【經濟日報╱記者劉于甄／台北報導】

瑞士最大私人銀行寶盛集團（Julius Baer）舉辦「新興亞洲Next Generation」論壇，中國大陸復星投資集團副董事長梁信軍說，未來中國最值得投資的三個項目，分別是財務管理、醫療管理以及房地產。

梁信軍指出，所有和中產階級消費模式相關的領域，是最佳的投資風向。未來10年，每年財富管理市場約人民幣3兆元，中國在這塊還是未開發處女地，還沒有出現財富管理的強勢品牌，各家業者應把握當前機會。

渣打銀行首席經濟分析師符銘財也認為，人民幣目前占全球交易貨幣比率不到3%，隨著大陸內需興起、進出口提升，長期看來可能挑戰美元地位，人民幣財富管理將是未來主流市場。

第二大商機與中國人口老化相關。梁信軍指出，2013年中國45%人口分布集中在50歲左右，醫療需求是未來10年趨勢。梁信軍預估，5年後中國醫療支出費用會出現2倍以上成長，到時醫院、養老社區、醫療健康產業等供不應求，深耕養老族市場將是高獲利的投資項目。

第三，梁信軍認看好短期中國大陸房地產發展，4到6年內將出現爆炸性成長。中國政府2010年10月頒布房產限購令，北京、上海等16個一線城市，兩次購房時間需相隔兩年以上。法令距今三年半，房市預料又開始蠢動。寶盛銀行亞洲研究部主管馬修斯（Mark Matthews）持反面看法，他表示一線城市房產價格高估，並非好投資。

【綜合報導】美國華盛頓特區昨日發生海軍司令部槍擊案，其中一名兇嫌、34歲男子艾力克斯(Aaron Alexis)今日稍早已遭警方擊斃，但警方指出，這起案件仍有第2名嫌犯，目前正全力緝捕這名兇嫌。

稍早有消息指出兇嫌為3人，但警方表示，目前確定做案者為2人其中一名是艾力克斯，而另一名疑似是一名年約50歲的黑人男子，案發時穿著綠色軍服，可能持有長槍。

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市葉姓女子(43歲) 開車行經台中市太原路與西屯路口時，陳姓警察發現她邊開車邊講行動電話，要她移車至路旁，當場開單告發，葉女不滿，連續辱罵警員「你是惡霸、惡霸、惡霸警察、惡霸警察」，葉女依侮辱公務員及公然侮辱罪被起訴。

事後葉女向陳姓警員道歉，陳男撤回公然侮辱罪告訴，台中地院另就葉女侮辱公務員部份判處拘役25日，得易科罰金2萬5千元。

桃園機場在平日晚上通常散發出一種混合的感覺。當我站在那裡等一位年紀比我大的朋友時，我周圍有興奮的中國遊客，全都熱切地聚集在台灣導遊旁。機場窗外則是許多車子暫停，許多家庭在和準備要去北京或東京出差的爸爸或是丈夫說再見。有時候你會看到一個中年商務人士，可能終於結束他在台北的會議，穿著體面，但是他的西裝有點凌亂，看起來很疲憊、很孤單，拉著他的行李低著頭慢慢走向登機門。同時間，機場充滿了興奮期待和孤獨疲憊，有愛有悲傷。

我的朋友出現，我朝他揮揮手，穿過擁擠的人群。他身穿西裝笑著，至少從外表上，他看起來不錯，快樂，成功。我們握手，並迅速走向附近角落的咖啡館。我們沒有太多時間，他會在2小時內轉機去香港。

幾個星期前，我突然收到一封來自這個朋友的e-mail。他現年40歲，是在IT界很成功的一位生意人，我是在研究所暑假於紐約實習時的一場活動聚會第一次遇見他。我們辦公室剛好在附近，所以那在紐約的8週我們偶而會碰面或一起吃午餐。那年夏天後，我們就沒有再見過彼此，但每隔幾個月我們會寄封信對方，更新一下現在的近況。他突然在最近一封信中提到他今天會去香港，而因為他秘書弄錯了，所以他會在台灣轉機，所以如果我方便的話，他可以出來跟我碰個面喝杯咖啡。

我們坐下來，在我更新完我的進度之後，他很快速的總結了一下他在紐約的生活和工作。最後，他說：

「我的前妻9個月前再婚了......」

在我還在紐約的時候，他已經簡單地提過，他和他老婆婚姻有點問題，已經暫時分居了。我沒問，也不知道後續。

「我們關係仍然不錯，特別是為了我已經5歲的女兒。」

他看著我，若有所思。

方文山首部執導筒電影「聽見下雨的聲音」力捧新人韓雨潔，讓她在電影裡與3男談情，還跟徐若瑄搶愛柯有倫！

片中韓雨潔扮演因意外失去聽力的女大學生，和柯有倫飾演的樂團主唱、釋小龍演的藝術家都有情感互動，還有飾演初戀情人的周覓時時出現在回憶中。柯有倫則是同時在舊愛徐若瑄與新戀情間擺盪，除了跟徐若瑄有親熱戲，韓雨潔更對他獻出銀幕初吻，讓他大享齊人之福！

方文山這次把他熱愛的韻腳詩和水墨畫都拉進電影情節中，昨天電影試映，許多親友捧場，一見他出現就熱烈鼓掌，相當熱鬧。

備受社會關注的北京大興摔死女童案今天上午9時30分在北京公開庭審，涉嫌摔女嬰的韓磊被控故意殺人罪，早前曾哭求檢察官盼其死刑的他否認摔孩子，稱摔的是購物車，但另一被告人李明承認看到的是嬰兒車。

檢方指控韓磊今年7月23日在公交站將女童摔死在地上構成故意殺人罪，請求法院判處死刑。新京報報導，韓磊當庭辯解，稱覺得在大庭廣眾下和一個女人打架很丟人，當時看到旁邊有個車就舉起摔在地上，但他並不知道是嬰兒車，以為是購物車，「直到摔下去之後，有人喊了一聲『孩子』，我當時就傻了」，並抗辯是女嬰母親態度不友好而激怒了他。

原告擬求償272萬元

京華時報報導，但同案嫌疑人、事後駕車幫助韓磊逃離現場的李明則稱，當時看到婦女和嬰兒車，並看到韓磊毆打婦女，「他像瘋了似的將孩子高高舉過頭頂摔在地上」。李明感覺當時韓磊發狂，下車想勸架，但是一把都沒有抱住他，韓磊掙脫掉了。

檢方也在庭上提供案發現場一家餐館的監控視頻，視頻中韓磊面朝嬰兒車衝過去後，直接抓起孩子摔在地上。韓磊律師當庭質疑視頻合法性，韓磊則沒表態，只說「感謝上帝賜給我一段視頻，正好證明證人說被害人母親與我持續毆打都與事實不符。」

另據中國青年報報導，原告律師馬騁透露「原告主張依法處理，要求經濟賠償272萬。」
