想請問一下前幾天有去這場特賣會的板友們 他們有擺出ACE系列的東西嗎? 像是精華乳、美白精華這幾項? 今天去都沒有看到有點失望 而且有些價格其實沒有很漂亮 @@ DNA彈力系列、玻尿酸系列都沒有很便宜 裡面竟然還混雜了800多元的新上市男性系列XD! 感謝板友們的分享耶! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.71.127.37

2013Q2有新一加持，銷量竟比2013Q1還少!! HTC還有多少時間?

2013Q2全球智慧型手機品牌市占排行已經出來，HTC由Q1的第13名升至Q2的第10名
但銷量還比Q1略減...
Q2比Q1還少的廠商有蘋果/LG/Nokia/HTC
新一是否定調叫好不叫座?
就算初期的缺料事件錯過了一定時間的銷售黃金期
但現在呢?
供料 生產都穩定了
但銷售也起不來?
是!或許是高階產品都賣不太動，S4也是不如預期的受歡迎，i5就不用說了吧!?賣了那麼久還能有這樣銷量，也只有蘋果，非戰之罪
小勞勃道尼以及HTC的行銷能否再幫新一的產品週期衝最後一波?
(講到這裡誰還堅持期望HTC一年出一支旗艦?不要再傻了?安卓市場是不可能的!!醒醒!)
大家都在看
畢竟新一真的是一款好產品
問題出在中低階產品?

HTC中低階成長動能太糟糕，原因有幾個
1.HTC在新興市場的品牌知名度很弱.大多仍是由該地的自有品牌,三星,nokia,黑莓,中國品牌把持...
對!不要懷疑!黑莓的中低階機在很多新興市場像印尼 中東等還是有一定吸引力的!!但在歐美等成熟市場蠻慘的
因為HTC品牌創立之初就是要打高階市場，導致這幾年重點行銷與通路布局都在歐美等成熟國家，中國市場雖積極布局，但大家都看到了，效果並未如大家所預期
所以結論是新興市場對HTC蠻陌生的~
這點就是持續行銷與廣告，別無他法，要靠時間與口碑累積!

2.HTC在中低階手機的零組件採購成本可能會比其他中低階銷量高的廠商來得高，因為承上，你銷量低，採購的零組件量少，成本可能就比其他大廠高，加上"如果"中低階手機也是台灣製，成本更高。成本高，若與他廠一樣相同的利潤的前提下，價位就比其他廠高。
或是價錢與他廠一樣，但礙於成本要更低才能達到與它廠相同利潤，所用的規格相對較低。
這點要解決必須將中低階的成本再壓低，大量給HTC在上海的廠房製造，或者最後一步，外包...
但外包的效益絕對要大幅高過上海廠房閒置的成本...
再者就是放棄中階/低階產品利潤(還是現在已經沒利潤了?)，再壓低價格，但仍致力提供良好體驗，擴大銷售與競爭，當做是一種行銷，
中階/低階產品有了銷量與口碑，雖然沒有利潤，但有助於拓展中高階/高階產品銷售及品牌形象!

說了這麼多，不是一昧要打擊HTC，畢竟HTC仍然是獲利的!也養活豐富了台灣家庭跟產業!
第二季失望了，期待第三季的業績嚕~

【李英婷／台北報導】立法院擬於7月29日起召開第二次臨時會，國民黨團擬將「兩岸服務貿易協議」、「核四停建公投」等議案列入臨時會議程中。台灣基督長老教會總會等本土社團成立的反黑箱服貿行動聯盟，今齊聚立法院前抗議，要求「作廢黑箱協議」。　　

公投護台灣聯盟總召蔡丁貴抨擊，服貿協議將讓中國以少數資金，公然輸入中國人民，「台灣終會輸得只剩條內褲」。蔡說，當立法機制在少數抵抗、多數暴力之下， 不再是人民信任與託付者，呼籲人民直接站出來反抗。北社秘書長李川信也批，經濟統一後，不久就是政治統一，因此服貿絕不能通過。　　

該聯盟將在27日在凱達格蘭大道舉辦抗議晚會，要求立法院退回黑箱協議，重啟談判，以保障台灣人民的生存權利。

高雄長期推動城市外交大有嶄獲，高雄市陳菊今日於市政會議上表示，高雄對國際行銷不遺餘力，任何國際旅展都積極參與，從去年起國際媒體受邀至高雄參訪更超過200多人，在各領域上都有報導績效，她相信市府從來不放棄任何提升高雄能見度的機會，未來國際展出、賽事大會及外媒參訪，愈加重視，全力推動。

新聞局長賴瑞隆補充，去年起參訪國家有中國大陸、日本、美國、英國、加拿大甚至遍及南美洲，露出報導提升高雄國際知名度。今年初英國知名雜誌《MONOCLE》介紹高雄引起國際媒體迴響；另外，加拿大渥太華第一大報《Ottawa Citizen》(渥太華公民報)專欄記者參訪高雄，隨後7月9日撰文稱讚高雄展現旺盛企圖心，從2009世運轉變、愛河、藝文廊帶、到亞洲新灣區建設，給予高度評價，讚譽有加。

此外，為鼓獎勵參加2013第27屆喀山世界大學運動會奪牌高雄選手，陳菊頒獎表揚，讚許為國爭光，榮耀高雄，她表示，選手的運動生命短暫，高雄規劃開出更多的教練，讓優秀的選手留在高雄貢獻所長，對未來生涯沒有後顧之憂。

中華代表團在本屆世界大學運動會共奪4金4銀7銅，高雄籍選手創下1金2銀2同的佳績，上午陳菊親自頒獎給李依真、戴資穎、林彥睿、郭浴雯及李花塵五位選手，期勉選手持續努力為國家、高雄爭光。陳菊說，高雄為健康、體育城市，為讓選手有更好的生涯，市府著手協助選手任職專任教練，培育後起之秀，適才發揮，提升高雄體育競技實力。

【綜合報導】台南成功大學畢業的洪仲丘，服義務役竟在軍中枉死，今天台灣各地成大校友會會長，一起到靈前上香，慰問洪爸爸洪媽媽。
 
台灣各地校友會長表示，成大學生「大家就是一家人」，就像榕樹，枝幹都互相連結，今天來表示敬意與最大的支持。
 
代表發言的校友會長說，「全球校友紛紛表達要伸出援手，希望這個捐贈變成一個有意義的紀念仲丘的方式」，另一位校友會長說，「全世界有34個分會，都要來關心這個事情」。
 
洪爸洪媽表示，金錢的部分「我們這邊還算小康啦，大家都是義務幫忙，沒有花到什麼錢，所以比較沒有這方面的需求，比較需要的律師這方面的協助，幫忙找整個真相」。
 
一位校友會長表示，新竹校友會有表達他們願意提供律師團，另一位也說，校長有在追思會上說，一旦進入成大，一生都是成大人。

請大家抵制把生命當垃圾的攤販，原文http://0rz.tw/xbYxC 親愛的朋友們，看到這篇文請幫忙分享出去 7/21晚上約莫23:30左右的時間 我和朋友逛中壢夜市時發現這家開很多年的寵物攤販 小小的籠子裡居然躺了一隻死掉的兔子！！ 老闆娘及老闆還在旁邊納涼 我叫老闆娘想跟她說這隻兔子死了 可老闆娘卻用臭臉冷冷的瞪我一點都沒有要起身的意思 後來我就直接指著兔子說 「這隻兔子已經死了！你們就放在這裡不管嗎?」 老闆才走過來拿出兔子跟我說 「牠還沒死啦!剛剛有小朋友玩牠把牠摔到地上， 牠應該是頸椎受傷，重傷而已啦~」 我看著老闆邊說話邊甩著兔子！ 小小的身體就這樣癱軟的甩來甩去！！ 就算是重傷沒死也被這樣甩死了吧！！！ 接著!!他居然順手把兔子丟到垃圾袋！ 丟 到 垃 圾 袋 ！！！！ 他們為了錢，把生命當屎嗎！ 這些還在籠裡的動物 是過著什麼樣的生活可想而知 呼籲大家拒買寵物！！ 只有以認養代替購買，才不會讓這些商人為了利益 不斷凌虐這些寶貴的生命！！ 請大家告訴大家，分享出去！ 生命是平等的，任何生命有被重視及珍惜的權力。感恩~ -- 她抱著無忌低聲道 :(孩兒,你長大了之後,要提防女人騙你,越是好看的女人越會騙人!) :(我沒跟這和尚說,我是騙他的......你瞧你媽......多會騙人!) 說著淒然一笑,突然間雙手一鬆, 身子斜斜跌倒,只見胸口插著一把匕首... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.165.160.68

這幾天重新辦Line
我在更新通訊錄的好友時
為什麼會連臉書的一些好友，也跟著被加進來...百思不得其解..
我嘗試過要把臉書通訊錄關起來(我是使用icloud)
我再我手機通訊錄只想是我加過的人
我把臉書的通訊錄都關起來了，所以沒有臉書好友的通訊錄
我真的不知道該怎麼辦...
希望大大們可以把步驟詳細告訴我...
之前同步都不會這樣
不知道為什麼這次就會...
拜託各位達人了...

(我爬了多文，可是都沒有我想要的答案...)

《財報》景氣指標UPS季度營收遜預期，獲利衰退4%

全球快遞業龍頭優比速(UPS)23日於美股盤前發布季度財報，表現差強人意，由於空運成本高，加上公司內部與卡車司機的合約糾紛，導致UPS客戶源繼續流失，營收不如預期。UPS股價盤中暫時走跌。

優比速第二季營收年增1.2%至135.1億美元；毛利率自去年同期的13.4%下滑至12.9%，導致淨利衰退4%至10.7億美元，或每股1.13美元。據路透社統計，分析師預估營收、每股盈餘分別為135.9億美元與1.13美元。

優比速表示，已與1.5萬名卡車司機就延長合約達成協議，合約糾紛解決後，國內貨運量有望回歸正常。由於運輸業務範圍遍及各個經濟層面，從金融文件、藥品至汽車零件等，因此優比速一般被視為經濟的領行指標。

有鑑於亞洲經濟成長放緩、客戶捨空運改走海運趨勢漸成，優比速已開始調減該區域機隊航次，以因應貨運量下滑。

另外，優比速當季營收仍持續成長，但獲利率卻不增反降，凸顯該公司急需控制成本，以提升經營效率。財報顯示，美國市場營收成長2.3%，但毛利率下滑0.2%；國際業務營收成長1.6%，但毛利率下滑0.7%。

嘉實XQ全球贏家報價系統顯示，截至台北時間23日晚間11時15分止，UPS股價於美股盤中下跌0.45%，暫報至87.22美元。
