期望開放第四及五缸！
或許有人會拿本人早前的發文質疑在下、
沒錯、本人早前及現在的意願仍沒有改變、
對提高養魚上限亦抱一貫意見（不支持。）

但、為何要開放第四及五缸？
本人養魚即將達86隻、六個達人任務增加18隻魚。
平均每缸達29隻魚、實覺有擠迫感覺。
養魚本為悠閑怡情、滿缸擠迫實令人有煩躁感覺。
可能本人身處人口密度較高的城市吧！

期望開放第四及五缸的原則：
不因此提高養魚上限、祇提供空間給魚兒。
在本身可養魚上限條件下、
每20隻魚、可擁有一魚缸。
即、如本身上限超過60隻魚、就可無條件或較低條件（花小量貝幣）購一新魚缸。
（因原本已有三缸的渠道。）

【顏振凱／台北報導】立法院上午舉行院會，在國是論壇時段中，民進黨立委輪番登台圍剿行政院長江宜樺，許智傑甚還改編「總鋪師」電影中「三八阿花吹喇叭」歌詞，現場演唱「馬江民調趴，經濟軟趴趴」諷刺江揆。葉宜津也嗆要放任一下，提倒閣案。陳其邁則嗆江揆從師承漢娜鄂蘭自許的自由派學者墮落到參與鬥爭的政治撈子，走下發言台時甚至還把施政報告摔回江揆桌上。藍委雖有四人登台，僅呂學樟、陳鎮湘旗幟鮮明，反擊在野黨，嗆「我要開會」。

平日就喜歡打油詩論政的許智傑改編「三八阿花吹喇叭」歌詞，當場隨著播放的旋律唱著「馬江民調趴，經濟軟趴趴，政治鬥爭真殘忍，還會偷偷地監聽，立院的老王沒被打趴，老馬不再軟趴趴，有時硬有時嗆，和我們要的不一樣，人民都繼續苦哈哈，人民都繼續苦哈哈」，唱畢，全場笑翻。

許智傑唱歌時，主持議事的立法院長王金平忍不住笑出來，江揆則「完全低頭」，未顯露任何表情。

【綜合報導】肯亞內政部長表示軍方將西門購物中心整個徹底檢查過一遍，沒有發現任何人，也沒有遇到槍手襲擊，推斷所有人質應該都已平安撤離，並表示軍方已完全掌控購物中心，但仍尚未宣布事件落幕。

外電報導，市場傳聞微軟23 日舉辦的發表會上，除了2款新Surface平板電腦以外，還可以看見Surface Phone。

科技網站報導，因微軟將收購諾基亞，可能藉著諾基亞的資源打造出Surface品牌的智慧手機。不管此事是否屬實，諾基亞近來推新機的動作則是相當頻繁。

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】「微笑是我們永遠的名字！」私立建國科技大學開學後在校園內擺設親善服務團人形立牌，立牌人物是2位漂亮女學生黃佳瑜、王銘萱肖像，新生眼睛為之一亮，說「學姊好漂亮！」連走在路上都有學弟妹要求合影。

成 立10年的親善服務團為訓練學校形象大使，外形姣好的學生暑假期間接受一連串訓練，每年約有20多位，需拍攝招生宣傳影片。行銷服務管理系2年級的黃佳 瑜、觀光系2年級王銘萱獲選今年度最佳人緣親善大使，學校為她們製作「人形立牌」，做為招生宣傳與學校形象代言的亮眼活招牌。

黃佳瑜、王 銘萱英文佳，除參加校慶、校運、畢業典禮等重大慶典，負責接待貴賓，還代表學校出席彰化縣政府記者會協助接待貴賓、頒獎等，今年6月協助接待「2013鹿港慶端陽國際龍舟邀請賽」貴賓、舉牌等。2人都說，參加親善大使學會各種禮儀、應對進退，獲選年度「立牌女孩」很開心，也立志扮演好親善大使的角色，為學校、也為彰化縣爭光。

雲林縣運動會開幕活動將於27日晚上6點，在斗南田徑場登場，為行銷2013農業博覽會暖身，前3000名進場鄉親，可獲贈農博吉祥物耳塞機1個或可愛環保筷1雙，縣府歡迎鄉親踴躍參與。

縣運會行銷活動昨天在縣府親民空間舉行，由斗六國小學生帶來精采舞蹈表演，炒熱氣氛。

縣府教育處長邱孝文說，今年縣運會以「農都好運」為主題，為迎接2013農博會，最大特色是打破過去賽會典禮刻版儀式，以「春耕、夏耘、秋收、冬藏」等4季變化風情橋段，結合舞蹈、音樂、魔術、民俗技藝及聲光科技藝術呈獻，展現雲林人勤奮、打拚的精神。

開幕活動另將安排電視選秀節目超偶冠軍歌手謝博安開場，清純小魔女林逸欣甜心助陣，超人氣創作青春偶像韋禮安壓軸演出，並將動員超過10個學校共計3000名學生進行各項歌舞與武藝等表演，場面盛大，堪稱歷年來最大規模縣運會。

縣運動各項競賽28日起舉行3天，29日下午3點半在斗南高中活動中心舉行閉幕典禮。

自從Windows 7取消快速啟動列，改採以釘選到工作列的方式來快速啟動軟體後，工作列就經常釘滿軟體圖示，還是有快速啟動列時比教清爽。其實它只是被隱藏起來了，透過一些小技巧就可以壤你重新找回這個好用的功能囉！

自從Windows 7取消快速啟動列，改採以釘選到工作列的方式來快速啟動軟體後，工作列就經常釘滿軟體圖示，還是有快速啟動列時比教清爽。其實它只是被隱藏起來了，透過一些小技巧就可以壤你重新找回這個好用的功能囉！
 
▲首先在工作列的空白處按一下滑鼠右鍵，跳出選單以後選擇「工具列」→「新增工具列」。
 
▲跳出「新增工具列-選擇資料夾」以後，在空白欄位中輸入「%appdata%\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch」，然後按一下「選擇資料夾」。
 
▲此時在工作列上就會出現「Quick Launch」工具列，可是還是跟快速啟動列長相不同啊！
 
▲沒關係，我們再動手做一點改造，在工作列上按一下滑鼠右鍵，跳出選單以後，這次我們在選單上選擇「鎖定工作列」解除鎖定。
 
▲解除鎖定以後，就可以把快速啟動列拖曳到工作列最左側，然後在上面按一下滑鼠右鍵，將「顯示文字」及「顯示標題」取消勾選。
 

▲你還可以在快速啟動區域的右鍵選單上按下「檢視」→「大圖示」，讓圖示變得更大更好點擊，並重新按下「鎖定工作列」以免不小心拉到讓圖示亂掉。
