頂新集團的味全公司代工廠涉嫌造假和標示不實，衛福部決祭出重罰！衛福部3日證實，頂新從大統購買橄欖油與芥花油，製成「味全」與「健康廚房」品牌共21件商品。衛福部次長許銘能表示，若經調查後確定頂新知情未報，則將重罰1500萬元；味全3日也召開記者會澄清，此次因源頭控管不確實，造成混油風波，即日起也會自行下架，並開放民眾退費。

知名油廠連日垮台！繼老牌油品大廠福懋油品日前被驗出6款橄欖油標示與內容物不符，3日衛福部又臨時召開記者會，證實由頂新製油公司代工的味全公司，有「歐風黃金嚴選調和油」、「珍饌寶嚴選調和油」等21款油品使用大統長基橄欖油混充，已通知賣場下架。

衛福部1日啟動油安行動，號召全國22縣市衛生局，出動805人，擴大稽查市售食用油脂產品原料及添加物標示情形。截至3日共稽查了1922家賣場與餐廳，共7665件油品，其中有129件標示不符規定，其原因多為成分標示不符，如將調和油標示為純油，或者調和油標示與內容物不符。

雖然味全日前發出聲明，標榜「味全」與「健康廚房」品項的油品經過嚴格品質把關，並符合政府規範，但屏東縣衛生局卻在味全委託代工的頂新製油廠發現購買自大統的黃橄欖油、綠橄欖油與葵花油。

目前頂新製油廠中，來自大統的221桶油已封存，目前已得知大統的銅葉綠素油曾賣給頂新屏東廠與福懋台中場。許銘能在記者會上表示，頂新的油品還在清查，其中有問題的產品包含純油與調和油，涉嫌造假和標示不實。若查出頂新確實知情不報，則可開罰1500萬元。

味全公司3日召開記者會，總經理張教華說，味全一向要求產品品質，此次則是因為源頭控管不確實，才會發生混油的事件。財務長張美凰則表示，雖然有部分油品的來源是大統長基，但日前已經過美和科技大學，證明所有產品皆不含棉酚與銅葉綠素等有害人體的物質，安全無虞。味全公司目前也已將有疑慮的產品自行下架，並針對21項商品全面開放消費者退費。

衛福部3日公布的續查名單包含建豐100%特級純橄欖油、家福生產的家樂福特級初榨橄欖油、泰山DOMINGO進口純葡萄籽油、九品元生產的九品元特選白芝麻油等4項產品經檢驗後，經證實為合格油品。
