蘋果iPhone 5C昨天開放預購，中國電信宣布，預購首日單北京市就熱銷超過5,000台，而在蘋果美國Apple Store中，黃色16GB 的解鎖版 iPhone 5C空機，出貨日由預定的20日改為25日，但其他型號和顏色則維持20日出貨，因此外界推測黃色iPhone 5C可能已經售罄。

Apple目前在美國、英國、澳洲、大陸、德國、法國、加拿大、新加坡與香港Apple Store 展開 iPhone 5C 預購，美國預定20日出貨，香港則標示一到二周出貨，5S則仍未開放預購。

iPhone 5c在美國空機價，16GB約新台幣16,314元，32GB版本約新台幣19,285元。

中選會副主委劉義周14日表示，中選會至中午12時40分止，尚未收到立法院回函的「註銷不分區立委」公文，卻收到1張國民黨送來的「放棄遞補」公文。

劉義周表示，國民黨13日來了1張公文，告知前經建會主委尹啟銘放棄遞補不分區立委第1順位。中選會將暫時「存參」，等立法院回函「註銷不分區立委」公文，再依國民黨不分區遞補順位，公告遞補名單。據了解，排名在尹啟銘之後的不分區立委名單是政大副教授詹滿容。

針對台北地方法院昨晚對於立法院長王金平提出黨籍確認假處分的裁定，總統府發言人李佳霏表示，馬總統無法接受立法院長關說司法個案，這個立場絕對不會改變。但地方法院做出了裁定，總統表示尊重。

基於馬總統不能接受國會議長關說司法個案的事實，除了維持政府順利運作，例如行政院到立法院報告，以及部分牽涉憲政意義的活動，如總統府月會、國慶大會邀立法院長參與或主持的慣例外，其他的活動則會做出必要的調整，包括「每周一舉行的五人小組將停開」。

此外，往例總統在立法院開議前邀請包括立法院長在內的立委聯誼的活動，李佳霏表示，這部分，總統府將另外規劃與立委互動的型態，下周起會分批邀請立委以小規模座談的形式，讓總統與立委們就本會期推動法案等議題，深入交換意見。其他活動，則視情況加以調整，總統不會刻意迴避，一切順其自然。

李佳霏指出，馬總統堅持捍衛司法獨立與司法紀律的立場從未改變，為了台灣的民主法治發展，無法接受立法院長為了在野黨黨鞭的司法案件，關說法務部長及臺高檢檢察長，這是全民都應該堅守的紅線。在抗拒政治力量關說司法案件這件事情上，沒有任何灰色地帶，也不容猶豫妥協。

蘋果iPhone率先採用金屬機殼且取得市場好評後，高階智慧型手機吹起金屬機殼風潮，而該趨勢也延伸到中階產品線，產業人士表示，手機廠為了維持、塑造一致品牌風格，除了高階產品端，中高階或中階產品也會採取類似設計，甚至有一些主打低階手機起家的廠商，為了進一步向中階市場靠攏，也開始在產品設計上融入金屬材料。法人認為，隨著金屬機殼滲透率持續提升，機殼廠可成（2474）、鴻準（2354）等將會是主要受惠者。

今年IT產業整體表現較為低迷，不過仍見手機廠力求改變；日系手機大廠Sony今年積極強化旗下智慧型手機產品線，並陸續推出採用金屬邊框的旗艦機種，而包括聯想、諾基亞與華為等手機廠也都推出金屬材質智慧型手機；此外，手機龍頭廠三星也傳出明年旗艦機種有意願採用金屬機殼，有利於金屬機殼滲透率持續提升。

以往金屬機殼運用多以高階機種為主，不過產業人士表示，手機廠為了維持、塑造一致品牌風格，除了高階產品端，中高階或中階產品也會採取類似設計；顯示未來金屬材質於中階手機的應用有機會更為廣泛。

另外，產業人士觀察，以低階智慧型手機起家的華為、小米手機近期也都有朝中高階市場發展的趨勢，顯示手機廠為了追求相對有營養的獲利，還是會努力往中高階市場邁進，且為了增加手機質感，也開始在產品設計上融入金屬材料。

產業人士指出，手機乃是一種外顯的產品，透過不同的外觀設計，可增加市場區隔性與附加價值，而目前看來，不論是高階、或是中階手機中的旗艦機種，都有採用金屬材質的趨勢。

可成董事長洪水樹先前就曾經指出，目前金屬滲透率仍持續增加，且除非很低階的產品，否則在中階產品線，也將開始導入金屬材質；透露出對於金屬機殼產業樂觀的看法。

法人則認為，從各家手機廠規劃產品線來看，走勢對於金屬機殼廠相對有利，不過因目前金屬機殼手機仍以一體成形鋁擠工法為主，成本還是比較高，單機價低於300美元的智慧型手機不見得會完全採用現有作法，應該會有一些異材質的結合，但也有利於拓展金屬材質的應用範圍。

法人認為，隨著金屬機殼滲透率持續提升，機殼廠可成、鴻準等將會是主要受惠者。

標題[心得] 微笑線掰掰~~體驗到卡尼爾的淡斑力了!

網誌好讀版 http://lovesheep1105.pixnet.net/blog/post/99770633 ========================================================== 夏天，最討厭的事情除了大量的流汗 室外流汗、室內也可以流汗，到處都可以流汗 (擦汗 還有另外一件除了討厭更是可怕的……… 曬黑=__= 因為我本身的體質是很不容易白，所以都會做好周全的物理防曬 但 身為一個好的業務，騎車真的是無法避免的 除了全罩式安全帽、口罩、手套跟小外套是必備的以外 最最最~重要就是要擦美白~~~~ 但對於上班都要穿高跟鞋的我--腳背，變成是全身上下最大的死角~~~ 之前買了卡尼爾的淡斑精華 沒有很認真用 不過看到好多人推之後~我也決定拿來擦擦身體!! 想說我的色差總算有得救啦~哈哈 最近被燒很大的一瓶~~ 質地非常清爽，這是基本應該要有的 重點是效果真的好棒阿~~~~~~~ 之前真的忽略它了 各位看官~~ 請看! 本來被太陽曬的很明顯的微笑線，擦了兩周 微笑線就淡了，我也開心灑花了~~~ (眼睛在呆滯什麼 >__※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.231.153.159

標題[問題] 無法更新IE 11

大家 Windows 板大們您們好， 我有幾個問題想請教大家。 第一個問題： 我前幾天時有在微軟的官方網站手動下載 IE 11 版， 下載後並進行安裝完成， 重開機顯示更新進度至 50% 左右時， 就出現更新安裝失敗， 再度重新開機並回復到 IE 10 版本， 想說是那裡出問題了？ 第二個問題： 玩線上遊戲玩到一半會出現對話框， 顯示內容說「伺服器沒有回應」， 請選擇「略過」或「關閉」， 不管我選擇「略過」或「關閉」時， 一直不斷、一直不斷出現這對話框， 此時想進入工作管理員進行強制關閉； 在工作管理員處理程序有出現「dllhost.exe」， 強制關閉此 dllhost 時， 就沒在出現「伺服器沒有回應」訊息了， 但時間一久了（一、兩之久吧？）後， 又出現「伺服器沒有回應」嗶哩叭啦的對話框， 請問這是那裡出了問題呢？ 前兩個問題的作業系統是 Win7 64bit 旗鑑版。 第三個問題： 不管我安裝遊戲程式或工具程式時， 安裝還沒到一半時， 出現「指令語法錯誤」選擇「略過」或「重試」， 不管我選擇略過或重試時， 還是可以順利安裝完成， 且可以執行遊戲軟體或工具軟體， 請問這是那裡出問題呢？ 第四個問題： 當我的電腦閒置時， 滑鼠指標會幾秒地跳動一下， 如同一個滑鼠指標後外加小圈圈， 沒有執行任何遊戲及程式， 怎麼會這樣子呢？ 謝謝大家解答。 -- 立秋第三階段：立秋，處暑，白露，秋分，寒露，霜降。 【白露】說明：進入白露之後，在夜晚會感到一絲絲的涼意，這就是告訴大家秋天來了。此 時要注意早晚的溫差，記得適時添加衣服，小心可別著涼喔！此外，阿美族人的豐年祭就是 在這秋高氣爽的季節舉行的。他們會穿上族內傳統的服裝，在部落廣場圍圈圈，一起唱歌、 跳舞，歡度一年一度的豐年祭。在這個時節，有些鳥類也會開始儲存糧食，準備度過寒冷的 冬天。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.54.166
