（軍聞社記者李一豪臺北八日電）為提昇軍人武德與品格教育的教育理論及實務推動，國防大學將在十一日（週三）舉辦民國一０二年「第四屆軍人武德與品格教育」學術研討會，期能透過專家學者的觀念溝通與經驗交流，增進國軍官兵武德修為與陶冶品格教育。

　國防大學指出，此次學術研討會將針對各軍種在教育訓練與部隊演訓中，對軍人武德與品格教育的具體作為，進行深入探討，並邀請國立中央大學通識教育中心教授黃藿等多位學者擔任論文評論人。

　國防大學表示，研討會將發表共計六篇論文，進行多面向的深入研究與分析，並在會後修訂輯印成專書出版，發送國防部業管單位、與會人員、全國圖書館、相關學術研究機構及國軍各級部隊共享研究成果，期望增進國軍軍事教育政策規劃、教育研究與訓練作為，進而使全體官兵高度重視軍人武德修為與品格教育陶冶，強化武藝戰技，確保戰力維繫。

【大紀元9月8日報導】（中央社記者高照芬台北8日電）國際金價上週震盪走低，紐約期金每盎斯收1386.5美元，週線收黑；黃金專家表示，市場上不確定因素仍多，金價上漲力道已趨緩，投資人介入金市勿追高，逢低可分批布局。

雖然美國8月就業人數增幅低於預期，但包括採購經理人指數持續攀升，美元轉強，黃金震盪走低，紐約期金上週一度觸及1358.80美元的兩週來低點，上週五收在1386.5美元，累計金價今年下跌17%。

若與兩年前黃金締造的1923.70美元歷史高點相較，金價已下跌了28%。

台灣銀行黃金分析師表示，市場質疑國際間出兵敘利亞的可能性，加上美國經濟數據佳，壓抑黃金漲勢。由於黃金期貨的淨多頭部位增加，投資人須慎防多單出場可能生，因此介入金市切勿追高，逢低可分批布局。

元大寶來黃金期信基金經理人方立寬表示，美國經濟數據穩健，包括採購經理人指數持續攀高，且首次請領失業救濟金人數優於預期，推升上週美元走勢，壓抑了黃金價格。

他說，從技術面來看，金價接近120日均線的中期壓力位置，技術指標進入超買區，也使得投機買盤轉趨觀望，預料金價短期仍有下跌可能，操作上建議不追高，逢低布局為宜。

方立寬說，黃金傳統旺季起於每年8月，9至10月間達到高峰，今年也不例外。金價自6月底上漲至今，漲幅逾約15%，季節性漲勢已經展開，但旺季進入尾聲，投資操作不追高，嚴守「逢低承接，逢高出場」的原則。

【綜合報導】英國班戈大學和南非金山大學，調查身體41個部位的敏感地帶排名，訪問800名英國和南非人，發現腳在人體敏感地帶排名中敬陪末席。

性器官、唇、耳、大腿內側、肩胛骨則是5大敏感地帶，膝蓋則是倒數第二。

結果還指出雖然一般人認為女性敏感地帶比較多，而男性只有那話兒是敏感部位，但調查顯示男人與女人的敏感地帶一樣多。

難得到了山上、海邊環顧四周都是令人驚豔的美麗景緻，好想把他們全都拍下來帶回家好好欣賞或分享給朋友們看，但用一般的相機或手機拍照 APP 一張一張拍下再用軟體拼接也太累，而且有時拍照的水平不對，整個拼起來都會怪怪的不完美。

若你也想拍個全景照，可以利用「Panorama – 360」來完成唷！它是一個讓你可以簡單又快速就拍出超完美 360 度全景照的程式，按下拍照鍵後，會在螢幕上產生下一個連接點，只要將手機慢慢移動到連接點就會自動拍下第二張照片，後面以此類推繞完一整圈，就能拍下以自己為中心的環景照，拍照時要盡量的維持手的穩定，可以讓照片更加完美唷！

第2步 接著將手機垂直拿好，若沒拿好會出現左圖的圖示來提醒你，拿對了就會看到如右圖的畫面，按下方的按鈕即可開始拍照。

第3步 拍下第一張後，畫面右邊會有個「黑點」，此時慢慢移動手機到「黑點」跟「白圈圈」重疊，變成右圖的樣子就會拍下第二張照片，右下角也可以看到目前拍的角度。

第4步 若不小心衝過了頭，畫面週圍會變成紅色，只要再往左移讓黑點回到白圈內即可。

第5步 不一定要拍完一圈，若中途想停止可按下方的「停止」鈕，就會開始拼接檔案，等藍藍的線跑滿到右邊時就拼接完畢啦！

第6步 可預覽剛拍下來的全景照片，按下方可切換為一般的照片模式，按右上角的「Save」可存檔，並輸入標題、加入地標分享出去。

拍出來的全景照接的還挺不錯，只是手不小心移動的太厲害，多少還是會有一些殘影，大家有機會看到漂亮風景的話可以試著拍看看唷！

想說雖然大家都有了
而自己也不是太會花台幣的玩家 要換取海兔的價值又很高
所以有了寵物當然想要好好留著寶物

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天晚間9時許，一名到板橋知名百貨公司參加喜宴的男子，因逃生門已鎖上往內往外都出不去，耗了約半小時只好打119求援。

受困的陳姓男子表示，他與妻子晚間至百貨公司9樓吃喜酒，離開時因電梯人多，便由逃生梯走到1樓，但出入口皆已上鎖，不斷敲打皆無人回應，對監視器揮手也未見警衛前來，才會報案求助，而後警衛將通往百貨公司內部的安全門打開，要求陳男由此門離去即可，但陳男堅持要從往外的逃生門出去，並痛批百貨公司將逃生門上鎖，發生火警該如何是好。

百貨公司陳姓課長則說，事發當時百貨公司正在閉店，除電梯旁的出入口外，會將百貨公司正門及安全門先行上鎖，且逃生梯及安全門是在突發狀況時使用，並不是給一般客人離場時進出，希望陳男能接受此種解釋，但陳姓男子對此表示，他本身做工地30多年，對相關消防法規有所了解，認為逃生門本來就不該上鎖，且事後百貨公司處理態度不佳，他實在難以接受。

　　本作是一款只要使用瀏覽器就可以遊玩的策略模擬 RPG 遊戲，玩家可以從擅長近身戰的戰士、使用弓箭進行遠距離攻擊的遊俠、操控魔法之力的巫師中，選擇自己喜愛的職業進行遊戲，並且收集以及育成怪物，展開收集魔石的壯大史詩冒險。而戰鬥系統與一般的戰略遊戲類似，除了要考慮技能之外，還要針對成員之間的相性以及地形進行調整，讓玩家玩到戰術性豐富的戰鬥。
