川震災區孩童 來台圓寶島夢

　　距汶川大地震已5年，20位北川災區羌族學生今天(19日)在台北看到震災紀錄片，仍頻頻落淚；他們在立委高金素梅資助及麗寶機構等單位贊助來台，一圓寶島夢，再度對生命燃起希望。

　　原住民立委高金素梅過去5年，在四川省台灣事務辦公室協助下，每年固定資助20名北川災區羌族學童，將資助到他們大學畢業；她並定期到四川和他們見面，從未間斷。

　　高金素梅認為，兩岸經貿數字越來越高，不過更想注意兩岸基層交流，少數民族間應相互幫助。

　　去年有受資助孩童說想到台灣，今年在麗寶機構等台灣贊助單位支持下，首邀孩童及四川省台辦巡視員楊永培女士等29位來台參訪，一圓孩子們夢想。

　　資助人與捐贈單位今天特別在台北福容大飯店舉行捐贈儀式，並由高金素梅頒發2013年助養金人民幣6萬8000元(新台幣34萬元)給羌族孩子。

　　孩童代表趙琪致詞時說，「2008年地震後，高媽媽(高金素梅)，不辭辛苦來四川關心我們學習與生活，讓我們在成長路上學會堅強感恩，長大後要做個對社會有用的人。」

　　高金素梅表示，「金錢不代表什麼，但如果我能讓愛像媽媽一樣陪在他們身邊，非只是金錢的關愛，而是還有陪伴。」

　　雖已快6年，台灣仍繼續傳遞愛心，在儀式最後，由20位學生表演3首羌族歌謠，其中一首是汶川地震後譜寫，歌詞重複著「感謝你呀，送來陽光美麗，我們永遠不會忘記」，表達心中的感謝。

　　孩子在唱最後一首歌時，並邀請高金素梅一同合唱「我們都是一家人」，場面感人。

除毛真的是很多人的煩惱呢!!
因為除了之後 很快又會長出來了!!

我也是手毛、腳毛、腋毛都很多毛的人
用除毛刀或除毛霜除了之後 很快的又會長出來!!
真的很困擾!!!

720解體中共結束迫害 美政要聲援法輪功

【大紀元2013年07月19日訊】（大紀元記者林南綜合報導）今年7月20日，來自北美的部份法輪功學員千餘人在美國首都華盛頓DC舉行大型集會與遊行。和往年一樣，美國國會議員們紛紛致函法輪功團體，公開譴責中共對法輪功的迫害，並聲援中國人爭取人權和自由的努力。他們讚譽法輪大法給世界帶來精神覺醒外，也支持中國民眾的退黨大潮。他們表示，堅信法輪功學員以平和的方式反迫害，最終必將獲勝。

聯邦參議員Tom Coburn：美國繼續支持法輪功

聯邦參議員Tom Coburn說，當我們繼續在21世紀中前進，很明顯地與中國的關係是美國最重要的對外關係。美國採取了多元的策略來歡迎中國及協助中國與世界接軌。

在此同時，在維護美國價值上，美國也很堅定，尤其是維護那些憲法賦予美國人民的各種基本自由。美國的憲法確保每位美國人都享有自由及獨立自主，這部憲法而且成為全球各自由社會的架構。這部憲法保障了創世主賦予我們的各項基本人權，這些權利是全世界每個人都應該享有的，而且不應該被任何政府侵犯的。

對於那些追求免於被迫害的人民及團體，我們的國家應該支持他們的生命、自由及對快樂的追求。在整個美國的歷史上，我們一次次挺身而出為被壓迫的人們而戰，也會繼續這麼做來支持法輪功修煉者。

法輪功修煉者已經很平和的展現，透過精神方面及修煉的做法來進一步改善人們的健康及生活品質。法輪功修煉者及支持者也已經讓中共政權知道，法輪功修煉與共產黨的意識形態無關，而且也無意挑戰其權威。雖然這些保證，在過去14年，僅因為懷疑及對權力的不安，中共政權持續迫害、謀殺及折磨數以千計的法輪功修煉者。

中共政權對和平的法輪功修煉者所採取的手段不僅是令人遺憾的，而且違反了基本人權。對和平的法輪功修煉者的迫害是中國大陸存在大規模侵犯人權的標誌，我們的國家應該自侵犯人權的角度，繼續考慮與中國的關係。

我希望，透過支持像你們這樣的人們，我們將看到一個願意聆聽被壓迫多年的人們的心聲。透過你們的抗議，人們能多瞭解（中共）侵犯人權的資訊，而且能加入你們向中共領導人施壓，以結束對自己同胞的殘酷迫害。

再次感謝能有這個機會表達我對你們的支持。能夠支持你們讓我感到很榮耀。

聯邦參議員Ron Johnson說， 14年前，中共在中國開始了一個不可饒恕的對法輪功的全面大迫害，開始壓迫法輪功學員們的信仰。但是，這些年來你們一直堅守著自己的信仰，一直在共同努力制止這場迫害，我在此為你們的堅守和決心鼓掌。

今天再一次，我和你們在這裡一起呼籲中共停止對法輪功的迫害，同時支持你們為一個自由而和平的未來而抗爭。並且，我也和你們共同為那些敢於對中共的暴力和不公正說不，從而為選擇正義一方的中國人歡呼慶祝。

【綜合報導】蘇有朋及張鈞甯為台北電影節揭曉影帝得主，由王羽《失魂》獲得，70歲的王羽笑稱當初導演找他拍片時，當下反應是想問他是不是有毛病，一輩子拍得都是打打殺殺，他很開心有此機會挑戰這部電影，也很感謝評審的肯定。

別再說「三足鼎立」了！ Windows Phone 離主流系統還差得很遠

E16cbef18bdd21ce54b833024a8883b7 Windows Phone 將近三年的發展，一線手機廠商的支援，結果Windows Phone 到現在還只能和 BlackBerry、Symbian 爭市場佔有率，在新生市場賣賣入門機。兩年前對 Windows Phone 的評價－－「系統不完善，缺乏優質應用」，現在看也一點不過時。

調查機構 Kantar Worldpanel 在本月發佈全球智慧型手機市場佔有率報告。報告顯示，五月份除德國和澳大利亞出現下滑，Windows Phone 的市場佔有率在不少國家都有增長。


報告還包含了 Windows Phone 市場佔有率的月度變化。比如4月到5月，Windows Phone 在英國的市場佔有率就從 8.4% 降到 7.8%。All About Windows Phone 的解釋還能接受，「由於沒有足夠設備支援，Windows Phone 對市場變化相當敏感。五月市場佔有率下滑是因為 Lumia 620 主要驅動2、3月的銷量，而 Lumia 520 和 720 的貢獻要到 7 月才能顯露。」

和成熟市場的冷落相比，Windows Phone 在新生市場表現出色。在墨西哥，Windows Phone 展現出替代 Symbian 的實力。一年時間，Windows Phone 從 2.2% 上升至 6.6%，Lumia 505 在過去三個月成為墨西哥智慧型手機銷量排名第 5 位。

報告還提到其它系統市佔率，不讓人意外。

歐洲五國： Android，70.4%iOS，17.8%

美國： Android，52%iOS，41.9%

放棄第三系統的爭論吧，無論 Windows Phone 還是 BlackBerry，市場佔有率都不及 Android 和 iOS 零頭，比例懸殊的市場佔有率讓「三足鼎立」成為偽命題。


遺憾的是 Windows Phone。將近三年的發展，一線廠商的支援，Windows Phone 到現在還只能和 BlackBerry、Symbian 爭占有率，在新生市場賣賣入門機。兩年前對 Windows Phone 的評價——「系統不完善，缺乏優質應用」——現在看也一點不過時。當 Lumia 520 超過 920 成為最受歡迎 Windows Phone 機器時，Windows Phone 的問題再明顯不過了。

涉虐死兵 陳毅勳最重判無期

〔自由時報記者吳明杰、王英傑、張軒哲／綜合報導〕軍檢查出洪仲丘遭凌虐致死！在黑暗禁閉室中，涉嫌把陸軍下士洪仲丘凌虐「操到死」的二六九旅戒護士陳毅勳中士，昨晚遭到北部地方軍檢以涉軍刑法「凌虐部屬罪」聲押，軍事法院在晚間十時四十分裁定羈押，另戒護士李念祖、陳家祥等則仍在接受偵訊中，李念祖也轉為被告。

虐部屬致死 最重判無期刑

陳毅勳所涉的陸海空軍刑法第四十四條「長官凌虐部屬致人於死罪」，刑責最輕為七年以上有期徒刑，最高為無期徒刑；軍法官員說，近二、三十年還沒見過軍中有人被以凌虐致死罪聲押的。

陳毅勳也是繼五四二旅副旅長何宗江、連長徐信正和上士范佐憲遭押後，連日來軍檢聲押的第四名涉案人，但聲押理由則是四人中刑責最重的。

據指出，陳毅勳是負責七月三日晨間六到七點的體能訓練課，當時洪仲丘被要求做高難度伏地挺身，不僅雙掌要以心型貼地，後腳還要靠在板凳上，洪仲丘做了十幾下後，一度還從板凳直摔到地板上，當時曾向陳毅勳反映訓練過重、體力無法負荷。

雖然還是被迫做完五十下，結果洪仲丘竟遭陳毅勳嘲諷說，「你剛不是說做不下去，你是在耍我嗎？」操課期間洪仲丘曾要求喝水，陳毅勳就是不讓洪喝水。

陳毅勳昨晚遭聲押，外界質疑是否與調查局回復遭刪的一百一十分鐘消失錄影畫面有關？軍檢不願證實。

陸軍司令部政戰主任曾有福昨前往洪家洽談洪仲丘治喪事宜，洪姊洪慈庸說，五四二旅士官長陳以人訊後不該釋回，軍方如果要包庇，家屬也無從了解。

最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生說，依目前證據，陳以人身分為證人，並沒有列為被告，但未來不排除轉被告。

列在洪仲丘案第二波懲處名單、被記一大過並調離現職的五四二旅旅部連上尉輔導長吳翼竹，昨天下午三時出現在北部地方軍檢署，吳於下午五時離開，對於媒體詢問不發一語。

曹金生昨表示，洪案目前沒有非現役軍人涉案，應由軍檢全權處理，並將徵調南部軍事檢察官協助偵辦，專案小組人數不排除破百人，希望儘早釐清真相，給洪家以及全民一個交代。
