世界衛生組織指出，失智症中常見的「阿茲海默症」，2010年全球超過3500名萬病患，到2030年增加近一倍。台灣部份據統計2012年失智症患者約17萬人，預估2036年30萬人，2056年62萬人，那時你幾歲？在聽起來如此恐怖的敘述之下，眾多科學家投入研究努力阻止災情擴大，最近就有了多項新發現。

發現阿茲海默症嫌犯的始作俑者

堆積在腦部神經元周圍的 β類澱粉蛋白，被認為是阿茲海默症的嫌犯之一，加州大學聖地牙哥分校的研究者發現，製造出 β類澱粉蛋白的一種 BACE-1 酵素，會與一種叫做「前類澱粉蛋白質」產生連接，然後將前類澱粉蛋白質切段，因此若能將前類澱粉蛋白質與 BACE-1 分隔開，就可以阻止 β類澱粉蛋白產生。這項研究終於解開過往究竟是誰造成前類澱粉蛋白質被切段的謎題。

這項刊登在最新一期《神經元》期刊(Neuron)的研究，分別在人與老鼠的腦神經元與組織上完成了實驗，他們發現，健康的腦部，前類澱粉蛋白質與 BACE-1 在產生時就保持隔離的狀態，彼此無法產生互動，因此也就不會產生 β類澱粉蛋白。團隊中的 Subhojit Roy 博士就比喻說，把它們分開，就像是讓火柴碰不到火藥，自然就不會爆炸。有了這層認識，就可以創造出阻止阿茲海默症的新視野。

軍審案件二階段移轉司法，國防部逾百名軍法官5個月後將無案可審，面臨「轉業」。軍法官未來何去何從，軍方還在規劃。

軍事審判法15日生效，軍審案件分兩階段移交司法系統，包括陸海空軍刑法凌虐部屬、違法懲罰等罪，今天生效後移交，包括陸軍下士洪仲丘死亡案已移轉桃園地方法院審理；至於其他軍法案件，預計5個月內陸續移轉。

軍方統計，目前全台軍事院檢的檢察官、審判官人數超過100名，加上擁有軍法官資格、在行政單位服務者，總數將近300名。

軍事審判法修正案兩階段執行完畢後，包括主持洪仲丘案專案調查小組的最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生，軍事院檢的檢察官、審判官將面臨「無案可查」、「無案可審」。

軍方人士認為，軍法官安置未來可能有3個可能選項，包括調至軍中的行政單位，例如負責部隊軍法教育的法治官；軍事院檢可能也需維持人力，以能在戰時作業。

軍方人士說，軍法官也可能支援司法機關的軍事專業法庭，不過牽涉軍法官與司法官體制不同，有一定的難度。

此外，軍事審判法對軍法官調職的「意願」，也有法律明文保障。

軍事審判法第12條規定，軍法官非依法律不得減俸、停職或免職，「非得本人同意，不得調任軍法官以外職務」；軍法官調任軍法官以外職務者，年資及待遇仍依軍法官的規定列計。

軍事審判法第14條也規定，軍法官因組織或編制變更而被編餘，未派新職者，仍按原階支全數薪給，並儘速指派新職。編餘期間不得超過一年。

【陳穎／綜合報導】韓國男星白元吉，曾在韓劇《夢想起飛Dream high》飾演老師，今天早上9點，竟被江原道警方發現溺斃在南大川上游1公尺處，得年40歲。韓國警方表示，死因還要再做進一步調查。

【李姿慧／台北報導】高鐵票價費率10月1日起將調漲9.69%，北高單程從1490元漲到1630元，來回大漲280元，票價方案已送交通部備查，預計月底或下月初公告。交通部今上午表示，雖尊重高鐵調漲案，但將去文要求高鐵，希望恢復2010年7月取消的藍橘雙色優惠，再推超離峰橘色班次65折、次離峰藍色班次85折，讓高鐵班次天天都有優惠外，現有的通勤票包括定期票和回數票，應維持原價不能漲，另建議現行的65折早鳥優惠座位數也該增加，減少調漲後對民眾的衝擊。  

台灣高鐵表示，針對交通部的建議將會納入整體評估，促銷方案出爐後將會盡速與票價調漲案一同公布。

But instead of pounding the same old ground overseas, restaurant and construction bosses are exploring new territories. Due to a mix of hiring restrictions and dwindling supply, firms in Singapore have found it necessary, and useful, to recruit workers of different nationalities. In the food and beverage sector, for instance, the trend in recent months has been to go Taiwanese. Six restaurant groups, including Tung Lok and Jumbo, will each hire a handful of waiters and cooks from the island in the coming months, and are hoping for more. The reason is a quirk in the ruling. There are no specific caps on Taiwanese workers because they are classified as a North Asian source, along with those from Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea. So restaurants only have to pay heed to the 40 per cent maximum proportion of foreign workers that is allowed for service firms. In comparison, the Manpower Ministry limits the proportion of such companies' mainland Chinese work permit holders to only 8 per cent of the firm's strength. "There isn't an additional quota for the Taiwanese. The two countries also offer plenty of experienced workers who have returned home from the Middle East after the property boom some five years back. The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is helping with the search. It has appointed six Singapore construction companies to run eight test centres in Sri Lanka and the Philippines, where workers will undergo a training course and take a compulsory skills certification test. Mr Neo Choon Keong, BCA's group director of manpower and strategic policy, said it is wise for Singapore to focus on attracting experienced construction workers in the long run. "We will need fewer workers if more of them are experienced. 喔耶喔耶！讓人入魔著迷、不惜徹夜轟炸的植物大戰殭屍又來了！

玩膩 candy crush 了嗎？還是卡關卡到想放棄了？這次的【Plants vs Zombies 2： It’s About Time】，終於脫離自家宅院，要帶大家穿梭時空回到古代，迎戰古埃及法老、加勒比海盜、美國西部拓荒時代的牛仔變成的殭屍！

聽起來就覺得好刺激！而且這款遊戲的人物風格確實讓人非常喜歡，把恐怖又邪惡的殭屍畫得超討喜，一玩就上癮。

故事一開始，還是要從自家院子說起，跟第一代一樣，遊戲會慢慢解說、帶著玩家一步一步熟悉使用方法，但就算不看解說，大致上還是都能很快上手。

破解關卡就會慢慢得到其他種類的植物，第二代增加許多新功能的植物，舊有的也還會在，但是這一代被人詬病的是有些經典武器必須花錢購買，像是辣椒炸彈、冰凍碗豆、火焰樹幹之類的。

在自家院子了解基本玩法之後，就要穿梭時空囉！GO！

第一個大關卡就是古埃及，音樂也超有 fu 的，完全就是迫不急待的想開始玩，一點都不想看他們廢話，哈哈。

既然來到古埃及，法老王就一定要現身的啊！

手持太陽權杖的法老殭屍，居然有個邪惡的招數！當他舉起權杖，陽光就會被他吸走！所以玩家可得要跟他比快才行！

第二代的難度比第一代高，很快就會進入讓人手忙腳亂緊張的狀態！哈哈！不過這樣當然也比較刺激！不會太快就破關。

拿到古埃及地圖之後，就能好好的看清楚這個關卡該怎麼走怎麼玩，其中還有不少叉路，有些植物被鎖在叉路裡，必須沿途蒐集金鑰匙才能開啟，像是雙頭向日葵、迴力鏢樹...。

遊戲一共有三大關卡，不過在完成指令之前，後面兩關看得到玩不到...。

↓Pirate Seas。

↓Wild West。

還是先認真的轟炸古埃及殭屍再說吧！蒐集到足夠的星星才能往下繼續玩。

第二代有個令人興奮的新功能，可以餵植物吃大力丸，瞬間就會有超強的攻擊火力，玩起來超爽快的！

不過必須蒐集葉子才行，如果蒐集不到，也可以花錢用買的。

大力丸預設最多只能囤積三顆，什麼植物都能用，用在碗豆會變機關槍、用在向日葵會跑出一堆太陽、用在高麗菜會變成滿天的空投炸彈每個殭屍都被炸到、用在堅果會變成鋼鐵盔甲，超好笑的。

如果不知道植物和殭屍的功能，在主選單的上有一本書裡面會有介紹。

有時候就會莫名其妙的得到金鑰匙。

這是用來打開叉路的門，可以得到新的植物、前進特別的關卡。

每個叉路需要的金鑰匙數量不一樣，不夠就不能開啟，只能慢慢蒐集，或花錢用買的。

每得到一種新的植物，都可以嘗嘗大力丸的效果，多用幾次就能知道遇到什麼關卡該用哪種武器攻擊最有效。

植物越來越多，接下來的就只能用選的囉！

古埃及有十一個正規的關卡，必須蒐集到十五顆星星才能開啟往海盜關卡的鎖，但是剛剛一路都沒蒐集到什麼星星啊...！

這時候遊戲會突然在之前每一個小關卡都出現三個星星空格，所以玩家就要回去重玩，小關卡的都可以再玩三次，會有三個挑戰，完成一個挑戰就能得到一顆星星， 所以這遊戲真的可以玩蠻久的！

要得到每個星星的要求都不一樣，一定要全部要求都達成才能得到星星，有些還頗有難度的，非常惡劣的要求，例如前 40 秒不能種植物！不能花超過 1500 的太陽！不能種超過 12 個植物！什麼鬼啊！玩起來真是讓人咬牙切齒！但也更增加遊戲的刺激感囉！

蒐集到足夠的星星，玩家可以繼續留在古埃及『爭取更高榮譽』，哈！但當然大家都會迫不急待的直奔海盜關去吧！

看起來超壯觀的海盜關，光看它的地圖就覺得爽快！這款遊戲的畫面真的很棒！

接下來當然就要開始和海盜殭屍奮戰囉！不過還有好多植物都還沒解鎖，如果不花摳摳，就只能用現有的植物打硬戰。

目前已經打開海盜關了，不過還是想先把古埃及好好的破關，以免又太快就玩到最後，哈哈！
