餐廳名稱：Gaffel am Dom 消費時間：2013年/5月 地址： Bahnhofsvorplatz 1, 50667 Köln, Germany 部落格: http://barbieedoll.pixnet.net/blog/post/28650187 這間 Gaffel am Dom restaurant 在 科隆大教堂 Cologne Cathedral 旁邊，離科隆中央 車站也非常近，圖中藍色的LOGO就是店家的位置，而右下角角落那棟建築則是科隆中央車 站，參觀完 科隆大教堂 後我們來這邊用餐，其實也不知道 到底道不道地?! 算不算好吃 ?! 不過來了德國一定要吃吃看豬腳，只有短暫停留德國，所以這個豬腳的行程我們也不 能夠放棄。 Gaffel am Dom 店面很大，位置也很多，容納上百人不是問題 然後感覺有分區，酒吧區就不只一個，每一區的裝潢也都很明確 這樣的空間位置配置，燈光稍微昏暗，位置也算寬敞，用餐起來很舒服 裝潢就一般西式餐廳的樣子，最喜歡的是在吧台排列整齊的整面酒瓶櫃，不同顏色的玻璃 在燈光的照射下特別好看 這次在歐洲看到的啤酒杯都滿特別的，因為我不太喝酒，也沒辦法評價說好不好喝 啤酒是主食的附餐，有點香腸就有送的樣子 德國豬腳 €16 我覺得是還OK的價格，但是豬腳配餐只有甜點沒有啤酒喔!! 豬腳烤得超級脆、皮超級硬，每一口都有微焦的香氣，肉很多但是不會乾乾的，真的滿好 吃 下面鋪的是馬鈴薯塊，我覺得這樣搭超完美的 第一次在德國吃德國豬腳，當然是很興奮 雖然照片看起來很小，但是豬腳真的很大隻，可以對比旁邊的杯子或是下面大香腸的盤子 ，盤子的大小都是一樣的 德國大香腸 €16 附餐包含甜點跟啤酒 大香腸看起來超嚇人的，有搭酸菜跟馬鈴薯塊 雖然也是滿好吃，但是香腸比較容易膩，整體來說覺得豬腳大勝 真的是不知道為什麼主餐照起來都超小的@@ 最後是甜點，有點像是檸檬口味的冰淇淋不知道包什麼東西，然後配上一些蘋果跟番茄， 對我來說是接受度不高的食物，但是覺得解膩超有效的。 Gaffel am Dom 這間餐廳並不是我們自己找的，是跟法國旅行社團的其中一個行程，雖然 不確定Gaffel am Dom在當地是否能算上一間不錯的餐廳，但我們在這裡看到不少當地人 ，兩三人成行來吃飯，而且高朋滿座，旅行團感覺也只有我們一團而已，所以應該也不是 太屬於觀光客才會去的餐廳吧?! 這次在Gaffel am Dom的用餐經驗滿開心的，如果有機會 來這裡會比較推薦點豬腳喔!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.136.200.50
