在 Google+ 中，隨時會告訴你是否有新的訊息進來，而當你看了新的訊息後，要再去找未讀完的舊訊息就有點困難了。不過今天 Google+ 推出了一個很貼心的功能，「繼續閱讀」，這個功能可以讓你快速地移到未讀完的舊訊息上，相當方便。

當Google+有新的訊息進來時，通常我們都會按下來閱讀看看有什麼新的訊息。

在之前的版本中，並不會記錄你目前讀的訊息內容，換句話說，在之前的版本中，按下「閱讀新訊息」後，你要找到你正在讀的訊息就要一直捲動來找。但是在新的版本中，只要按下「繼續」就可以跳到你在按下「閱讀新訊息」前讀的最後內容了！

總結：這個功能我覺得相當方便，也相當貼心，雖然只是一個小小的改進，但是卻讓閱讀更有效率，不知你覺得如何呢？

山寨「龍五」搶銀行 警策動勸說投案

發生在這個月27日，彰化銀行台北市內湖分行搶案，嫌犯凌晨向警方投案，李姓嫌犯當天先在新北市新莊搶了一部計程車後，開往彰化銀行行搶，一進門大喊把錢拿出來，但他開了一槍，就卡彈，沒有搶成開車逃跑，最後把計程車丟在三重，警方連日追查，凌晨，李姓嫌犯在女友勸說下投案，他供稱，因為欠下賭債，才會想搶銀行。

穿著灰色衣服的李姓嫌犯跑進銀行，對空開了一槍，隨即想跳進櫃檯拉開抽屜，抽屜上鎖，還想開第二槍，但槍枝卡彈，和行員大眼瞪小眼，隨即轉身逃跑，他犯案之後，還跑到瑞芳觀光旅遊，隨後落網。

記者：「你有沒有話要說？」李姓嫌犯：「對不起。」

27日中午，他搭乘計程車，照片就是他上車之後坐在後座的畫面，眉頭深鎖，臉部線條深刻。警察說猛一看還有點像扮演龍五的港星向華強，他先搶了這台計程車，再到銀行搶劫，結果沒有搶成。

內湖分局副分局長黃柏霖：「李姓嫌犯說他在大台北地區，賭博欠了3、4百萬。」

李姓嫌犯99年在台北市松山區搶銀樓被逮捕過一次，服刑期滿後，再度犯案，警方連續三天到住處埋伏、跟著他的足跡追到瑞芳都慢了一步，辦案經過廟宇還求了一封籤詩，第一句就是「日出便見風雲散」，結果颱風一過，他就因為親友、女友策動，主動到新莊的派出所投案。

申請胖達人團訟 目前僅8人

台北市政府日前宣布受理民眾對胖達人提起團體訴訟的申請。根據台北市法務局到今天上午的統計，目前有八人申請團訟，只要累積到法定最低人數二十人，市府就會馬上交由消基會提出團體訴訟；不過申請團體訴訟的情形到目前為止沒有預期中熱烈，部分民眾表示先觀望，觀察一下事件後續情形以及胖達人的處理態度，再來看是否加入團訟的行列。（李書璇報導）

胖達人事件持續延燒，台北市政府28號開始受理消費者對胖達人提起消費團體訴訟的申請，法務局表示，到30號上午為止，共受理了8件；而目前全台灣只有台北市府受理胖達人團體訴訟申請，因此到目前為止團體訴訟人數同樣累計有八個人，一旦累積到法定最低人數20人，市府將交由消基會提出團體訴訟。

消費者服務中心表示，申請團訟的民眾多是拿著發票和VIP卡前來申請，每人的消費金額從數百元到1000多元不等，申請團訟的民眾多表示胖達人的行徑太惡劣，欺騙消費者感情，就算是可以兌換商品，他們也不願意再吃任何胖達人的麵包，因此決定前來申請。而除了團訟申請，也有多位民眾打電話來申訴有關在胖達人消費新台幣500元以上才能獲得的VIP卡，卻沒有列入退費憑證的部分，並不公平。

雖然許多民眾都對胖達人此次爆發的添加香精事件不以為然，但實際上前來爭取團體訴訟的消費者卻沒有想像中多，多位買過胖達人麵包的民眾都說，一方面他們當時購買的發票已經不知道拿到哪裡去，一方面還要進行訴訟的部分也是麻煩，會觀察一下後續狀況，再看看是否跟進申請團體訴訟。

台北地檢署偵辦胖達人香精案，昨天約談2名重要證人，分別是技術總監吳仁淵，以及行銷美編主管林祐任，吳仁淵證實，他跟創辦人以及前董事長莊鴻銘研發麵包，坦承有些麵包摻有香精，還爆料胖達人出現內鬨；而行銷主管則說，是應客戶要求，標榜天然，檢方表示，今天將比對證人筆錄跟查扣資料，近期將約談徐洵平的妻子姜麗芬，是否涉及內線交易，以及藝人小S是否涉及詐欺案。

檢調追查胖達人詐欺案，29號約談2名證人，初步掌握，70種麵包中，疑似有20多種，添加香精。記者vs.證人(2013.8.29)：「小S代言之前，有告訴她香精不是天然的嗎？」

行銷美編主管林祐任供稱，應公司要求在廣告中標榜天然，技術總監吳仁淵則坦承早知道前董座莊鴻銘有添加香精，還爆料胖達人有內鬨，吳仁淵向檢方埋怨起莊鴻銘，說是他讓出60%股權後，副董蔡昆成以人事重整後，解散師傅，只剩他一個人知道配方，才會被留下。

證人都指向莊鴻銘添加香精，徐洵平更反咬他另開公司財務不乾淨，才會要他辭去董座，但莊鴻銘喊冤說，當初受小S公公許慶祥之託，當了董座，現在成功炒起話題，徐洵平在取得麵包技術，把他一腳踢開，而整個經營團隊，又扯出疑似內線交易，

檢調不排除約談徐洵平的妻子姜麗芬，為何申報賣出2500張股票，套利超過2億。TVBS記者林昱孜：「事件爆發之後，京城四少常常流連信義區夜店的事情，也被攤在陽光下，夜店人士表示，除了在押被告李宗瑞之外，其餘3人許雅鈞、徐洵平，以及林姓富商3人，在胖達人添加人工香精之後，已經轉趨低調。」

夜店達人尚恩：「這部份我們也有比較好奇去Follow，可是在這個事件發生之後，在現場的確目前是沒有聽說過，看到他們出現的同仁。」

胖達人添加人工香精，如滾雪球般越滾越大，隨著事件不斷延燒，危機處理還沒結束，誰也不敢貿然到夜店，讓自己的每一個動作，攤在陽光下，被用放大鏡檢視。

請問各位版友 我想要辦大省333且購機 但因預算有限，所以一直猶豫不決，以下是我的需求 1. 希望新手機至少可以用到綁約結束，配備夠用就好，重點是穩定性 2. 螢幕滑的順，且看youtube清晰，也由於去看過實機，所以希望螢幕4.7以上 3. 照相功能希望可以好一點，只要不要模糊或格子點，夜拍不要太差就可以了，試過 實機，500萬畫素的相機都不太滿意 4. 因為大部分都是用wifi上網，因此希望可以連網路好，不要訊號不好，看影片不要頓 5. 最後，希望可以一天到一天半充一次電就好，一般使用狀況是網路要用時才開，一天 大概看一小時影片，大概講電話一小時左右(另外希望聲音別太小聲和雜音) 目前考慮的有 OG 和 GJ，這兩支價格相同，規格差不多，但OG有送皮套，GJ可以換電池 ，但爬文後相機相對來講較差。 PF2的相機評價不錯，但最大的問題好像是死機的問題，現在可以下手嗎? IN610和IN810的螢幕大小，後者相對適合，但品質好像比in610差，因此目前最中意的就 是in610，但相機好像是我選擇手機裡面最差的，所以猶豫不決。 SH930W的相機爬文說是不錯，但是硬體設備相對差。 每支手機各有優缺，所以想請問各位版友，哪支手機最能符合我的需求，不求最好，但至 少堪用，謝謝各位的建議！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.172.217

馬英九勉國軍改革　勿因洪案懷憂喪志

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統上午出席慶祝102年軍人節暨全民國防教育日表揚大會，由於洪仲丘案重創國軍形象、士氣，馬英九致詞時細數國軍在救災、衛國等重大貢獻。他表示，洪案雖使國軍聲譽、形象受傷害，但危機也是轉機，7月下旬開始，國軍也已展開包括管教申訴、士官制度，及軍法與司法體系合併等一系列重大改革，馬強調，藉這個機會把一些不合理的制度、不當作法掃除，也不失是一個讓國軍「浴火重生」的機會。

馬英九說，政府是以非常坦率、誠懇的態度來面對外界質疑，因為唯有如此才能讓人民恢復對國軍的信賴。他強調，國軍從全世界的角度來看，國軍的素質是很高的，起碼都有高中的教育，甚至是大學教育，且絕大多數都是奉公守法的，在崗位上努力奮鬥，我們不要因一個個案就對國軍失去信心，國軍也不要因一個個案（洪仲丘案）就「懷憂喪志」。馬英九勉勵國軍，大家過去經歷的風暴、打擊太多了，從來沒有一次被擊倒過，這次也不要因為這一個案就產生挫折感。
