殷仔：從地獄來到天堂 赴美才享受到打球快樂 【賴德剛╱美國巴爾的摩報導】陳偉殷是唯一效力過日本職棒和美國大聯盟，表現優異的 台灣選手。也因為個性內歛，比較「ㄍㄧㄥ」，好勝心超強，外人只能看到他的表現，卻 始終無法深入他的內心世界。《蘋果體育》日前趁著殷仔球隊休兵日，進行獨家專訪，希 望藉由聊美、日職棒差異，也談這2年他在美國奮鬥的心路歷程。以下為專訪Q(Question ，提問)&A(Answer，回答)。 Q：來美國快2年，在美國跟日本打球與生活有什麼差異？ A：我覺得，光環境跟感覺就差很多，在日本不管去哪裡，像是店裡、餐廳感覺都很狹窄 ，美國就很大，尤其球場視野完全不相同。 日職逼得太緊 難得放鬆 Q：球場？差別很大嗎？ A：有啊，像日本很多就是室內球場，看起來都差不多；但美國有些球場就會有游泳池、 人工瀑布，真的差很多。 Q：訓練有差別嗎？ A：美國這邊比較自主，自己要去想要做什麼，只要能讓你的表現穩定，想做什麼就做什 麼。日本就完全不行，教練講啥你就是要做啥，不能打折扣，沒那麼人性化；雖然我大部 分都會做完，但有時候就算小小偷懶少做一些，都不敢給教練知道(笑….)。 Q：你剛來美國不會有適應落差嗎？ A：來美國以後，就有種從地獄來到天堂的感覺，覺得很輕鬆，只是去年不好拿捏訓練量 ，到今年才慢慢摸索出來。我來這裡，才真的有享受到打棒球的快樂。 Q：快樂？你以前打球不開心嗎？ A：也不是說不開心，其實在日本嚴格說起來也是開心，但在日本，會被「表現」這東西 逼得太緊，會有太多人把成績看太重，用成績去壓你，說你表現不好，然後就會有閒言閒 語出來。美國這邊則是叫我別管別人想什麼，因為他們講的東西，自己都不一定能做到， 何必在意。 Q：所以在美國，真的開心很多？ A：美國人想法比較正面啦，球員不是不在意表現，就算被打爆，只要知道錯在哪，下一 場補回來就好了，其他時間可以很輕鬆；但日本就不一樣喔，如果表現不好，隔天不能太 屌兒啷噹，要裝出很謹慎、很懊惱給他們看，我覺得這樣真的很累，生活太累了，來美國 真的是享受打棒球的樂趣。 Q：有設定目標嗎？ A：很多人都問過我這問題，就是快樂啊！不快樂打球，什麼事情都做不好，快樂的話， 很多事情會想得很開，不會被壓得很緊，如果被壓得太緊，最後一定會影響表現，閒言閒 語就永遠不會結束，唯一方法就是看開一點，成績丟出來，別人就不會講什麼。 喜歡團隊生活 開心玩球 Q：你一直強調快樂，那棒球如何帶給你快樂？ A：快樂喔，其實，你要找到棒球的樂趣在哪裡，你為什麼要來打棒球，打球的時候，你 的感覺又是什麼。就我來說，我喜歡的是團隊生活，棒球運動就是團體，大家一起訓練、 一起吃飯，放假時一起出去玩，我可以從中享受到樂趣。打球跟玩球差別很大，你把打球 當工作，就會懶散；但玩球，你就什麼事情都會勤奮、開心去做，而且常會感覺做不夠。 Q：所以現在在大聯盟就是在玩球？ A：對啊！我就是在玩球，棒球比賽有輸有贏，畢竟這是競技，但要保持開心的狀態跟興 趣，這樣的感覺就很好。 Q：隊上有較好的隊友嗎？ A：我其實跟大家感情都不錯，畢竟我在適應這個環境，會跟大家聊天、玩耍， 而且投手、野手群都會在一起，不像日本會分開；在這裡，大家感情都很好。 Q：現在的英文能力如何？ A：我現在聽得懂比較多英文，也嘗試自己去講，講一些比較簡單的，讓他們聽得懂我在 說什麼。現在聽力還OK，大概聽得懂40%~50%，比起去年只聽得懂10%~20%我覺得進步很多 ，希望明年能進步到70%。不過英文對我來說是第3種語言，要百分之百很難。 老虎卡布瑞拉 碰到會怕 Q：這2年對哪些打者比較有印象？ A：應該是卡布瑞拉(Miguel Cabrera)，老虎的那個，因為他表現很穩定，雖然我對到他 的機會不多，但碰到他，有時還是會有點恐懼、有點害怕，所以會有點閃，那種感覺跟其 他打者不同。但美國還是有很多好打者，像莫爾(Joe Mauer)、坎農(Robinson Cano)、普 霍斯(Albert Pujols)。 Q：有印象深刻的投手嗎？ A：因為我是左投，所以比較會觀察左投手，像沙巴西亞(CC Sabathia)、普萊斯（David Price），今年有在注意柯蕭(Clayton Kershaw)，他是左手高壓式的投法，以前大家都說 左手不太可能用高壓投法，所以我看到柯蕭的第一個感覺就是，現在還有誰敢說沒有，他 的球速、控球都很頂尖，以現在來講是最好的左投。 Q：在美國，球場外都做些什麼休閒活動？ A：我喜歡到處走一走，逛街，買東西的話大部分就是買衣服跟休閒用品吧。 Q：聽說你以前喜歡玩音響？ A：在日本我就有買一些床頭音響、喇叭，這是自己的樂趣，因為我喜歡聽重低音的音樂 ，讓自己更有辦法去抒解壓力，不過結婚後就比較少買了。 Q：其實，偶爾買些東西還好吧？ A：也不能這樣說，結婚後要控制自己，要為家庭去想，老婆也有幫我規劃一些東西，她 不會說因為我們賺很多錢，就趕快花掉，因為球員再打又能打多久？這些錢要想辦法守下 來，為退休之後打算。 結婚相互體諒 感謝老婆 Q：所以，太太對你的幫助很大？ A：說真的，結婚後很多東西都會改變；但我認為，維持家庭就是互相，她會體諒我的生 活，因為知道我是球員，有時候輸了難免會有些情緒，但她都是默默地聽，不太會說什麼 。有時候，我要去外地遠征，留她一個人在家，我知道她會寂寞，所以也會體諒她，但我 真的很感謝她。 Q：所以，你們個性是互補的囉？ A：我雖然喜歡聊天，但有時候其實我沒辦法很完整、真實地去表達自己心中的想法；而 我太太都知道我會想要講什麼，有辦法cover到我，這就是互補吧，我認為家庭就是這個 樣子。 http://www.appledaily.com.tw/appledaily/article/sports/20130901/35262685/ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.47.227 ※ 編輯: YesGG 來自: 118.165.47.227 (09/02 05:27)

【李定宇／新北報導】為便利離島民眾，新北市與金門縣繼地政、戶政業務共同合作後，稅捐業務也一併跟進，今日起金門旅居新北市民眾，均可利用「飛躍稅務通」服務措施，異地申辦稅務事項，預計受惠人數約有3萬人以上。

【林慧娟／綜合報導】加拿大人氣偶像「小賈斯汀」賈斯汀畢柏（Justin Bieber）上周六在多倫多夜店玩樂，凌晨3點遭一名憤怒男子出手攻擊，幸好他的保鑣機警將該名男子制伏在地上，19歲的小賈斯汀氣炸了，立馬上前踹兩腳，衝突過程都被媒體拍下來。
 
美國八卦網站TMZ報導，小賈斯汀原本在貴賓區玩樂，後來走到夜店中間，想和其他人交流，沒想到，該名男子怒氣沖沖地衝到小賈斯汀面前、一把抓住他的T恤，企圖扳倒他，小賈斯汀的保鑣立刻上前護主。
 
該名男子被制伏在地上，小賈斯汀餘悸猶存，趁機踹了對方兩腳，最後在大批隨從護衛下離開，雙方事後都沒報警，小賈斯汀的發言人拒絕回應此事。

【大紀元2013年09月01日訊】安徽六安中年女子鄭某將再婚丈夫捆綁在車庫中折磨3天致死，事後烹屍滅跡。最終投案自首。

據大陸媒體報導，今年48歲的鄭某，家住安徽六安市區，早年離異帶著一個女兒，靠做五金生意為生。結識了同是離異的劉金之後重組家庭。婚後，鄭某發現丈夫劉金竟多次猥褻自己的女兒，這讓她忍無可忍，開始謀劃殺夫。

6月11日鄭某到藥店買了一盒安眠藥，並於6月14日趁劉金不備讓他服下。待劉金睡熟之後，鄭某將其捆綁在自家小區的車庫棚內。之後三天，她不給劉金吃飯、喝水，並用鐵鍬、起子毆打他。

6月16日，劉金在被捆綁虐待的情況下死亡。然而，這樣仍不能消解鄭某的怨恨，她又買來鋸子、高壓鍋等犯罪工具，將劉金屍體肢解後放在鍋內烹煮滅跡。

作案後一個月時間，鄭某惶惶不可終日，整個人瘦了14斤，她再也頂不住外界壓力和內心恐懼，終於自首。日前，鄭某被批捕。案件正在審理中。

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨國道1號南下27公里處，國道泰山分隊李姓警員正在處理一樁交通意外，不料遭到後方陳姓男子駕車衝撞停在事故後方的警車，警車飛起後壓在稍早事故的車輛上，現場共造成3人受傷，現場警方在撞警的陳男身上聞到濃厚酒味，將對撞警男子進行酒測。受傷的李姓警員頭部撕裂傷，所幸送醫後並無大礙。
