娶自己13歲以上的養女，等同變相為爭議的童婚亮起綠燈。

根據新法例，收養家庭的父親，只要等到養女長大到13歲以上，就可以娶她，即使不到13歲，仍可以先結婚，但必須獲得法庭批准；如果養母想要嫁給養子，則要等男方滿15歲或以上。

伊朗官員認為，相關法例的修正只是為了方便實際的日常生活，因為如果他們沒有結婚，養女見到養父時就必須要戴上頭巾，而養母見到養子時也一樣要戴。

人權律師批評，這條法例變相讓孌童合法化。目前這個法案只須伊朗的管理委員會作最後通過，就會正式生效。

南投縣府教育處副處長李玉蘭最近看到一位中度自閉症孩子透過簡易打字「控制板」，向陪伴的媽媽表達「我要上廁所」，心有所感，決定為縣內有需要的孩子提升「溝通表達」訓練配備。

李玉蘭私下發起募款，獲得德綸興業董事長蔣江彬、鑫毅鋼鐵董事長許介耀、源記新茶業負責人楊銀棗、僑興國小校長朱順興、弓鞋國小校長吳秀美及中興國中家長會洪志忠的大力響應，短短一天募得22萬元，採購20部「iPad-mini」，昨天分送縣內17所國小，可幫助21名弱勢孩子。

這項捐贈儀式在南投縣府舉辦的「慢飛天使，一起洗手趣」，身心障礙學童洗手教育活動時舉行。教育處長黃寶園也提醒所有老師說，身心障礙的孩子，遭遇的障礙和困難都不同，就像洗手這麼簡單的事，也需要老師一對一找出最好的方式和方法。

【張貴翔／新北報導】新北市警方今天凌晨1時許，循線在桃園龜山鄉舊路村上的工寮內，逮獲有多項前科並遭通緝的43歲黃姓男子；警方進入工寮時黃男眼神渙散疑剛施打完毒品，警方又在垃圾桶內找到剛使用過的針筒，黃男才坦承犯行，並交出海洛因毒品0.13公克後被帶回偵訊。
 
警方調查，黃男有毒品、竊盜、傷害、賭博多項前科，日前還因恐嚇、竊盜、毒品等罪被通緝，被警方查獲時還有施打毒品的情況。黃男向警方坦承犯行，訊後被依毒品危害防制條例及通緝移送法辦。

當我們每天抱怨工作不如意，不受主管重用時，可曾想過農夫伯伯們正揮汗彎腰下著鋤，港口的漁夫正徒手抓著剛捕來的新鮮魚貨，市場阿姨正聲嘶力竭叫賣青菜和豬肉，各行各業工作者正盡守崗位，而我們卻還不滿足於現況？

國家地理頻道「幹盡苦差事」節目主持人Mike Rowe，走遍美國各地，體驗藍領階級的工作，戴著頭盔待在黑暗潮濕的礦場裡；整理燻臭堆滿山的垃圾城；與蜜蜂、魚、豬馬牛羊朝日相處，嘗試各種被認為骯髒辛苦的苦差事。「我說的是那些傳統的東西，那些和我們一起長大的東西，我們已經有些…你知道，迷失了一些。」Mike在一次節目錄製中，深刻體悟。

那些被遺忘的本質

有次節目前往科羅拉多州一個叫做Craig的小鎮，體驗「牧羊工人」的工作，身為幹盡苦差事節目主持人，Mike要做的角色就是，在那些從事藍領工作者的身邊做學徒，做他們所做的，讓人們瞭解藍領工作和生活的樣子。這次的牧羊工作是要幫羊隻閹割，為了節目的真實性與保護動物的權益，Mike事前與動物協會確認閹割羊隻的方式，用橡皮筋先緊緊圈住羊的尾巴，再用另一個橡皮筋圈住羊的陰囊，讓血液停止流通，一個禮拜後，陰囊會自動掉下來。

到了節目拍攝當天，要開始幫羊隻閹割時，Craig小鎮的牧場主人卻直接拿著刀，以迅雷不及掩耳的速度，將羊的尾巴削下，而後抓住羊的陰囊，把羊隻的性器官用嘴巴咬下。Mike為之震驚並要求牧羊人應該要以綁橡皮筋的方式來進行閹割，牧羊人便聽令行事，然而這隻用橡皮筋處理的羊卻踉蹌倒在地上，十分痛苦地渾身發抖，而剛剛已被閹割的羊已經活蹦亂跳地開始吃草。

「被視為人道的閹割方式，反而對羊是最不仁道的。」Mike驚訝於自己如此錯誤的觀念，「如果我在這件事上犯錯，如果我常這樣犯錯，而我卻毫不自知…」在實際地參與牧羊工作後，我們才知道正確照顧羊隻的方式，而不是盲目地追尋理論和想像，自己建構一個看似完好無疑的指導方針，但卻沒有實地去演練操作，透過不斷地錯誤、嘗試與學習，挖掘事物最美好的根本，尋求對的方法。
