「海洋都心2｣專案經理林振傑表示，因「海洋都心｣熱銷，9月28日前，每周六日下午1點到晚上8點，現場的主持人1天會準備2場整點唱跳秀，可親子同樂，本周六晚上6~8點還會播放電影，讓民眾感受未來中心商業區的歡樂氣氛。

有錢行遍天下　沒錢寸步難行
　　在《鎧甲三國志》中，不論升級武將、強化、武器精煉甚至是 VIP 的提升上，都需要消耗遊戲內的金錢。尤其是提升 VIP 等級，玩家完全可以不儲值，僅在遊戲中，通過遊戲賺取金錢，進而獲得 VIP 等級的提升。並且，提升 VIP 等級不消耗金錢，只在遊戲過程中累積賺取夠相應數量的金錢即可。所以對剛剛踏入《鎧甲三國志》的玩家，賺錢就成了第一要務。為了讓新手在遊戲中不再為錢煩惱，下面將傳授給玩家們一些賺錢的心得。
  
一、出征
　　首先推薦給玩家們的賺錢途徑就是出征，玩家每過一張地圖就會得到一次抽取獎勵的機會，諸位玩家們請不要把目光全部放在得到武將和裝備上，頗為豐厚的金錢獎勵也是不能忽視的！那些打過的地圖都可以反覆攻略，從而獲得金錢和功績。

二 、市場
　　俗話說：懂得用錢的人就能賺到錢，遊戲中股市化的市場，利用低買高賣成為高富帥的霸者之路就在這裡。進入市場玩家會看見條形狀的表格圖，這是物價的變化後的圖表，紅色代表物價已經下跌過綠色就是物價上漲過了。每個貿易商品最低和最高的交易價指的是目前為止有過的最低或最高價，不代表物價不會再更低或更高。在價格最低的時候買進然後上漲後賣出賺取其中的差價。市場裡所有的貨物都可以買賣，可以購買多種商品，這是玩家們不可或缺的高利潤賺錢方式。

三、拜會君主
　　雖然拜會君主賺錢較慢，但是在拜會中會引發一些突發事件從而使玩家獲得寶物獎勵。在這裡提示諸位玩家，拜訪 VIP 等級高的玩家得到的金錢會更多。當玩家們湊齊宴會物品的時候也可以自己召開酒會獲得更高的利潤。

四、過關斬將
　　風險越大利益越高，這是永恆不變的真理。過關斬將對於玩家來說絕對是風險和利益並存的刺激挑戰，每一關闖關勝利的玩家都會得到豐厚的金錢獎勵。全部 7 關皆獲勝，可以有十萬多的金錢獎勵，這可是很豐厚的一筆。每日有兩次免費挑戰的機會，一定要都刷掉，不要浪費！守關玩家的實力高低不同，那些初戰告捷的玩家可不要高興的太早喔！

五、討伐
　　如果你有足夠的實力，那麼就進入討伐頁面開始你的征伐之路吧！戰勝排名高的玩家，獲得的金錢就越多。討伐賺錢較快，和過關斬將一樣擁有一定的挑戰性和難度，但是和過關斬將相比它的選擇較少，如果玩家的排名相對較高，那麼可討伐的玩家數目就很少。過關斬將和討伐都是費時較少又獎勵豐厚的掙錢方法，討伐不止贈送金錢，還有相應的功績獎勵，是另一個刷金刷功績的好地方。

六、好友演講與過招
　　演講可隨機獲得獎勵，過招可獲得金錢，精魄石，禮品（一定數量的禮品可以換通寶）。同時，演講有機率觸發一些問答題，回答正確可隨機獲得各種獎勵。

七、VIP 官職
　　最後提醒玩家們，千萬不要忘記 VIP 升官這個最重要的賺錢途徑，升職後大把的俸祿在等著你領取，並且隨著官職的晉升，玩家將獲得更多的特權與徵收機會。

《Road Not Taken》解謎小品 PS4 與 PSVita 登場
　　今年 PAX 遊戲展上展出了一支由 Spry Fox 工作室開發的解謎遊戲《Road Not Taken》遊戲預告，並預告將在明年於次世代主機 PS4 上發售。《Road Not Taken》其實是 1916 年 Robert Frost 所寫的創作詩詩名，敘述在森林中將會面臨死亡、致命的威脅。遊戲中玩家將扮演一名被暴雪困在森林裡的角色，透過解謎與探索等有趣的玩法來幫自己解危，面對野生動物與種種神祕的障礙都將考驗玩家們的智慧。本作的遊戲時間大概長達 10 幾小時，並將不會有太多重覆的場景出現，到時候也會同步出現 PSVita 可連動版本，可以說是誠意滿分的製作團隊，喜歡解謎遊戲的玩家們可別錯過啦！

《無盡的任務 Next》獨立創作遊戲場景開放
　　由 SOE 開發的沙箱 MMORPG《無盡的任務 Next》和《無盡的任務 Next：Landmark》在今年的 PAX Prime 展上公布詳細的遊戲細節，除了展出遊戲實機遊玩影片之外，更確定將在今年冬季上市。

　　玩家可以透過《無盡的任務 Next：Landmark》的建造系統，玩家可以協助製作團隊打造自己獨一無二的遊戲場景，在人物方面，製作團隊表示女矮人將可以有鬍子，是相同類型作品中少見的設定。繼前作《無盡的任務2》開放免費制遊玩後，現在也確定《無盡的任務 Next》和《無盡的任務 Next：Landmark》也會是免費制的 MMORPG，老玩家們可千萬別錯過囉！

《CS》共同創辦者射擊新作《戰術干預》免費上線
　　由經典射擊遊戲《CS》的共同開發者全新打造的《戰術干預》，是一款免費制動作射擊遊戲，玩家可以選擇「反恐小組」或是「恐怖分子」進行對戰，並可操作相當多樣的現代化武器，從經典 P-90 步槍到受到廣大玩家喜愛的AK-47步槍。結合了現代戰爭的小組進攻策略和《CS》系列遊戲中純粹的射擊元素，《戰術干預》將戰場設計提升到全新領域，讓玩家在緊湊的戰場節奏下發揮過人射擊技巧。遊戲日前已在 PC Steam 平台上推出免費版，喜歡 FPS 的玩家們可別錯過。

任天堂發表簡化版掌機「N2DS」
　　日前任天堂發表將在 10 月 12 日發售《神奇寶貝X/Y》，並同步在北美發售現役 N3DS 掌機的簡化版「N2DS」。N2DS 是將原先在 N3DS 上的裸視 3D 功能取消後的改良機，除了將可折疊的機身改為上下螢幕並排的設計之外，還將實體開關改製成以軟體設定開關。鏡頭如同 N3DS 一般還是具有 3D 相片和影片的拍攝功能，聲音的部分則是將喇叭精簡為單聲道輸出。N2DS 預定售價 130 美元，比當前訂價的 N3DS 便宜約 40 美金，首波則是會推出黑紅與黑藍兩個顏色的款式。

　　由於外型相當「特別」，許多網友也在消息發布後直呼不喜歡，紛紛製作許多惡搞的圖片，雖然裸視 3D 的功能對某些玩家來說幾乎用不到，推出 N2DS 也是讓消費者多一種選擇，但後續的市場反應，還是要等推出後才能知道囉。

【周昭平／高雄報導】高市府今上午向市議會報告2014年總預算規劃，其中歲出1326億元，歲入1206億元，短差金額從去年的135億元減少為120億元，不過歲入部份中的非稅課收入項目，罰款及賠償收入編列達21.64億元，比今年增加6.81億元，增加幅度達45.92%。

議員劉德林批評市府缺錢就把人民當提款機，認為交通安全應以宣導及教育為主，罰款收入步步高升實在不合理。不過財政局回應，罰款收入預算是根據歷年實際收到金額為基準編列，其中不少是酒駕罰款，並非拉高標準刻意開罰。

【綜合報導】南非電力工人罷工，約翰尼斯堡部分地區4日下午開始斷電，受影響的區域還包括前總統曼德拉的家。當地電力公司已在曼德拉家附近緊急設置專用發電機，以保證供電。
 
由於工資談判失敗，南非汽車工人上月起開始全國性的大罷工，採礦、建築、運輸與能源等行業工會也陸續宣布跟進。根據英國《每日電訊報》報導，曼德拉的住宅在當地時間4日20時左右斷電，家人表示幸虧家中有備用發電機可以應付緊急狀況。目前，電力公司已在曼德拉家不遠處臨時設置另一台大型供電機，由專人負責，為周邊街區供電。現年95歲的曼德拉本月1日才出院返回家中繼續接受治療和護理。

學生真的是純真無邪嗎?我們該用愛和包容來教育青少年嗎? 我從不認定學生是絕對單純亦或相對的邪惡，人的每一個階段，就是人性的不同展現，但 可確認的是高中學生處於一種團體認同，自我定位的階段，有無限的創造，但卻又無比的 脆弱和敏感。因此，高中時期常餓著肚子存錢買喜歡的唱片，為了看暗戀的女生每天固定 在某個角落駐留，半夜偷偷跑到操場脫衣服狂奔，恣意狂妄的想法亂竄，這就是高中生活 吧。 如果這樣恣意狂妄的心思全都放在欺凌一個人上，那是多麼可怕的事情而『虂西亞離 開之後』就是在講一群享受凌遲和折磨他人的一群高中生，電影中這些施凌者殘忍的行徑 ，讓人瞠目結舌，撕裂心扉，讓人不禁想問，他們到底怎麼了? 以下有雷 本片由米歇爾法蘭科執導，全片的風格與我們熟悉的日本校園暴力有迥然的差別，電影開 場，導演將鏡頭安置在主角開車的後座，然後一鏡到底的捕捉片中的父親，從修車廠一路 開車上街，鏡頭也不時假設到父親的視角，凝望後照鏡，整個鏡頭沒有對白，只是不斷有 車子從旁經過，隨著路況晃動的鏡頭，呈現一種寫實的不安，突然，車子停了下來，父親 有點氣憤的把鑰匙往前檔玻璃甩，然後下車遠去，鏡頭仍在後座，捕捉模糊離去的身影， 大約五分鐘的一鏡到底，沒有對白，約略勾勒出父親刻意壓抑的焦躁。這樣的鏡頭不斷的 出現在電影中，類似一種觀察、等待或者凝視。 隨著鏡頭的轉移，慢慢發現，父親是個頗有才華的廚師從一個漁港帶著他正值豆蔻年 華的女兒，來到市區定居，父女之間，看似平和，但彼此似乎都有說不出口的心事，總是 客套的對話，卻徒自藏匿自己的傷悲。某天亞蕾開始到市區的新學校就讀，他刻意的想要 打入學校的團體生活，擁有清秀美麗的外表及自然的談吐，她很容易的融入其中，但沒想 到，一次週末的狂歡，酒精和毒品以及青春的慾望的交互作用下讓剛建立的友誼全然變調 。亞蕾和其中一名男伴，在廁所中情不自禁的親熱起來，而過程全被手機錄下了。原以為 這不過就是一次狂歡之虞的親密，但沒想到這段影片傳到男伴的女友中，各自返家後，發 現這段影片開始任意的在同學間傳遞，之後這群一起去狂歡的好友們竟開始對亞蕾欺凌。 發起霸凌的人竟也是當初亞蕾的朋友，只因那段與男友的親密影片，激起近似動物性 的佔有慾，失心瘋的連合狐群狗黨們展開近似凌虐的各種暴力，然而沉受一切的亞蕾居然 沒有任何反抗，亦不敢告訴任何人，連自己的父親也隱瞞，默默的承受所有非人性的對待 。這其中沒有任何師長介入，似乎如同現實中學校體制總是看好不看壞，總是相信學生， 不願挖掘醜陋真相一樣。直到有天，亞蕾踏上了一次不得不去的校外教學，當天晚上，被 囚禁在一間廁所中，相較於同學在房裡狂歡，他被迫窩在角落，慘不忍睹的是其中有位男 生像野獸般的性侵了他，他成了狂歡中的玩物，虐待的對象，一直有位同學開玩笑的把他 丟入大海，他最熟悉的大海，在黑暗的海浪中，他脫離了這段近似被強盜禁錮的生活，亞 蕾離開後，同學開始產生嫌隙，互咬對方，然而學校對這群未成年人卻是一籌莫展，眼看 在法律無法制裁下，眼看又將成為一樁不了了之的校園暴力事件。 那總是沉默的父親，來到新的城市，仍無法開始正常的生活，當一切生活都處於脫序 的狀態下，以為痛失愛女的他，沒有任何羈絆，開始比霸凌者更加無情的復仇。他一一把 這群霸凌者揪出，最後鏡頭回到最初，這次鏡頭安置在一艘船尾端，府視毫無表情的父親 ，以及床倉裡掙扎的男同學，最後如同丟棄物品般，將掙扎的同學擲入大海，鏡頭隨著大 海起伏不定，陰暗的光線、深藍的大海，如同暴力過後，內心的恐懼及不安 圖文並茂版http://walkaway17.pixnet.net/blog/post/99258871 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.21.205.253
