標題[問題] XPERIA Z 更新244後電池%數問題

更新244後的桌布問題無解就算了 現在連電池都有問題 更新以後%數顯示都不準 甚至一晚上沒動 沒開網路 早上喚醒螢幕時會瞬間從2x%直接變0%然後關機 還發生兩次 充電時%數跳很慢覺得怪怪的 重開機後從35%衝到6x% 更新前都沒這問題 一晚頂多掉2% 該怎麼辦呢？ 另外請問恢復原廠設定該怎麼備份手機？app 遊戲等等會都不見嗎？ 估狗很久都沒一篇詳細的教學… 這是第一支智慧型 很多不懂 希望大家能幫幫忙 謝謝！！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.165.131

【綜合報導】美國一名前高中老師、54歲男子朗伯德(Stacey Dean Rambold)涉嫌在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生莫拉蕾絲(Cherice Morales)，而莫拉蕾絲在2010年自殺身亡，但本周一法官判決該案，竟判決朗伯德坐牢僅30天，引發全美民眾公憤。

當地媒體報導指出，朗伯德至少性侵莫拉蕾絲達3次，原本他的罪行應該被判處15年有期徒刑，但法官鮑夫(Todd Baugh)卻在本周一的宣判庭，判朗伯德坐牢30天，莫拉蕾絲的母親聽到判決後，當庭大罵法官「人渣」後憤而離席，鮑夫現在也因此成為全民公敵。

鮑夫昨日向媒體說：「我真的是笨蛋，我做錯了。」他向社會大眾表達歉意，但目前已經有1萬人連署要求鮑夫辭職。

【綜合報導】國道計程收費年底上路，但當上路的那一天，也是近千名國道收費員失業的開始。

據今天出刊《時報周刊》報導，高公局及遠通原本說好安置計畫，只是「幫忙」投履歷，其他的都不管，而且每天「限投」3份履歷，許多收費員離職到市場擺攤。竹田收費站的鄭姓收費員，更是壓力大到選擇結束生命，同事透露，小鄭是家中經濟支柱，每次站上臨時要加班，他總是第一個跳出來。這兩年都有通過郵局考試的第一關，想轉去當郵差，但體能階段被刷下來，可能因為這樣才想不開。

立委蔡其昌批評，遠通應保障收費員的就業，不容許玩文字遊戲，交通部應硬起來，捍衛收費員的工作權。

標題[問題] 老車平常拆下電瓶會不會有問題?

標題[問題] win7 系統還原初始化時間過久

我用的是筆電 win7 / 64 bit / Intel i5-3210m 2.5G 自從昨晚使用win7內建的系統還原後， （未製作系統備份，僅勾選還原時間點） 到目前為止已經過了8小時， 畫面始終停留在「正在還原windows檔案及設定， 系統還原正在初始化」 想請教一下這正常嗎？ 不敢貿然關機，也不知道該不該等下去， 是當機還是系統已經損壞需要維修？ 之前使用就發生關機時卡在「登出」遲遲沒有反應， 請問現況該如何解決？ 麻煩各位達人解答了 感謝 !! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.93.240
