【李宗祐／嘉義報導】今天凌晨4時28分警方接獲民眾報案指出台82線東西向快速道路西向東27公里處有火燒車事件，警、消據報趕到現場，消防人員拉水線灌救，在數分鐘後撲滅火勢，駕駛座一名男子已被燒得模糊難辨。
 
警方調查，死者疑為28歲黃姓男子，初步推測疑失控先擦撞外側護欄後再衝撞內側護欄引發火燒車，黃男夾在車內沒有及時脫逃造成憾事，疑一起自撞意外。
　
悲傷的家屬表示，未婚的黃男在太保市經營臭臭鍋，生意不錯，沒有飲酒習慣，不清楚為何凌晨開車往住家反方向行駛。

【大紀元2013年08月09日訊】8月6日，陜西商洛山陽縣十裏鋪鎮陳女士去政府辦事，被一名女幹部莫名其妙地說其偷了她的錢，並再三逼問，還和另一名女幹部對這名女士脫衣搜身。令該女士非常氣憤。

據陸媒報導，陳女士今年32歲，是山陽縣十裏鋪鎮任家村人，8月6日11時許，她到鎮政府計生辦辦事。在一位工作人員的帶領下不小心走錯辦公室，因為當時這間辦公室沒有人，她也就立即離開了，但是還沒走下樓，她就被人拉住說是偷了東西。

陳女士的哥哥對《西部網》表示，他的妹妹從三樓還沒走到一樓，工作人員就追下來說錢丟了，並要搜他妹妹的包包。

陳女士表示，這讓她感到很生氣，自己在這間辦公室呆了連一分鐘都不到，怎麼就說她偷了錢呢，可是接下來這名女性工作人員的行為讓她更氣憤。

據陳女士的哥哥介紹，當時還有一位女工作人員，她們要求其妹妹脫掉衣服，連內衣也要求被脫掉。這讓他妹妹感到極為屈辱，但在鎮上幹部的再三逼迫下，他的妹妹也為了證明自己的清白，被迫脫光了全身衣服。然而在他妹妹的身上並沒有發現鎮上幹部丟失的錢。

隨後，這名幹部又將他妹妹的手機和身份證扣了下來。他妹妹憤怒之下要拉著當事鎮幹部去派出所，其中一名幹部趁機跑掉，最後他妹妹拉著一名鎮幹部到派出所報了案。

據悉，十裏鋪鎮政府的兩名女當事人，一位姓高，主管鎮上基礎設施方面工作；另一位則是鎮上一張姓女副鎮長。

當地警方表示，如果存在非法搜查，進行搜查的當事人是要付法律責任的。

對此有民眾賦詩一首道，

愚昧骯髒手，胡亂摸身頭，當眾冤枉婦，劣吏就此球
習慣罵街口，素質本下流，欺壓老百姓，阿媚是上頭。
見官心發抖，抱腿求庇佑，為保仕途穩，偶爾也風流

還要民眾說，黨說你偷錢你就是偷了錢，沒偷錢也偷了錢，脫衣搜身。財產不公開就是不公開，喊公開也不公開，一拖到底。

民眾「dytf」表示，主要是現在凡是當官的就都霸道起來了，因為官可以壓普通民眾，權力的劣根性根深蒂固。在中國老百姓是沒有人權可講的。
