今天樂天金鷲隊抵台參加亞職大賽 朋友臨時找去協助一些相關工作 身為棒球迷當然也是很期待 畢竟整季神話般的表現+日本一中0日救援關門 好像昨天才發生過一樣 下午到松山機場準備接機前 陸陸續續來了很多記者和接機的球迷 大約有一百人都是在等樂天的田中 中間還看到一個清新的正妹，跟他四目相交之後一直有很熟悉的感覺 她又一直跟在CPBL的工作人員旁邊，我一直回想 結果發現好像是前兩年總冠軍賽的舉牌妹(獅迷跟猿迷可能比較有印象) 我還拿手機出來查圖片比較 原來是她把頭髮燙捲了 確認一下之後原本想要去找她合照 剛好這時樂天金鷲隊出來了 只好先作正事再說 我被分配到機場大門外當人牆，避免球迷打擾到球員 一開始是星野監督先出來，大郭也陪著一起走 後來則本和其他球員也都一個個的出來 但是重頭戲還是田中，一出來就一堆迷妹尖叫 然後田中好像開起護盾一樣 馬上被記者團團包圍 像這樣http://youtu.be/CltR7TPXhGw

我還聽到旁邊幾位日本平面媒體記者好像在說台灣的記者也太誇張了吧之類的 真的很誇張，旁邊的旅客還問我以為是什麼韓國明星來 就這樣護盾一路轉到田中上遊覽車(結果根本不需要什麼人牆，旁邊球迷也很無奈) 田中經過之後我發現有東西掉在地上趕快撿起來塞在口袋，避免後面的球員踩到 剛剛回到家之後發現原來是行李箱上的行李條，看了名字發現居然是田中將大的 http://ppt.cc/M7Vb http://ppt.cc/gCIo 田中再來應該就是幾十億的身價了 這應該可以當作紀念吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.231.46.75

證交所表示，為落實董事長李述德「讓大眾投資更穩當」之理念，提醒投資大眾，進行股票交易時善加維護自身權益，並藉由實際案例的分享及應行注意事項的貼心提醒，使投資大眾之權益品質獲得提昇。

【投資小百科】-案例分享

證交所稽核部前陣子接獲某一投資人檢舉案件，指稱某證券商營業員未依該投資人的指示下單，經派員前往了解，才發現其實是該投資人在下單時，為圖一時方便，未明確說出委託價格，造成最後實際成交價格，與該投資人心裡設定的價格差距過大，故心生不滿而逕行檢舉。

證交所表示，未以「限價」委託，是證券商最常遇到的交易糾紛之一。對於投資人而言，或許因貪圖一時方便或疏於注意，下單時未講明委託價格，或直接指示營業員以股票市價買賣，但往往最後成交的價格與心裡設定的價格差距過大，而認為權益受損。對於營業員而言，在接單的過程中，或許因為遷就客戶，或推託因雙方默契而接受非以限價之委託單，但這樣的行為已違反證交所營業細則第79條第1項相關規定。

證交所特別提醒投資人與證券商營業員，下(接)單買賣股票時須以指定價格委託，以避免衍生交易糾紛或受到處分。再者，將來採逐筆撮合的交易制度上路後，若以市價單買賣，最後成交價格的波動可能更大，為維護投資人自身權益，於下(接)單時，務必要小心謹慎，並按照相關規定辦理。

馬總統：只要菲有需要 我國會繼續出錢出力

馬總統上午在總統府接見北美會計師協會訪問團時表示，人道援助是不計前嫌的、沒有國界的，對於菲律賓風災，美國已捐了一千萬美元，並自香港派遣航空母艦前往救援，我國今日以C-130運輸機完成第一波援助後，海軍艦隊、飛機都還在待命中，只要募到物資就載運過去。

他說，台灣發生921地震，有21個沒有邦交的國家救援隊在台從事援助，人道援助不需有邦交，該救就要救，只要菲律賓有需要，我國會繼續出錢出力。

馬總統也呼籲，菲律賓已與我展開漁業協定談判，對菲國海巡人員濫射我廣大興漁船事件，菲國也已道歉、賠償並懲兇，「都做了」，台菲邦誼業已恢復，他希望民眾比照關心日本震災程對，踴躍捐輸協助菲國災民獲得食物與飲水，撐過這段時間，等待安置與重建。

我11/13在中華電信門市續約買的padfon2 用不到兩天，剛剛發現手機畫面整個是黑的 怎麼按都沒反應，google了一下 好像也不少人有這個問題，好像是跟記憶體有關？？ 還有早上聽音樂時，把手機轉向畫面會有破圖的情形 時好時壞。 這樣算產品瑕疵，我可以要求神腦換新的一支給我嗎？ 想到就不是很爽，剛買兩天就遇到這種情況，超幹的！ 虧我想說支持國貨 唉～我想我太天真了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.67.34

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署署長葉明功表示，周刊報導西班牙政府在98年已來函通知，國內橄欖油疑似攙混、當時衛生署置之不理，「這絕非事實」。他說，政府的確在98年10月23日收到來函，並在11月5日告知台中市衛生局、彰化縣衛生局針對泰山、福壽公司進行查廠。

蔡明功說，當時衛生局發現泰山、福壽的產品標示有問題，並已要求業者更改標示，須加註原產地為西班牙。

鄭恩地日前進棚錄韓綜《Happy Together 3》的′女團和大叔粉絲′特輯。

她暴露宿舍的不便之處，表示:"我洗澡會喜很久，如果我洗太久，其他成員就不能上廁所。所以我要洗戰鬥澡，這對我來說很痛苦。"

主持人朴美善說:"女生頭髮多，打掃上會不會很辛苦?"鄭恩地說:"出道前，媽媽每天都會唸我，我有打掃頭髮的秘訣，現在已經變習慣了。"並在現場示範給大家看。

Topshop擬靠凱特摩絲聯名服裝 打入中國市場

英國服飾零售商Topshop再次和名模凱特摩絲(Kate Moss)合作，計畫聯手打開中國大陸市場。

CNBC和衛報報導，Topshop老闆Philip Green表示，打算放手一試，用凱特摩絲聯名系列服裝，進入中國。Green說，開張大陸首店的商討事宜已進入後期階段；Topshop首波展店目標可能包括獨立門市和百貨公司據點。該公司並打算靠著聯名系列服裝，在大陸各地百貨開設20-30家臨時概念店。

Topshop和凱特摩絲睽違3年後再次攜手，明年4月將於全球40國推出聯名服裝。該品牌先前靠著凱特摩絲的超高知名度成功進軍美國，這回如法砲製，希望名模的超人氣能讓大陸民眾也買單。

Green並未說明店面何時開張，僅說在任何市場都能迅速開業，若明天敲定協議，只需6週就能開幕。
