（軍聞社記者陳建興金門廿七日電）行政院長江宜樺今天前往陸軍金門防衛指揮部視察時表示，由於大膽島及二膽島具有軍事及政治上的重要意義，很多立法委員表達希望國軍繼續在大二膽島扮演關鍵與象徵意義的角色，不要完全沒有國軍駐守。因此，經行政院與國防部及國安相關單位討論後，決定順應各界期待，將保留適度兵力維繫大二膽島軍事防衛需求。

　江院長下午由行政院秘書長陳威仁、政務委員兼福建省政府主席薛琦、政務委員林政則、研考會主委宋餘俠、經濟部次長卓士昭、文化部次長洪孟啟等人陪同，前往金防部鑑潭山莊聽取國防部「大二膽開放觀光後因應作為」、文化部「戰地文化是世界級的國家資產」及金門縣政府「接管大二膽島執行情形」簡報。

　江院長強調，國軍兵力在大、二膽島上絕對不是要成為觀光客取景拍照的對象，政府在規劃未來開放的過程中，應發揮讓國人認識戰地文化的教育功用，同時也不妨礙軍事任務執行。

　江院長表示，金門是中華民國的前線，其中大膽島、二膽島可說是前線中的前線，離島中的離島。大、二膽島在過去歷史有許多輝煌戰役的紀錄，金門更經歷古寧頭大捷、八二三砲戰等，具有重要的軍事歷史和遺跡。民國八十一年戰地任務解除後，金門縣政府希望活化利用包括大、二膽島在內的軍事設施與遺址，所以行政院先前責成政務委員林政則組成專案小組，進行跨部會及中央、地方政府的協調，對於大、二膽島的接管和移交已大致獲得共識。

　江院長指出，大、二膽島的移交開放，除了文化部建議的重要文化資產據點外，請國防部仔細評估哪些軍事設施及場所應完整保留，再與金門縣政府協商如何移交與利用，並請政務委員林政則繼續協助跨部會協商，希望依金門縣政府所規劃在明年六月卅日前完成移交，順利對外開放。

　江院長說，國軍官兵長期投身軍旅，肩負保國衛民的重責大任，如非眾多國軍弟兄犧牲時間、精力甚至生命保衛中華民國，就不可能有臺灣的繁榮發展，也不會有兩岸和平關係的展開。對於國軍官兵長年以來對國家無怨無悔的付出，及所有眷屬的全力支持鼓勵，江院長特別表達深摯的感謝與敬意。

　此外，江院長對於金門縣政府推動各種縣政建設發展的努力也表達深切期盼。他說，在目前臺灣海峽逐漸和平穩定發展的情況下，希望在過去飽受戰地任務管制的金門、馬祖等地區，都能獲得長足的發展。

【方翊倩／綜合報導】很多人用漱口水加強口腔清潔，民眾李小姐向《蘋果》投訴指出，近期使用歐樂B「防蛀含氟漱口水」，舌頭表面竟被漱口水染成藍色。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，習慣用漱口水的李小姐說，自改用歐樂B後，不僅舌頭被染色，漱完後口腔像被塗一層蠟，沒有清爽感，與其他品牌使用經驗不同，質疑產品有問題。醫師說，漱口水讓舌頭染色，應為色素沉澱，只要不吞下肚，不會傷害人體。

昨天狀況： 縣114東邊入口[中壢往新屋]進入可以進入排隊! 縣114西邊入口[西濱往新屋]進入要走很長才會到隊伍末端! 動線是單方向的! 所以要找到隊伍盡頭! 西邊入口剛好是反方向! 昨天走路+等待時間：約30min。 規畫非常不好： 已知會有很多人，layout、動線很差! 造成混亂、人車塞車! 大家一定會停留照像，動線居然只有三四人寬度?! 當然人龍塞住! 排隊排更久，上去的就拼命照。 動線居然旁邊就是小吃攤，當然人流混亂! 大約1700會停止排隊，請提早到位。注意聽大會廣播! 我都走出去，還有人往裡面走就白走了。 冬天約1730天黑! 小鴨好不容易來到台灣，更不容易到桃園，小鴨一定要看! 下午接近黃昏，小鴨光線最好! 無反光! 聽說有的早上去有反光! 昨天光看小鴨，其他都還沒去看，找時間再去! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.57.119.28

工業電腦廠商事欣科(4916)預計11月21日掛牌上櫃，發行價暫定為每股38元，今日事欣科興櫃股價大漲近10%至58元附近。事欣科指出，公司以博奕機台及其零組件起家，是國內少數可直接跨入北美一級博奕機台供應市場的廠商，隨著近年來全球各國博奕逐漸合法化及博奕項目放寬，預計博奕市場將有更多成長商機。

法人則預期，全球前5大吃角子老虎機中，其中兩家就是事欣科客戶，受惠公司將在美國拉斯維加斯設置大型機台組裝廠，明年在樂透及牌桌遊戲部分，還可望有新客戶及新訂單挹注，事欣科明年博奕業務可望有10%以上成長空間。

據悉，事欣科旗下涵蓋3大業務，包括博奕及其零組件、子公司世德負責的工業電腦業務、AP Parpro經營航太業務及其他，主要產品包括博奕機台及其零組件、工業電腦、航太相關產品及其他，101年營收占比分別為70%、20%、7%與3%。

事欣科指出，目前全球博奕機台供給市場仍屬寡占市場，公司的博奕機電腦主系統在北美合法博奕機台市場，約有3成市占率，在博奕機台組件產品市場供應鏈上扮演相當重要的地位。目前公司產品98.58%外銷，亦是國內少數可直接跨入北美一級博奕機台供應市場的工業電腦廠商。

財報則顯示，事欣科今年上半年營收為7.99億元，毛利率19.16%，稅前淨利1億元，稅後淨利8872萬元，每股盈餘1.47元。去年營收則為15.2億元，稅前盈餘2.27億元。目前資本額為台幣6.04億元，此次上市預計辦理現金增資7545萬元，預定11月11日起至11月13日止辦理公開申購。

胡瓜雖然未能因「金頭腦」得到金鐘獎最佳綜藝節目主持人，由於該節目的收視不錯、口碑亦佳，讓他更增知性氣質，獲國家地理頻道邀請，擔任新節目「大腦使用手冊」中文版主持人。雖然節目中的多項實驗內容都是國外攝製，胡瓜卻不只是照著翻譯稿念中文版本，而是以更具親和力的方式將大腦的科學介紹給普羅大眾。

對此次邀約，胡瓜期待能和其他國家版本有何不同風格？他笑答：「能夠接受優質的國家地理頻道邀請，成為台灣之光，雖然很高興，但這樣的任務也是相當艱鉅的。在讀劇本時，自己也像是上了一課。我想用輕鬆愉快又幽默的方式，把大腦科學這樣的主題變得容易了解，讓台灣觀眾不論男女老少都能看得懂。」
