| 日本政府將增設「內閣情報局」

【綜合報導】日本《朝日新聞》今天報導，日本政府為了強化情報蒐集能力，將增設「內閣情報局」。報導說，日本政府擬將現有的內閣情報調查室升格為「內閣情報局」，下設3名內閣情報官，分管國內、對外、防衛3個領域。這3名官員將匯集外務省等部門的情報並直接向首相彙報，還可要求相關部門收集需要的情報。
新華社引述報導說，安倍政權計劃在今年秋天召開的臨時國會上通過成立「國家安全保障會議」的相關法案，並於明年1月正式成立。設立「內閣情報局」的工作也將與此同步進行。兩個部門之間將加強合作，提高首相官邸的情報收集、分析、應對突發事件的能力。

大家早安,因歷經千辛萬苦終於找到永和文化路有小七全家那方向的套房, 但是南部人對於永和完全不熟, 昨天感覺附近生活機能很棒,很喜歡,(附近有樂華夜市,裡面好多流行漂亮衣服!!!) 但是看完房子後發現文化路上兩側都是小吃店或餐飲業, 若是我租在店面的樓上,那一般機車族都把自己的車停哪呢? 雖問過房東,房東也不太了解@@ 地面全部是黃線,當時看大家都把機車停黃線上~~ 住戶也是這樣的嗎? 會被拖吊嗎? 另外想問,文化路這邊有淹過水嗎? 謝謝早起大家的幫忙解答~~ ^___^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.241.208 ※ 編輯: ygvuhb 來自: 114.43.241.208 (08/31 07:50)

不知道大家有遇到問題嗎 我自己按耐不住也是立馬更新 不過有幾個問題 1.電量 我覺得我電量消耗速度變得好快，是我的錯覺嗎? 2. 這問題其實很詭異，桌面上的圖示會消失 很奇怪的我原本在桌面上的幾個捷徑 幾個資料夾會突然消失 我原本不以為意，我就重新把程式丟到桌面上分類放好 比如說 小說 漫畫 通訊軟體 只要一重開機，就會有資料夾裡面的程式遺失 比如原本三個程式一個資料夾，可能只會剩下兩個，或者只剩下一個程式不成一個資料夾 而且遺失的東西是隨機= = 搞得我現在不敢重開機XD! 程式是不會不見，可是我弄好的捷徑配置不見讓我有點無言XD 大家有遇到什麼奇怪的問題嗎 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.194.33

【綜合報導】美國警方今日指出，一名26歲男子葛瑟雷奇(Robin Gutheridge)涉嫌搶劫銀行，但葛瑟雷奇為了躲避警察追捕，竟從大樓的21樓處直接跳下，最後墜落在1樓的垃圾車裡，幸好大難不死。
不過警方也指出，葛瑟雷奇因此受重傷，目前人仍在醫院治療當中。

根據證交所統計， 30日收盤發行量加權股價指數為8021.89點，較上周的7873.31點上漲148.58點，漲幅約為1.89%，上市公司市值為22.56兆元。
證交所指出，本周台灣50指數收盤為5496.15點，較上周的5362.46點上漲133.69點，漲幅約2.49%。產業別指數方面，漲幅以汽車類指數上漲8.34%最大，跌幅以資訊服務類指數下跌4.65%最大。
未含金融類指數上漲126.62點，漲幅約為1.91%，未含電子類指數上漲201.48點，漲幅約為1.63%，未含金融電子類指數上漲174.28點，漲幅約為1.60%。
本周集中交易市場總成交金額為3521.84億元，全體上市股票成交金額為3405.61億元，股票成交量周轉率為1.41%，各產業上市股票交易情形：成交金額前三名為：第一名，半導體類620.38億元，占全體上市股票交易金額18.22%。
第二名，光電類408.09億元，占全體上市股票交易金額11.98%；第三名，電腦及週邊設備類347.79億元，占全體上市股票交易金額10.21%。 (接下一頁)

小英基金會今天下午邀日本安倍首相經濟顧問辜朝明演講談「安倍經濟學的挑戰」，由於民進黨中央今天舉辦「八年執政研討會」第二場，民進黨前主席蔡英文未出席，還另辦經濟座談會，被外界解讀有「分庭抗禮」意味。
對此蔡英文受訪時說，這個時間安排完全是配合辜朝明來台灣時間，而且八年執政研討會還有其他場次，有適當機會還是會考慮參加。蔡還說，小英基金會執行長林全今天早上有出席研討會，有些董事會董事也參加了，「相關想法都已表達」。
對於外界解讀她與民進黨主席蘇貞昌是黨內的「兩個太陽」，互別苗頭。蔡英文受訪時一開始說「聽聽就好」，後來又補充說，民進黨本來是民主政黨，「既然是民主政黨，本來就有內部競爭和對外團結問題」。她表示民進黨一向能處理這些問題，對民進黨不是難題。
此外，台北市長郝龍斌今天投書媒體，提到希望召開「不預設前提的國是會議」，促進朝野和解，並說很可惜蔡英文後來加上「先停建核四」的前提。對此蔡英文說，「問題不在於前提，在於執政者的誠意」，她建議郝龍斌先跟馬總統談談，說服馬總統展現召開國是會議的誠意。
